Especially when you arein the countryside, you can see green mountains, vast fields, clean streams,and all the living creatures, coexisting harmoniously. All of them make up themost beautiful picture in the world.

Inspring days, the sun shines brightly, and theres also some pleasant breeze. Sohow charming it is while feeling the spring wind blow us. Its also wonderfulto enjoy the beautiful sunshine. You will also get a lot of refreshments whilehaving a walk outside.

我喜欢看书，也许是受到爸爸的陶冶，我成了名符其实的“书小呆”，而我爸爸则是个“书大呆”。

正因为我喜欢看书，所以妈妈经常使用杀手锏：“三天不让看书”。天哪!一天不看书，我茶饭不思!两天不看书，我全身无力!三天不看书，我还不一命呜呼呀?为此，我发明了三条对付的办法。第一：偷渡，就是每天拿一本书到学校读，等晚上回来，已是大开眼界啦。第二是挑灯夜读，当晚上夜深人静的时侯，拿出一本书，在灯光下读，第三也是我的王牌办法，想知道吗?也就是在做功课时读。

那天，我因为作业写得不好，妈妈又罚我三天不许看书，我立刻用我的王牌办法，等妈妈一走，我便装着做作业，一会儿写完了，我忍不住拿出一本书看，看得津津有味，这时妈妈来了，我听到响动，赶紧把书放到一旁，装出一幅若无其事的样子，可我的动作不够快，被妈妈发现了，妈妈一把夺过书，怒气冲冲就要把书往垃圾桶里扔，我也一把夺过书说：“你可以打我骂我，但书不能扔，因为这是我最心爱的书。”我自然被罚六天不许看书。

读书，让我快乐，让我了解到了世界上的万种风情。读书是一个人生命的源泉，有时也会很有用，在一次社会课上，老师叫我们说一说革命故事，我侃侃而谈，同学们听了很羡慕我。

“书籍是人类的营养品”.读一本好书胜过交十个好朋友.每天晚上做完作业,我拿出自己喜欢的书籍,就津津有味的看起来.阅读,让我学到许多知识,烦恼时,安静的读一本书,让心中的烦恼,随着读书的时间悄然离去;欢乐时,快乐的读一本书,让自己的心情更加的开朗.阅读让我感受到一种独特的快乐!也许有些人会说：“你业余时间不休息啊,就一直看书啊?”那我告诉你：“不一定玩电脑、看电视就是休息,阅读也是一种很好休息的方式!”在阅读中人的大脑和身体也会得到很好的休息,阅读时没有太多的杂念,只知道,什么是好的,什么是坏的,什么可以去做,什么不可以去做.只要我们每天挤出一点时间阅读,那你的视野和知识面就会得到提高,而时间就不会白白浪费了,因为我觉得,浪费时间是一生中最后悔的事情.

During my secondary school years I often liked to go to the recreation room to play table tennis. Some of my classmates were very good at this game and I often tried to compete with them to improve my skill. In high school I spent many hours playing outdoor sports. I enjoyed team sports like basketball and volleyball. In my senior year I started to practice tennis. Sometimes I would find a partner to play tennis with me, but as yet I am not very good at this sport. Tennis requires great strength in the arms and legs as well as strong concentration on the game.

在我读中学的日子里，我常到活动室打乒乓球。我有些同学精于此道，我常与他们对抗以提高自己的技术。读高中时，我把大量的时间用来做户外运动，我喜欢团队的运动项目，比如篮球和排球。临毕业那年，我开始练乒乓球。有时我可以找到一个同伴陪我打，但是我打得不是很好。打乒乓球不仅需要强壮的臂力和腿部力量，还需要集中精力。

In our country, there are plenty of delicious foods. They are popular among Chinese people. I like eating very much. There are many food I like, such as chicken, fish, beef, tofu, noodle and so on. Among them, fish and tofu are the food I like most. Fish is delicious as well asrich in nutrition. Its good to our health. There are various cooking methods and I think the simplest way is the best one. Tofu is my favorite as well. It can be cooked with many other dishes. Different tastes combine with each other to make the food more delicious.

我的家乡有很多好吃的食物。中国人都很喜欢吃这些食物。我也很喜欢吃。我喜欢的食物有很多，比如鸡肉，鱼肉，牛肉，豆腐，面条等等。鱼肉好吃并且含有丰富的营养，对我们的健康很有好处。有很多种烹饪方式，我认为最简单的方式就是最好的方式。豆腐也是我喜欢的食物。它可以和很多其他种类的菜一起烹饪。不同口味相互结合能够使食物更美味。
