Miss He has a lot of knowledge and she always tells us her experience of learning English. She encourages us to study hard.

我的班级有六位老师，我最喜欢的是英语老师，何老师。她是一名年轻的女老师，大概二十五岁左右。我最喜欢她，因为我觉得她是一位好老师。她很认真、耐心地对待我们学生。英语课总是很有趣的，因为她尽最大的努力上好课。何老师有丰富的知识，她也总是和我们说她学习英语的经历和经验。她鼓励我们努力学习。

我最喜欢的运动是打篮球，因为我爸爸是个超级篮球迷，从我记事起，每个六、日的早晨，我和妈妈都是被电视里球赛的解说声吵醒的，在这样的环境下长大的我，怎能不迷上篮球呢?每当我听到姚明、麦迪、乔丹等巨星的名字，在电视上看到他们潇洒的身影，我就心潮澎湃。

上个礼拜天，在我的再三恳求下，爸爸终于答应教我打蓝球。早晨的天空阴沉沉的，不时有几朵乌云飘过，我跟爸爸趋车来到了云大的篮球场。爸爸指了指蓝筐，“投几个，熟悉一下球性”这有何难?小菜一碟!我模仿明星们的摸样，起跑，跳跃。投蓝——没中。再来——又没中。我偷偷地环顾四周，生怕别人看见我的糗样，还好，没人注意，。我定了一下神，使出吃奶的力气，“嗖”这次干脆连蓝筐也没碰着。我的自信心受到了极大的挫败。爸爸走上前拍了拍我的肩膀，“学篮球，得从基本功练起。”

于是，爸爸教了我拍球，带球两个基本动作。雪越下越大时而刮来几阵狂风，把地上一层雪推向天空，展示她们优美的舞姿。麦迪，姚明等巨星在球场上飞驰的模样在我脑中挥之不去“他们也是这样苦吗?”我一边练，一边问自己“该回家了。”爸爸的呼唤传来后，我立刻抱起球，向爸爸跑去。迎着大雪，我俩回家去了。

雪更大了，雪花不时飞在我冰冷的身上，但我的心却是热的。我终于明白，那些巨星并不是我想的那样不识人间烟火，而是在背后用汗水与失败迎接着辉煌的黎明。我深深懂得要想人前显贵，就得背后受罪，只有吃得苦中苦，才能成为人上人!

打篮球，这就是我最喜欢的运动!

I like watching the cartoon Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf. It’s my favorite.

Why I love it so much? I think all the animals in it are very funny. I love the goat whose name is Pleasant Goat. Its because he always gets along well with his friends. He is also very smart. He always helps them when they are in trouble. I want a friend like Pleasant Goat, too. When I am unhappy, he will talk with me and make me happy.

It always gives me so much happiness and laugh. It can really help me relax. I am fond of watching it very much.

炎热的夏天，有艳丽的花朵，有翠绿的小草，还有枝繁叶茂的大树。蝉在树上高唱：“知了、知了……”而美丽的蝴蝶则在花丛中翩翩起舞。
