Teachers Day, September 10th, is a national teachers festival in China. It is celebrated since 1985. It expresses respects to the labors and contributions of teachers to the Chinese society. The goal of Teachers Day is to form a social climate in which teachers are respected and knowledge is valued. The date of Teachers Day is set at the beginning of the school year in order to arouse teachers and students enthusiasm for their work, and give a good start to teaching and learning. On teachers Day, students usually send greeting cards with good wishes to their teachers to show their respect. In Taiwan Province, Teachers Day is celebrated on September 28 annually. I get up at seven o’clock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

and wash face, I eat my breakfast. My mother makes the breakfast for me. I go to

school at 7:30am, and come back from school at 6 pm. Before I go to bed I will

do some homework. I usually go to sleep at 10 pm. On the weekend, I will go to

play football with my friends, in the summer we like to go swimming. These are

my daily life.

Before I go to middle school, I live with my grandparents in thehometown.

It is the most beautiful place for me in the world. The environment is so clean.

There are so many trees around me and the water is so clean that I can even see

fish swimming. Sometimes I will go boating with my friends in the small river. I

On Spring festivals eve,the whole family prepare the dinner.Of

course,dumplings is essential.In the

evening,family members always sit at the television and watch Spring

Festival Gala.At 0:00,people set off firecrackers and fireworks,at the same

time,children pay New Year,s call to old people.The old people give money to the

children as a lunar new year gift.Usually,people stay up late or all night.

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which

imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

Spring Festival.

Every person needs sleep everyday. But with the high development of

society, most people have more and more things to do and have less time to

sleep. As a result, many people are lack of sleep. For a short time, they may

not realize the bad side of it, but it will bring something bad for them after a

long term. First of all, lack of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do

not sleep enough, they will get black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make

people look no so beautiful. Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual

Nowadays, almost everyone has a mobile phone. Some people even have two or

three. Mobile phones changes our lives a lot. It’s so easy to get to others. All

you have to do is making a call. You can talk to anyone no matter how far you

are. Making calls and texting messages are the basic functions of mobile phones.

But now, we can do a lot of things by mobile phones, such as listening to the

music, watching movies, taking photos, reading books and so on. It’s so

to find jobs. This may sound strange since college students used to be the "most

majors some students pursue do not match with the demands of the job market. As

To solve this problem, I think college students should know their own

strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards themselves and the

job vacancies. In addition, they should not attach too much importance to

material aspects of the job. They should put priority to their future

development and their contributions to society in stead. Furthermore, they

should think of receiving some further training to meet the demands of
