This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

I kept a diary every day. Besides doing farm work， I help the children in the neighborhood with their lessons. All of them showed interest in English. My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. “豆大的汗珠如同流水般地从额头上顺着脸颊往下流，一直流到衣服中，顿时衣服前后全被汗湿了，滋味真不好受；加上骄阳似火的天气，自己全身都难受不已；由于腰带扣是金属制的，透过衣服被太阳照得火烫火烫的，一挨到自己的小腹上就想被用铁烙一样疼；自己的右腿自暑假以来就开始出问题，现在站了一会儿就开始抽筋，跟本无法站立；自己只好尽量用左脚承受多一点力得以使右脚轻松一点……趁着教官巡视男生们的空隙，我赶紧动了动正抽筋的右脚，用手把散下来的头发拂到耳后，又向上瞟了瞟头顶上那可恶至极的太阳。时间一秒一秒地过去，自己整个身子已经麻木了，脚底酸胀不已。”无论多难受多疼多痛苦，无论已经憋了多少委屈，自己都是哑巴吃了黄莲——有苦说不出，谁让这是军训呢？而现在现在我们正在进行长时间的立正。立正是作为军训中最基本的动作，也是最能考验人耐力和毅力的动作。

不知多久过去了，教官终于对我们发出了休息的指令。我急忙动了动僵硬的双脚，跳了跳，活动活动僵直的身子，然后立即坐到了地上，顿时整个身子都放松了。刚没坐下多久，耳边又响起教官的命令声：“停！立定！”哎……

不知道走了多少遍才终于把正步走齐；不知道走了多少遍我们走步的速度才终于控制好；不知道走了多少遍大家的口号终于喊得完全一致……我只知道，包括教官、梁老师和同学们在内的所有人都为了会操表演费尽了心血，付出了自己最大的努力；我也知道，我们准备好了，我们是有信心的。

比赛开始了。作为零班，我们第一个出场，但这丝毫没有使我们的信心有半点改变。整齐的踏步、齐步走，接着便是气势昂扬的正步……走过主席台时，每个同学都绷紧了神经，尽自己最大努力展现出自己最富精神的一面，大家更是使出全身力气喊口号，把口号喊得气势轩昂。顿时主席台上一阵阵掌声传到我们耳中，给了我们莫大的鼓舞，于是我们继续昂扬地走了下去……

经过之后的漫长等待，军训会操比赛结束。“获得优胜奖的是高一零班……”，主席台上校领导宣布话音刚落，我们的喜悦就涌上心头，心中也开始了莫名的感动。想想之前的努力终于没白费，我们的心中也涌现出了一股股成就感和自豪感。

9月11日下午，会操表演结束，自己高中的军训生活便这样落幕了。我不舍得离开军训的体验——虽然自己的皮肤已经晒黑了许多许多；我不舍得离开这身深绿色的军装——即使它穿起来没有其他衣服舒适，看起来也不大漂亮；我更不舍得离开罗教官——虽然他曾经让我们在烈日下晒了许久许久，虽然大家在训练的时候曾经对他是满肚子怨言……就在这即将分离的时刻，我们这才回想起了教官的好，回想起教官所带给我们的感动；曾经与教官唱反调的同学开始后悔，后悔自己以前不良的态度……尽管再依依不舍，天下没有不散的宴席，在合影留念和之后的一些活动后，我们最终与教官分别了。今日一别，不知以后是否还有机会见到教官一面，但4天中，教官对我们说的朴实的话语我们会永远牢记，教官给我们的教诲我们会受用终生……

军训就此结束了，但军训所教给我的坚持、坚强、有毅力、恒心、懂得珍惜这些道理我会永远放在心上。我也会把这些道理运用在日后的学习生活中，踏过荆棘，走过坎坷，迈向成功。

从小我就觉得，书有一种神奇的魔力，以至于我爱书到了痴狂的地步。难怪说，书是人的精神食粮。

书能使人分清这个世上的美与丑、善与恶，好与坏。它就像一把金钥匙，帮助我们开启智慧的大门，帮助我们到达成功的彼岸。

我自认为与书有着不解的缘分。在我还是个“小豆丁”的时候，每天晚上都缠着大人给我读一篇《安徒生童话》才肯停止哭闹，安静入睡。大了一点，成了个“小豆包”的时候，我便天天捧着像什么《三国演义》、《水浒传》不放。现在，我经常在闲暇时间阅读《死魂灵》、《悲惨世界》、《罪与罚》等。忘不了小美人鱼的善良天真，忘不了诸葛亮的足智多谋，更忘不了大地主泼留希金的吝啬。

书中自有黄金屋。许多在课堂上学不到的宝贵知识，都能通过读书学到。阅读一本好的书籍，就像品尝一杯上好的西湖龙井茶一样，咂咂嘴，令人回味无穷。

书是人一生的挚友。在书的海洋里永远没有尽头，书的高山我们也永远无法登上顶峰。

我在寂寞、无聊的时候，总爱静下心来，捧一本书看看。因为那样可以使我的精神世界变得丰富起来，也能够使我从中体会到快乐，更会让我有种说不出的满足感。

这就是我这些年来读书的体会，不知大家有什么见解。我由衷地希望，书能成为大家日常生活中的一部分，陪伴大家走过一生。

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good way to relax from the busy study too. This is my high school life, busy and fulfilling.

作为一个高三的学生，我忙于为高考做准备。我一天有7节课，还有两节晚自习。周末只剩下一天。所以，我把大部分时间都花在学习上，毕竟高考对我们大多数人来说都十分重要。除了学习，我会在放学后以及周末跟我的朋友一起踢足球。我非常喜欢踢足球。当我在足球场上奔跑的时候，我可以暂时将考试的事情抛之脑后，只剩下汗水和欢笑。这对健康是个很好的锻炼，也是一个学习之余很好的放松方式。这就是我的高中生活，忙碌而充实。

Some people say that campus life was boring, but I felt the school life is colorful.

Class, we discuss a fierce, comment on each other. Once, I had a fight with my classmates, for the sake of a problem we all were at sixes and sevens, reach a consensus. Later, we have solved the problem calmly, all made up. After class, my teacher and I talk together, playing chess, we get along, busy talking; After dinner, the classmates speak heart to each other, solve problems, make the bridge of our friendship more stable. We laughed together, cried, help each other when in trouble. When the school sports they cheered each other, each other go, failed classmate we encourage him to his confidence, not discouraged.

Campus life is colorful, make I benefit from, awakening to the joy of learning.

上课的时候,我们讨论激烈,互相发表意见.有一次,我为了一个问题和同学吵架了,大家都各持己见,不能达成共识.后来,我们冷静地解决了问题,大家和好了.下课后,我和老师一起谈心,下棋,大家融洽相处,谈得不亦乐乎;饭后,同学们互相讲心事,解决问题,令我们的友谊之桥更加稳固.大家一起笑过,哭过,遇到困难时互相帮助.校运会时大家互相喝彩,互相加油,失败了的同学我们鼓励他,令他重拾信心,不再气馁.

校园生活多姿多彩,令我获益良多,领悟到学习的乐趣.
