第一天，同学们都踩着并不整齐的步子向吕梁学院走去，每个人都精神饱满，像凌晨时的朝阳，笑脸如向着太阳盛开的向日葵。一上午训练的主要内容有军姿和稍息，但在我记忆中尤为深刻的便是军姿。“两脚打开60度，双腿并拢，两肩护罩，膝盖向后顶，脖颈贴住衣领，重心放在前脚掌上……”这是站军姿时教练常说的话，只有达到要求，才算站标准了。一个小小的站姿，平时在我们看来，是再平凡不过的了，但在军队中，却是一切军事动作的基础，初站军姿并不觉得累，但是时间越久，胳膊越酸，腿越困，表情变得困窘，脚变得麻木，多么想一屁股坐在那铺满沙土的操场上啊!教官的一声放松，是所有同学们最期待的话语，听到这话，同学们发出一声声叹息，如释重负，像一个个重获自由的囚犯，我不禁感叹：一个小小的军姿，就反映出我们体质太差，也说明了细节的重要性。

蹲姿也是整个军训过程中最煎熬的一项，虽说它出现的次数并不多，但却被教官们当作惩罚的道具。烈日似火般的天气，每当同学们吵闹，动作做得不给力时，教官的脸上阴云密布，一种不祥的预感随之而来，“生气”二字赫然写在了教官脸上，蹲姿惩罚开始。听到蹲下的口令后，右脚向后退，坐在右脚根上，两手放在膝盖上，上体保持正直，蹲一分钟不是问题，但时间越久痛苦越难耐，腿脚酸痛，腰酸背疼，汗如雨下，当教官下令站起来时，右腿根本直不了，我心想：真累啊，真不知道军人当兵是怎么熬下来的，这需要多大的毅力呀!

hello everybody.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

老师，在您的眼里，我可能是一个嘻嘻哈哈、整天无忧无虑的女孩吧，现在，您看了我的文章后，是否觉得我成熟了一点呢？

老师，我有着许许多多的梦想，我想考上香港中文大学，然后主修设计，到巴黎，到世界的舞台上去展示自己！或许梦想太远了，但是我觉得：只有想得到才能做得到，若一个人想都想不到，那就更别说做到了。为此，我一直鞭策着自己前进，不能退缩。

老师，我以前觉得语文就是中国话嘛，为何这么重要呢？但如今，我懂了，学好语文，不仅能够让我们传承中华文化，还可以提高一个人的修养，改善一个人的气质，可以使一个人变得有良知，有思想，可以使一个人眼界开阔，使一个人变得坚强！一个人的成功不完全取决他的学识，更重要的取决于他的人品！语文正是教我们怎么去做人的一门学科，现在，我觉得语文是最重要的一门学科，我一定要学好它。

老师，三年的学习，我很难表达我的愉快，我感觉我真正的拥有了一些东西——爱，信心，梦想，勇气，毅力，坚强……

老师，或许您的确不像毛泽东、邓小平、雨果、老舍、爱因斯坦那样的伟大，但是在我的心目中，早就把您和他们的名字相提并论了。虽然说，您的确不如他们的成就高，但对于我——您的学生来说，您所教导的一切，更真实，更美好！

Nowadays,with more and more serious problems such as the increasing global temperture,the melting ice and the rising sea-levering,people are recognizing the important of developing the low-carbon economic now.

There are many ways we can do to reach the loe-carbon economic.Fristly,discovering others fuels which is more clean and more green to instead of the using of carbon.Secondly, we should have the save-energy conscious and do something which we can make,for instance,using the bus ranther than car when you go out,re-use the thing that can be recycle used,reducing the use of plastic bags.Last but not least,we should plant more trees or other greenplants,in which way we can not only improve the environment,but also can make our home more beauty.

In my opnion, the most important thing to reach the low-carbon economic is everyone must try their best do what they can do for it.Once everyone have the sence of low-carbon economic and have the action by themselves ,it will be earlier to reach it.

Our military training will last 11 days from Aug. 15th to Aug. 25th. It will take place in the school playground. The training time is from 7:30 to 11:30 in the morning and 2:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon. Everyone must attend the military training on time. Nobody is allowed to be absent from the training or be late for it. Ask the drillmaster for leave if necessary. Furthermore, we must be in military uniforms, wear strong sports shoes and bring our own cups. Finally, I have to stress that everyone should work hard during the training so that we will perform perfectly in the final test!
