《骆驼祥子》

，是中国现代著名作家老舍先生的代表作。这部小说以二十年代末期的北京市民生活为背景，以人力车夫祥子的坎坷悲惨生活遭遇为主要情节，深刻揭露了旧中国的黑暗，控诉了统治阶级对劳动人民的严重压迫，痛斥了旧社会的无德之人对劳动者的剥削与压迫，表达了作者对劳动人民的深切同情，批判了自私狭隘的个人主义。

这本书详细地写出了祥子的“三起三落”：一起、来到北平当上了人力车夫，辛苦了三年，买了一辆车;一落、连人带车被宪兵抓走，最后只身逃出;二起、卖骆驼，拼命拉车准备买新车;二落、干包月时一次搜捕中，钱被抢走;三起、虎妞以低价给祥子买了一辆车;三落、为了给虎妞丧事，又把车给卖了。最后，他丧失了对于生活的任何祈求与信心，从一开始的上进好强而沦为自甘堕落：原来那个正直善良的祥子，被生活的磨盘所辗得粉碎。

祥子本是善良纯朴，热爱劳动，对生活具有骆驼一般的积极和坚韧的精神，他是一个要强且肯奋斗的人，他不愿听从高妈的话去弄高利贷，不想贪图刘四爷的“人和车厂”，也不愿听从虎妞的话去做小买卖……因为他觉得“有了自己的车就有了一切”。他所梦想的不过是以自己的劳动求得一种独立自主的生活。

祥子——一个曾经是那么要强的头等车夫，但最后却还是没有逃出悲惨的命运。他曾为了买车，从生活中节约出每一点钱，他放下面子与下等车夫争生意，没命地从早拉车拉到晚，甚至连好一点的茶也不喝……他把自己当作是铁打成的人一样拼命攒钱。可事情却时常不如人意，所有的意外都与愿望背道相驰。祥子的见闻和经历将他完全磨砺成另一种人，成了一个混日子的车夫，直到最后，连他最后的希望——小福子，也离开了世界，他便彻底绝望了。

The traffic problem is one of the most serious problems in my hometown.

Recently, more and more people have private car, but the roads are so narrow

that we have to fight against the heavy traffic when we go out. Especially

during the rush hours, cars and buses are unable to move. To make things worse,

For the sake of our life and security, some measures must be taken to

Many of my friends have chosen to travel to the cool place, so as to avoid the stuffy air. As for me, I don’t like to travel in this hot weather. I just want to stay indoors and enjoy the quiet moment. I like to sit near the window, watching outside scenery. 报刊中，我最喜欢的莫过于《读者》了，里面的一个小故事总能引出一个大道理，这样更能让我理解这道理的含义，且让我收益良多，因为这些道理指引我更好地处理生活中的一些小事，跟身边人的相处艺术，不仅是这，还有《读者》的题目，总能激发我的写作灵感，在考场上文思泉涌，拟出好题目，写作好，从而得到了高分。曾获得第五届“浩然杯”全国小学生现场写作大赛浙江省二等奖。

如果说，名著将大道理反复论述，如同父亲的一个拥抱，是深沉地父爱；那么，阅读报刊，不仅提高了我的写作能力，更拓展了我的知识面，天文地理，人情世故等，将大道理蕴含在小故事上，如同一个母亲的谆谆教导，是温柔地母爱。这份爱正慢慢地渗入到我的骨髓。

Nowadays, watching TV has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. After working, people will turn on the TV to watch the show they like. It is a good way for people to relax themselves. There are many different kind of TV programs shown every day. Some of them are cooking show, some of them are soap operas, my most favorite program is called “The Animal World”. The CCTV-8 plays it on every Saturday night.

Born in a big city, I never ever have a chance to the wild animals. But with this amazing TV program, I can see the various living beings from different places. It’s not only broaden our horizon, but also give us a lot of useful knowledge about animals and plants.

As far as I concern, it is a funny as well as valuable TV program. The pictures are not only very beautiful in the show, but also very hard to see. This show open a brand-new door to the world that we do not know. I really enjoy watching it.

There is no denying that people can get a lot benefits from reading classics. On the one hand, it is a good way for readers to broaden their horizon and increase their knowledge in many aspects. For instance, they can learn the society characters by reading classic literature novels about history or culture. On the other hand, it also provides a chance for them to enhance their aesthetic taste in that most of classics has a very beautiful or unique language style and arts, which gives readers more enjoyment and interest.

不可否认的是人们从阅读经典中可以获益匪浅。另一方面，阅读经典也是让读者开阔视野、多方面增加知识的好方式。例如，他们可以通过阅读关于历史和文化的文学经典小说来了解社会人物。另一方面，阅读经典还为他们提供增强审美观的机会，因为大部分的经典都有着美丽而独特的语言风格和艺术，这可以给读者更多的享受和兴趣。

However, nowadays a large number of people, especially the young, are unwilling to or cannot spend their times in reading classics. There are some reasons accounting for the phenomenon and I would like to state two of them. For one thing, people are distracted by other things increasingly, which can give their more joy and fun and have no requirement in thinking, such as all kinds of entertainment activities. For another, some people think that it is no use of reading classics because these classics are outdated and useless to our society and lives.

然而，如今许多人，尤其是年轻人，不愿意或不能花时间去阅读经典。对于这一现象有很多原因，这里我只想列出两点。一方面，越来越多的人被由其他的东西分散了注意力，它们可以给他们更多的乐趣也不用思考，如各种娱乐活动。另一方面，有些人认为阅读经典是没有用的，因为这些经典著作在我们的社会和生活中已经过时了而且也没有用。

In my opinion, it is wrong to consider classics as an outdated matter because it still has many important functions and influence on our society and our lives. Classics are a kind of treasure in a nation. Therefore, we should give enough attention to them. And I advocate that all of us should try our best to read some of them.

在我看来，把经典著作看作是过时的东西是错误的，因为它在我们的社会和生活中仍然有重要的作用和影响。经典是一个国家的一种财富。因此，我们应该给予足够的重视。我认为我们都应该尽量去读一些书。
