im a tall and lively boy. i like playing basketball very much because its

interesting. i like nba, too. there are many famous stars in it. such as alan,

iveson, tim, donken, jordan, kobe, oneal and so on. yao ming is in the nba,

too. hes chinese. he plays basketball well. hes a center forward. hes our

pride. all the ball stars can jump, shoot and pour in the basket. so each game

of the nba is wonderful. sometimes the players can perform miracles, i

think.

this years champion is spur team. it’s one of the strongest

contenders.

在我的小学生涯中，遇到过许许多多的老师：有幽默的，有严厉的，有和蔼可亲的……其中，我最难忘的是我四年级的语文老师—王老师。她在我心目中是非常尽职的。

记得有一次，上课铃响起来了。第一节课是语文课，可过了大约十分钟后，王老师却迟迟还没来。正当我们感到疑惑时，王老师迈着沉重的步伐缓缓地走进教室里来，在讲台上站定。她疲惫地说：“同学们，不好意思，我来迟了。下面开始上课。”说完，她便讲起课来。她的声音不像往常那么洪亮，似乎很嘶哑，偶尔还有几声咳嗽。她讲得断断续续，有时总是眯着眼睛，连站都站不稳，整个人昏沉沉的，似乎下一秒便会晕倒在地。王老师的脸色苍白，看起来一点精神也没有。同学们都很纳闷：“王老师真是怎么啦？生病了吗？”一个个问号浮现在我们的脑海里。

终于挨到下课了，王老师走出教室回到自己的办公室里休息。我和同学们觉得很好奇，便躲在王老师的办公室门口。这时，我们看见一位老师对王老师说：“你先回家休息吧！”王老师坚决地说：“不行！我要是不在，谁给同学们上课呀？我不能耽误了同学们的学习。”那个老师又说：“可你现在还发着高烧呢！”听到这里，我们顿时明白了：王老师课堂上发生的状况都是因为她生病了，可她不但没有请假休息，反而坚持为我们上课。王老师多么尽职啊！

这就是我心目中的老师，我为自己有这样的一个老师而感到自豪。

初一:刘旭敏

话说我们班的英语老师啊，那可谓是相当相当地有责任心。这不，一个学期就这样飞速而过，期末的“黑暗时刻”来临了。英语老师又开始到处“借债”了，以下是英语老师的“债务清单”，大家可以过目过目：

“债务”一：借(美术)老师(15)分钟

英语作文，是我们班同学的弱项，令英语老师头疼，她一心要把我们的作文水平提上去。今天下午有上美术课，美术老师正在给我们绘声绘色地讲着动物故事，我们笑得乐不思蜀。突然，一个恐怖的“身硬”——英语老师出现在门口。美术老师走过去之后，英语老师对着他说了些话，美术老师也只是一直点头。难道……英语老师又要借时间？

果然不出我们所料，美术老师上了半小时之后，提着他的文件袋走了，来换班的正是英语老师。Oh！全班惊呼。“拿出练习册！抄一篇范文！”英语老师一声令下，全班鸦雀无声，谁敢违抗？只得拿着笔，皱着眉，抄，抄，抄！

“债务”二：借(全班同学)(10)分钟

抄到范文一半的时候，救命之神“下课铃……”清脆地响着。同学把笔和练习册都收了起来。突然，英语老师一转身，“恶狠狠”地盯了我们一下，真令人毛骨悚然。同学们像老鼠见到猫似的，顺从的把笔和练习册拿了出来。

当作文抄完之后，我们长长地吁了一口气。没想到英语老师还要讲重点词句，易错点啊，说得滔滔不绝啊~如果英语老师到CCTV百家讲坛去，说不定收视率会一路飚升！！讲完之后，数学老师也踩着上课铃声来了……

“债务”三：借(体育)老师(40)分钟

今天早上，有一节心爱的体育课，我们兴高采烈地想飞奔到操场上，没想到一到门口就被“反弹”回来——英语老师在门口挡着呗。只见她手里抱着一叠已阅过的考卷，走进班上，先环顾了一下四周，让我们感到非常的寒冷！

这时，咱们班的小强站起来说：“老师，为什么不上体育课？”

说罢，其他同学在小强的带领之下也“就是，就是”地起哄。

“你们以为你们考得很好是吧，看看，英语科代表才考了八十多，不及格的已经超过一半啦……”

恐怖啊，震得我们班的玻璃“哐铛”响，同学们只能忍气吞声，硬着头皮熬过这“艰难”又“黑暗”的45分钟……

“债务”四：借(音乐)老师(40)分钟

Again and again the pronunciation errors, dont have standard pronunciation, English teacher still use soft voice teach us. I like our English teacher -- pan teacher!

how time flies! it is ahnost a month since i arrived here and began a new life as a university student. but all this time, i have been missing you and my dear school. i just can not tell you how grateful i am to you for the help you gave me during my preparation for the university entrance examination. now i will tell you something about my university and life here.

our university lies at the foot of mount zijin, in the eastern suburbs of nanjing city. the campus is very big,with a big sportsground surrounded by lots of modern classroom buildings. what have impressed me most are the big library and the well-equipped language lab. our campus is also very beautiful. there are quite a few well-kept gardens. every road is lined with trees. how happy we are to study in such an enviromnent!

life here is both busy and coloufful. we have classes every morning. in the afternoon, we either work in the laboratory or do assignments in the classroom. in the evening, we can go to talks or do reading in the library. this keeps us occupied most of the week. but on weekends, there are always many entertainments. we may go to the club to have a dance or go to the cinema to see a fihn. sometimes we may also hold a party to practise oral english. in a word, we like our life here very much.

are you still teaching one of the senior classes? i really think that the students in your class are lucky for they will certainly benefit greatly under your instruction. but take care not to overwork yourself. i do hope you will have a chance of visiting me here.
