前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过：“思想是根基，理想是嫩绿的胚芽，在这上面生长出人类的思想、活动、行为、热情、激情的大树。”我们的教育是为人民服务，为中国特色社会主义服务，为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务的，好老师的理想信念应该以这一要求为基准。作为老师应做中国特色社会主义共同理想和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的积极传播者，帮助学生筑梦、追梦、圆梦，让一代又一代年轻人都成为实现我们民族梦想的正能量。我们要用好课堂讲坛，用好校园阵地，运用自己的学识、阅历、经验引导学生，从而促使学生健康成长。

教师自古就被贯以“智者”的代名词。因此要做好老师，必须要有扎实的学识。过去讲，要给学生一碗水，教师要有一桶水，现在看，这个要求已经不够了，应该要有一潭水。“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来。”在信息时代做好老师，自己所知道的必须大大超过要交给学生的范围，不仅要有胜任教学的专业知识，还要有广博的通用知识和广阔的胸怀视野。作为年轻教师的我们应做到不耻下问，虚心向老教师学习、请教，只有自己功夫过硬才能够在各方面给学生帮助和指导。

高尔基说：“谁爱孩子，孩子就爱谁。只有爱孩子的人，他才可以教育孩子。”由此可见，做好老师要有仁爱之心。我们对学生的爱主要体现在两方面：一方面是对同一学生不同方面的爱。我们不仅要关心他的学习，而且要关心他生活的方方面面。另一方面是对不同学生的爱。冰心说：“世界上没有一朵鲜花不美丽，没有一个孩子不可爱。因为每个孩子都有一个丰富美好的内心世界，这是学生的潜能。”所以教师不应该把学生分为三六九等，差别对待。对所谓的“差生”，甚至问题学生，教师更应该多一些理解和帮助。教师应平等的爱学生，善于发现每一个学生的长处和闪光点，让所有学生都成长为有用之才。

“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”教育这条道路一定会荆棘密布，困难重重，我已经做好了充分的准备。在以后的教师生涯中我要越挫越勇，勇于接受挑战，不断的给自己充电，让自己能随时都有充足的“电源”。我相信通过自己的不断努力，总有一天，我定能在教育的领空自由的翱翔。

今天是教师节，祝您教师节快乐!您曾几何时教过我认字，您曾几何时教过我做人。您，是我最离不开的人。

四年了，在这说长不长，说短不短的四年里您兢兢业业，您把讲台当成舞台，执着一根粉笔，在黑板上写出您生命的旋律。您把我们当成您的孩子来照顾，如小苗一样呵护，您把您的知识像阳光一样给我们，让我们茁壮成长。

有一次，我在课上吐了，同学们都嫌弃起来，但您却和大家不同，迅速地跑到厕所拿拖把上来，甚至有手把我吐的食物扒下来。老师，不知您手上有多少细菌呀!

还有一次，您正站在讲台上上课，突然，您咳了起来，同学们都投来关注的目光，但您却说：“没事，有什么大不了的，不就是咳了点嗽吗，多喝点水就好了，我们继续上课!”老师，不知您站在讲台上吸入了多少粉笔掉下来的粉末呀!

还有一次，我没有带作业，但您却没有骂我，只是轻言细语地问我：“作业真的写了吗?作业真的写完了吗?”老师，您是我见过最温柔的老师，我想，您应该已经快被我气炸了吧!

感谢记忆，感谢生命，感谢有您，虽然我已经换了一所学校，但我永远记得您对我的教诲。

我有一位英语老师，她长得可漂亮了！

她长着一张瓜子脸，柳叶眉下的葡萄般的眼睛总是闪着光。别看老师长着一张樱桃小嘴，但读起单词来，可是很厉害的。每当老师笑起来，就会露出一口洁白如雪的牙齿。老师不高，身穿红裙，脚蹬白色高跟鞋时，整个人就如同仙女下凡，漂亮极了！

她平时很温柔，总是和我们说说笑笑的。一旦有人上课开小差，那她可是会大发雷霆的，那声音如同是狮子的吼声，可怕极了。

她的兴趣爱好很广泛，有唱歌、跳舞、做手工……

在课堂上，她绘声绘色地讲解课文，让你听得如痴如醉，身临其境；在课后，她关心同学，在我们遇到麻烦或困难时，及时出手给予关怀和帮助。

记得有一次，练习卷发下来后，同学们都开心地玩耍着，只有我低头看着听力上的一道道错题，心情跌落到了谷底。正当我难受时，一个声音从耳边传来：“英语其实不难，只要你回家多听、多写、多读、多练，成绩一定会好起来的。”我抬起低垂着头，看着老师对我充满希望的目光，心里感动极了。从那以后，我学习更加认真了，英语成绩也在不断练习中取得了显著的进步，这都离不开茅老师对我的鼓励和关爱！

这就是我的英语老师，我爱我的老师！
