大大就是杨春梅老师，我的英语老师。大大的个子中等，一头乌黑的头发，白白净净的脸上有着一双炯炯有神的眼睛，仿佛可以透过我们的眼睛直击我们的内心世界。大大的衣着也很平常，但即使是再平常不过的衣服，也能被大大穿出“大大式”的风格，经得起我们的细细品味。而作为英语渣渣的我，被分到大大的班级，感到了十分的幸运，而大大独特的教学方式，刚好可以“抑制”住我的“渣渣”。

大大在教授英语方面有很多独特之道。

教学安排之独首当其冲。大大的课程安排很有规律。都是星期二学习新单词，星期四听写；都是学习完新单词后，就会有相应的预习作业和基础练习；写完练习后的隔天就会订正；并且要求我们在24小时的黄金时间内复习新学的语法等……有规律的英语学习也使我们的压力减轻了不少。

听写也当仁不让。大大的听写极具有挑战性，课本内容、课外阅读、拓展的知识点等方方面面，边边角角，一丝一毫对我们重要的知识点，大大都会仔细挑出来亮相。奖惩措施也是一大亮点，写得十分完美的，大大会挑出来当着全班人的面表扬；然而写得稍微不尽如人意的，大大却不会当众批评，她会悄悄地把那位同学叫到办公室去，笑眯眯地批评一下，然后等着他就是大大最看重的二次听写了。

作业也不甘落后。大大的作业布置真的无话可说，又多又难，但对于我这个英语渣渣来说，我就是很喜欢写英语作业，可能是因为大大订正作业的方式也很独特吧。大大的课堂上，每一道题都是由同学们来解说的，大大就好像是一位leader，慢慢的，小心翼翼地引领着我们去深入那些简单的，有点难的，变态难的那些题目。对于成绩好的同学却没有发挥好，大大会说：“这次做的不好哦，下次要继续努力。”而对于那些有一点点进步的同学，大大则会说：“Terrific”、“Good job”、“Well done”等。但是无论我们做得有多差，只要我们用心，只要我们相比之前有进步，都会受到大大的鼓励。我喜欢写英语作业，应该就是因为这个吧。

大大的课堂氛围也很奇妙。在大大的课堂上，都是吵吵闹闹的，欢声笑语的。在教授新知识时，大大会让同学读课文，然而总有那么几个调皮捣蛋的小朋友读不通顺，这时大大就会说：“好吧，背下来吧。”全班坏笑；听写时，当大大询问我们有没有准备好时，我们都异口同声地说：“没有”，而大大反而笑着说：“一群口是心非的家伙”，全班大笑；布置作业时，大大说：“来，让我们来做几道小题。”结果唰唰唰，原来是几张纸呀，全班苦笑；在订正作业时，“来，某某同学you do。”在发现某同学的单词错误得很离谱时“来，这个单词50遍”全班也是哄堂大笑……但是快乐的时光总是短暂的，英语课堂转瞬即逝。

Mr Shao taught me English when I was in Senior Three.With the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

He was so addicted to tobacco that he couldn`t even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. Due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. At times, he came to recognize it and consequently found out a solution. He suggested we write down our problems and he answer them in the written form. Although I knew all along that he was a careful man, his quotations of five different dictionaries on a single multiple choice problem was still beyond my wildest dream.

What`s more, none of us could imagine how excellent his ancient Chinese literature was. What he tended to do in his class was to recite several segments of the famous ancient prose and then put them into English.  However, under the pressure of College Entrance Exam, the students didn`t seem to be so interested in his performance.  Therefore, he tried to stimulate the class by editions of Times as prizes for answering questions. It worked on us instantly.

On the day of the entrance exam, he waited nervously with us out of the examination room.  He kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the exam. Not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.

我的语文老师——钟老师，头发光泽尽失，随意而柔和地蜷曲着；苍白的脸上镶嵌着一条又一条的皱纹，像水波那样连绵起伏。细细看去，她的鼻子就这样耷拉着，无力地挂在那下垂而苍老的脸上，显得毫无血色。而她笑的时候，眼角则微微往上挑，嘴巴边裂开一条小缝儿，露出点白而洁净的牙齿，却不大好看。岁月的痕迹与老师这份职业的艰辛让她完全失去了作为一个中年妇女应有的气息，而似乎释放出苍苍老人一般的垂暮。她的衣服永远是那么几件朴素而昏暗的旧衣裳，偶尔穿一两件比较新的，颜色也不十分鲜艳。于是，不论是服饰还是面容，都让她这么一个四十多岁的妇女变成六十岁的老太，完全失去了活力。

若只看这么几处，她不难让人感觉到一股苍老而无力。沧海桑田的变化在她的脸上完全显示出来。望向她的脸，仿佛能够清清楚楚地看到八个字——“光阴似箭，日月如梭。”

