这周老师让写一篇读后感，一想起读后感我就发愁了。因为我写的读后感很不好，真么办呢。在这时，我忽然发现了我的图书角里有一本非常耀眼的书——《点亮智慧的明灯》。这本书了就是我印象最深的就就是第一章——名人成功必备的八大素质。

这一章主要写了成功的人有哪些素质。第一个就是兴趣，第二个就是要有个奋斗的目标，第三就是面对困难要有坚韧不拔的信念，第四就是做任何事都必须专心致志，第五就是勤奋努力，就一定会比别人收获的更多，第六就是保持一颗自信乐观的心，第七就是要思维创新，第八就是每天都要和时间赛跑。

又会想起这些事，我又有了和以前不一样的感受：

每当看见第一项的时候我都会想起如果没有兴趣，还会成功吗。可后来我都会得到的信息就是没有兴趣就没有成功……

再次看到第二项的时候，我会想很多天真的想象，比如：想不努力就成功；想让别人给自己定个目标，并帮我完成……但就是这都就是不可能的有了兴趣还不够，还要有个目标，而且还要努力实现这个目标。

然后看到第三项的时候不就是的想起了在危险中的一些人，他们有的不放弃希望，把一丝希望都好好用上，最后成功了；可没有信念的人最后不幸去世了。让我明白了，面对困难要有坚韧不拔的信念。

看到第四项我就想起了一个故事：居里夫人小时后学习非常专心，不管周围多么吵闹，都不会分心。就就是他的这种专心，才让他成功。

接着看到了第五项，只有勤奋努力才会成功。林肯小时候家里非常的贫困，于就是就他放牛，砍柴……为了换一本书来学习，最后他就成为了美国总统。

……

最后我又重新翻了一下，我感受到：一个成功的人士，不仅要有兴趣，一个目标，乐观，创新。还要有坚韧不拔的信念，努力。不要忘了，还要每天和时间赛跑。

每个人心目中定位的“成功”都是不同的，但是追求和崇尚成功的心却都是一致的——白手起家，创造财富便是其中的一种。成功者神秘的创业之路、个人的经营之道都在被世人所尊崇着，于是，就广泛的流传出了这样的一个短语：成功的秘诀。

这不由使我联想到了前段时间书市里热销的一本书叫《成功是逼出来的》，作者甘霖用一种极为被动的心态去解读了那些被定位为“成功”的人士。开始，我只是视其为一种娱乐，看过则罢，甚至觉得此书作者涉嫌部分的炒作心态，所以不予以评价。直至今日，看到了松下辛之助如此“别出心裁”的秘诀，不禁又使我想起了那本书——成功是逼出来的。

结合着看，这才发现书中字字在理，句句经典，而松下辛之助的三条秘诀更是妙不可言，让人回味无穷。

今日源源不断的财富完全是为昔日贫寒的出生所迫——所谓先苦后甜，吃得苦中苦，才能方为人上人。白手起家的人，才能在获得财富后保持一种珍惜爱护的心态，不舍得恣意挥霍自己的付出和汗水。贫寒的生活造就、“逼迫”出了无数位成功人士。古今中外，范仲淹家境贫寒，划粥充饥，最终成为了一代巨匠；文中的松下幸之助自小困窘，最终成为了让人敬仰的“经营之神”……这些例子无疑告诉了我们——成功是逼出来的！

the story not only caters to everyones inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the process and the result. the reward of success will be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his fathers millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.

执着可以使人成功，变通也可以使人成功。执着可以使你具有愚公移山的大气、精卫填海的毅力、夸父追日的热烈，变通也可以使你具有捷足先登的快感，“一览众山小”的豁达、“柳暗花明又一村”的爽朗。它们筑成了你功成命就之时的鲜花与掌声。

成功的人可分为四类;执著者、变通者、既执著又变通者、其它者。拥有了执著，便拥有了自信、拥有了誓死的决心。一生只走一条路的大游客徐霞客、一生只写一部书的史学家司马迁、一生只种草采草写草的草民李时珍，他们都是永不回头的大师、执著的先驱。执著带来了他们的功绩。拥有了变通，便拥有了先人一步的优势，它不等同于投机取巧，它代表了另一种思维方式、另一种处事的哲学。但我更欣赏的还是兼顾执著与变通的人。因为他们较执著者多了几分灵活，少了些麻木;较变通者则多了几分踏实，少了些“狡猾”。

执著有如化学反应的条件，那么，变通就是催化剂，它加速了反应速率，使拼搏的人早日到达成功的颠峰，领略湖光山色。

其实，成功很简单，只要从一数到十，不跳过就可以了。成功背后的秘诀可以总结为‘执著 + 变通。它们各有优缺，但将它们恰当的装配，才是智者之举。这样就避免了不撞南墙不回头的事情，避免了聪明反被聪明误的空喜欢。

但在我看来，从现实的社会意义上说，不如理解为人的身份，人的能耐，不能拘泥于某个地方，要灵活变通，才能在社会上左右逢源，获得成功。灵活变通才是成功之道，尤其作为一个女性。

什么是成功What is Success?

What is the definition of success? I believe different people will have different opinions about it. If anyone asks me what is success for me， I will tell him progress is success for me. I can have small goal or great aim in my whole life. If the goal what I set is too large for me， I will not taste the feeling of success. Or I always set small goals， so I will feel success all the time， which may make me become autophilia and without ambitions.
