打篮球开始了，我和对方的李世一抢球，张裁判把球往空中一扔，我们俩向上瞅，火辣辣的阳光刺得人睁不开眼睛，根本看不到球在哪里。突然，篮球落下来，我一下抢到手里。也就在这时，从后面跑来对方的两个队员。说时迟，那时快，我立刻把球扔向我队的“小姚明”——徐寅博抛出。徐寅博一下子接住球。我们开始由守为攻，向对方的篮下冲去。这时，对方两个队员以迅雷不及掩耳的速度冲来。小姚明左闪右闪，灵巧地躲过拦截后，把球抛向了我。我连忙跑到对方的篮下，纵身一跳，猛的一投，球进去。我的同伴欢呼起来。而对方的队员看见我们如狼似虎，很不甘心。他们开始发球，想报复我们，就迅速传球，让我们无法抢到球。他们把球快运到篮下时，我队的两名队员向他们冲去，但因防守严密而失败。他们有了机会，如鱼得水，顺利地将球投向篮筐，但是没投进。我们连忙抢到球，快速运球，快速投球，居然投进了一个三分球。

看，我们玩得多激烈，多快乐!我喜欢打篮球，因为它让我的课余生活丰富多彩。

In our country, there are plenty of delicious foods. They are popular among Chinese people. I like eating very much. There are many food I like, such as chicken, fish, beef, tofu, noodle and so on. Among them, fish and tofu are the food I like most. Fish is delicious as well asrich in nutrition. Its good to our health. There are various cooking methods and I think the simplest way is the best one. Tofu is my favorite as well. It can be cooked with many other dishes. Different tastes combine with each other to make the food more delicious.

我的家乡有很多好吃的食物。中国人都很喜欢吃这些食物。我也很喜欢吃。我喜欢的食物有很多，比如鸡肉，鱼肉，牛肉，豆腐，面条等等。鱼肉好吃并且含有丰富的营养，对我们的健康很有好处。有很多种烹饪方式，我认为最简单的方式就是最好的方式。豆腐也是我喜欢的食物。它可以和很多其他种类的菜一起烹饪。不同口味相互结合能够使食物更美味。