然而，如果目光稍稍上移，看到她的眼睛，那便截然不同。她的眼睛仿佛带着些神气，就像一颗高贵而美丽的黑宝石，深邃而灵巧，似乎不可捉摸。其中不时地闪过一丝智慧的光芒，为她整个人都平添一分生机。这一双眼睛宛若有了独立的生命一样点缀在她的脸上。每一个人看到她的这一双灵动的眼睛，都会觉察到一股和蔼可亲与深不可测。若在看脸的时候加上她的眼睛，你便会感觉到一种无与伦比的神采。

还记得那天中午，同学们因作业情况不佳，连同我在内的二十多个同学都要去找钟老师改错。我第一次来到办公室的时候，门外挤满了人，钟老师被围在人群之中，已经看不清她的脸了。第二次过去的时候，办公室门前还有十多个人。钟老师依旧在认真地讲述着，只要同学有一处听不明白，她就再讲，虽然她已经呵欠连天。最后，我总算是进去了。但钟老师撑着眼皮给我讲完之后，倒头便睡。

对于学生，她有的，是满满的关心。她还常给我点评作文。我每次写了一篇新的东西，她总会尽快看完文章并给我意见。每一回她都是先说出文章的缺点，再说文章写的好的地方。但我害怕妨碍她的正常工作，便想不再让她看作文了。后来她知道后，嘴角裂开点儿笑纹，摆摆手说没事儿。

只是，有一点极为奇怪。我给她看作文的时候，几乎每一次她都要挑出点儿错误，一定不让文章达到完美。我一直都对此疑惑不解，直到很久之后，我才明白钟老师的良苦用心——她不想让我骄傲。

那一次，我因为班级事务的困难而停滞不前。那时候，我与同学们的关系极差，他们都不认同我，样样事情都和我唱反调，似乎非要让我难堪、出丑而不轻易善罢甘休。过了许久，这样的情况仍然毫无改变，于是我便产生了放弃的念头。

如果不是她鬼使神差地得知了我的想法，我也不会继续坚持下去。

那天中午，她把我叫到办公室去，而我正好就想在那天和班主任提出辞职。

我刚来到办公室，钟老师就柔和地拍拍我的肩膀，嘴角牵动出一丝春风般的笑容，立时就让我辞职的念头淡了许多。

她顿了一会儿，像是在酝酿语句。不多时，她便开口和蔼地说：“其实你不必为了他们而伤心愤怒，他们只是暂时还不懂得你的苦心罢了。”

听到这么一句，我的心中顿然涌上无数的话语，不吐不快。但就在这些话语即将冲出我的嘴巴之时，我止住了。

钟老师看到我一副欲言又止的样子，再次笑了一下：“我知道你是为了同学们好，但有时候他们并不能理解。你指正他们的错误，有时他们未必能明白你的用心。所以，你无需悲伤。你想，等到他们长大了之后，能不发现你的好吗？”

我心中的言语消了一大半。“你是一班之长，你就是这个班的关系纽带。一个班长好，这个班就好。而且，做班干部还能锻炼你的能力啊！所以，继续做下去吧，不必理会他们对你的误解。你要相信他们有朝一日必会彻底明白你的。坚持下去吧，好吗？”

我心中的愤懑完全消散了。 之后，钟老师更举出多个成功的事例来鼓励我，让我支持下去。就为了这件事，她甚至连饭都没有吃，午觉也没有睡，又熬了一个中午。我很明显能够看到，她眼角的皱纹，又增加了一圈。

记忆飘忽中，悄然又回到了现实。我望着眼前这一张写着“三千元”的工资单，心底里突地涌出一股酸意——钟老师为学生付出了这么多，得到的回报，却如此低廉。同时，她拿的仅仅是相当于代课老师的工资，其实并没有责任与义务如此地关爱学生。然而，她却无怨无悔地做到了。这一刻，感动与心酸交织在一起，在我的心中形成一股特殊的情感，化为一点一滴的泪水，顺着我的眼角悄然滑落……

石老师，30多岁了，中等身材，浓眉大眼，他对待我们有着慈母般的爱。

记得有一次，那是一堂作业课。教室里鸦雀无声，只听到同学们写字的“沙沙”声。突然，不知是谁喊了声“报告”，同学们不约而同的抬起头，闻声而望，只见四组陈国斌同学用手捂着鼻子，鲜血顺着手指缝流了出来，老师一边询问，一边扶他走出教室。

老师一走，教室里像锅里的油，沸腾起来，说话的、打闹的……这声音交汇在一起，不亚于一曲交响乐。这时，我的作业已经写完了，也不想加入他们的行列，便从书包里拿出《格林童话集》，搁在腿上，津津有味看了起来。

也不知过了多久，突然有人拍了我一下，我一抬头，四目相对，啊，老师。我下意识地把书塞进书包。心想：“完了，一场暴风骤雨来临了”。没想到，好久，老师却温和地说：“把书拿来”。我极不情愿地把书给了老师。老师翻阅几下，又把书给我，温和地说“这书多看有益，但我不希望你在上课时看，”我不由地低了下头。

这就是我的班主任——石老师，对同学们有着无微不至的关怀，他的爱正在默默无闻奉献着……
