Life is a box of chocolate and we can never know what it is inside before we open it. Just as Mrs Forrest put it, everyone has a destiny. As for Gump, he was thought to be a perfect fool since he was young. While, after watching the movie, I can not help but admire this young guy because of his braveness to deal with obstacles, his consistence to love and his devotion to friendship. Stupid he might seem to be, Gump gave a meaningful lesson to us who are what called more intelligent people.

Born as a boy with natural defects, Gump eventually accomplished plenty of achievements which we ordinary people can not approach. With a plain thought and natural optimism, Gump just did what he was good at, running as fast as he could, struggling toughly against destiny with all the facilities he had been given. To our surprise, he eventually graduated from college, got a military medal, became one of the best pingpong players around America and even owned a huge shrimp company. To tell the truth, I can not help but shed tears several times when I watch the moving scene where Gump rushed into dangerous forest again and again to save his battle companions. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents half of the court. 读书的好处有很多，我给你介绍以下几点:

莎士比亚曾说过；‘书是全世界的营养品’。我觉得这句话非常对，因为书带给我的乐趣、知识太多了。

在我小的时候，还不识字，只能看漫画。现在识字了，看的书就多了，有童话幻想、有历史名著，比如《三国演义》、《格林童话》、《科学探索号》等,他们让我认识了大千世界。

但对我影响最深的还是《三国演义》的苦肉计了，他是在赤壁之战发生的。当时的东吴和魏国打仗，黄盖和周瑜是东吴孙权手下的将领。他们想用计谋击败曹操。黄盖就假装要投奔曹操，周瑜就假装很生气，罚他了50大板。黄盖一气之下，就去投奔曹操了。其实是去烧战船了。从这个故事我知道了一个道理，为了理想和信仰，你要奉献一切。

还有一个人对我影响很大，他就是诸葛亮。诸葛亮，字孔明，人称卧龙先生。他上知天文下知地理。未出茅庐，就已知天下大事，初出茅庐就火烧博望坡曹军。还有草船借箭、三气周瑜、借东风、摆八卦阵、空城计，死了以后，尸体放到山上吓退了十五万大军。诸葛亮打仗就靠他的智慧。如果说武力是一把枪，那智慧就是坦克、飞机。

我喜欢看书，看书的时候就像在知识的海洋里遨游。

古人云：读书使人避恶，读书使人友善，读书使人聪慧，读书使人高尚。就在那次偶然的一天，书成为了我最知心，最忠实的伙伴。

其实，从前我并不爱读书，妈妈成天给我买一大堆书，想尽办法把我关在房间里看书，那时我只能老老实实地躺在书橱里睡大觉。

一个阳光明媚得周末，妈妈带我到图书馆里，走进图书馆，一股书味使我难受。妈妈用柔和的声音对我说：你先在这看书，妈妈公司有点急事，待会就来接你。看着妈妈着急的表情，我也信以为真。

过了好一会儿，迟迟不见妈妈，望着图书馆的四周，除了书还是书。只见周围的人都如痴如醉地看着书。我无聊到一个极点，便拿起一本《简爱》看了起来。我越看越入神。心想：这本书真有意思，待会一定要妈妈买下来。这本书讲简爱自幼失去双亲，被寄养在舅舅家，之后受到了种种磨难。真没想到，一本不起眼的书里，居然有如此精彩的篇章！我贪婪地读着每一个字，简直就像好几天没有吃东西的人似的。不知不觉中，当妈妈走到我声旁时，我也全然不知。此时已是中午了，伴着淡淡的书香，我依依不舍地离开了。

从那次以后，我喜欢上了读书，它就像我的好伙伴，在我无聊时陪伴我，它开启了我知识的大门，带我遨游了许许多多的地方。读书，不仅使我增长了知识，提高了作文水平，而且让我懂得了不少做人的道理。读书并不求快，最主要的是要用心去读，一本好书是永远都看不腻的，只有细细的品味，才能明白其中的奥秘。

读书犹如交一个朋友，它教你辨别善恶；读书犹如品味一杯香茶，余香缭绕，回味无穷；读一本好书能使人心灵得到净化，灵魂得到升华。读书真好！
