第一次售票的时候，我真的是手忙脚乱。面对眼前的旅客，感觉到自己真的缺少实践的磨练。其实旅客并没有那么着急，而我却在整个操作过程中，急得连显示屏上的信息都看不清楚，总是需要一旁的师傅提醒和帮助。那时的我，每当卖出一张票，我都好开心。因为，那一张张票正是我努力的结果，是我慢慢熟悉这个过程的实物见证。

刚来这里的时候，师傅给我们交待了好多东西。原来我们一张空票子就值1000元;开始售票前要记得看准票卷号，因为第一张错了，当天卖出的所有票子都是废票一张，你所要赔偿的不是一个小数目;就算是一张废票也要收好，因为它也很值钱;结账的时候千万要把钱数准确，因为少了得由你自己赔。知道这些话都不是吓唬我们的，所以我们更要仔细，在一整天的工作中都要提高警觉，不让自己出任何差错。要知道与钱直接接触的工作，真的需要细致入微啊！

渐渐地，我们在一天天的实践中，能够独立售票，能够处理相应的问题，能够毫无差错地结束一天的工作。

回想暑假的时候在中国馆做志愿者的日子，与现在的志愿者生活比起来，不能说哪个更轻松因为得到的实践经验都是同等的。虽然同样是起早贪黑的生活，一个是酷暑一个是寒冬，两个极端都在磨练着我们，让我们体验到工作的辛苦与难处。但是不管怎么样，我们真的熬过来了。

大家也许都在抱怨时间为什么过得这么慢，但是在我的眼里看来，时间过得太快了。俗话说得好：“时间好比东流水，只能流去不能回。”当时间一分一秒悄悄地从我们的指缝间溜走，一天的时光也随之溜走，我就感到人生少了一天欢乐，一天的幸福。时间真的是十分的宝贵，它与生命一样重要、一样宝贵。不要以为生命是无限的，不懂得珍惜时间的人就是在浪费生命。

生命是脆弱的。我的妈妈曾经生过一场大病，在生命边缘徘徊，但最终坚持了下来。妈妈总是对我说：“好好学习，天天向上。人的生命是脆弱的。妈妈曾经经历过生死离别，生命真的很脆弱，要是没有医生的治疗，你就没有妈妈了。”妈妈每次说完，我总会细细地品尝这段文字，有时还会情不自禁地流下眼泪。生命真的好像一点就破，唐山大地震，一夜之间就夺走了许多人的生命，所以我更要好好珍惜我的生命。
