来到篮球场，教练要我们先热身，压腿、跳跃、跑几圈操场等。今天我们要学投篮动作了，首先，站在球架下，左手持球，右手放在球底下，把球举高至头顶，眼晴瞄准篮圈，再用力抛出去。看着教练这一套动作很容易很流畅，我也蠢蠢欲动。可球到了我手，却发现，怎么这么重呀，投出去，球还未碰到篮圈就掉下来了。如此投了十次八次，一球都没进。唉，原来一点都不简单啊！教练过来指导我，指出我不标准的动作，再练，有进步了，终于碰到篮圈了。后来越来越顺利，也投进了很多球。

经过10天的训练，大家的技术都进步很大，教练还组织了一场友谊赛呢，虽然我们队输了，但现在想来还是很激动。我真的很喜欢打篮球啊！
