看见弟弟这般成功，做哥哥的，不免羡慕弟弟的幸运。弟弟却说，幸运是没有的。初来菲律宾的时候，担任些低微的工作，但发现当地的人有些是比较愚蠢与懒惰的，于是便顶下他们放弃的事业，慢慢地不断收购与扩张，生意便逐渐做大了。

这便是海外华人的真实奋斗历史。它告诉我们：影响我们人生的绝不仅仅是环境，心态控制了个人的行动与思想。同时，心态也决定了自己的视野、事业与成就。

一个人能否成功，就看他的态度了！成功人士与失败者之间的差别就是：成功人士始终用最积极的思考、最乐观的精神与最辉煌的经验支配与控制自己的人生。失败者则刚好相反，他们的人生是受过去的种种失败与疑虑所引导支配的。

人之所以失败，是因为不相信自己，是因为失去梦想，是因为没有目标，是因为不知道自己的潜力有多大，是因为没有坚持到最后。

在观看了语文老师下载的四个励志短片后，我感触良多，马云的一句话令我铭记在心：“今天残酷，明天更残酷，后天很美好，但是有很多人死在明天晚上。”在即将见到曙光的那一刻他们放弃了，因为他们没有坚持到最后。这番话让我想到了播放的第一个视频。外国一支橄榄球队即将迎战一支强队，队员尤其队长没有信心，教练在训练场地上叫队长做“死亡爬行”，双臂支撑地面，膝盖不碰地，背扛160磅的队员爬行50码。队长在教练不断鼓励下，忍受难以想象的痛苦，坚持到最后，终于爬行到50码底线，他的坚持深深感动了教练与队员，也震撼了我们每一个学生。

生活中，我很少坚持着去做某一件事，如果在做这一件事的途中遇到了困难，我就会半途而废。例如做数学题做不来了，怎么想也想不出来，于是便对自己说：“去学校问同学吧，他们肯定会做的。”现在想想真是可笑，同样的一道题，为什么别人会做，而你不会呢，不是因为你笨，而是因为你没有坚持，或许只要你再坚持一下，这道题就做出来了。

视频中那位队长的经历让我体会到了一个道理：只要你坚持去做一件事，肯定能成功，坚持可以挖掘你的潜能，让不可能成为可能，坚持就是胜利。阿里巴巴创始人马云为何能拥有今日世人瞩目的成就？就因为他有一个梦想，有一个承诺，有一份坚持。

我坚信：坚持就是成功的秘诀。

每个人在一生的旅途中，难免会遇到崎岖和困难。我每次遇到“拦路虎”，我都会这样来激励自己：世上无难事，只怕有心人。在生活中，我就是一个十分典型的例子。

我刚开始学习小提琴的时候，老师先教了五线谱。五线谱太繁杂了，五线谱有五条线，四个间，上面还有二十个音素。每个音素都有自己应发的音，都站在各自不同的线和间上。

那个时候，我记得头晕脑胀的，不是记La，就是记do；不是记so就是记mi；不是记fa就是记re。我每次练到五线谱都想：这也太难了，我不学了！可是爸爸好像猜出了我的心思，语重心长地说：“只要你坚持不懈，每天识四到五个音素，你一定能行的。加油！”听完爸爸的话，我开始认真了，耐性地学习五线谱。每天吃完晚饭后，第一件事情就是练小提琴。练了一个月又一个月，我终于学会了五线谱。

我们一定要时刻记住：只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针。这样，我们一定能够实现美好的理想。

谈到成功时，对于实现成功的原因不同的人有不同的看法。有些人认为勤奋是成功必备的素质，而另一些人则相信聪明人会实现成功。从我的角度来看，我认为毅力和勤奋对于那些想要成功的人是必不可少的。

Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of thousands of times to find a suitable wire. Let us imagine, if he gave up at the 999th, then how he couldn’t become so successful. So, I strongly believe that perseverance produces success.

不管怎么样，我觉得毅力和勤奋在成功路上都是很重要的，因为他们提升我们并获得成功。

世界上有没有成功的"秘诀"?自然，那种神秘的写成"天书"的"秘诀"是没有的，那只不过是神话或者幻想而已。但在现实生活中，作为成功条件的"秘诀"是存在的。对此，仁者见仁，智者见智。有人认为，能否成功在于胸怀大志和老实肯干；有人认为，能否成功在于是不是勤奋；还有人认为，能否成功，关键在于一个人的机遇，如此等等。

在我看来，这些说法不无道理，但也都不尽如人意。一个积极的自我形象是成功的第一步；自信，是成功的第一"秘诀".自信是煤，成功就是燃烧的火焰。

人各有所长，各有所短。一个人看不到自己的短处，容易自傲，固然不好；但是，看不到自己的长处，必然自卑。存在自卑心理的人，怎么能鼓起生活、事业的风帆？又怎么能达到光辉的彼岸呢？

阿基米德、伽利略、居里夫人、张衡、竺可桢等古今中外广为人知的科学家，他们之所以能取得成功，首先是因为有远大志向和非凡的自信力。英国发明家莫尔斯，原来是一位画家，但他对电磁学非常有兴趣。1932年从事电报机的创造，经过五年多的刻苦钻研，他制造成功了一台电磁式发报机。这台电报机很粗糙，遭到许多人的冷嘲热讽。在外界压力下，莫尔斯没有灰心，他坚信电报机对人类是有用的，更坚信："我能干！"又经过几年的努力，电报机终于被各国普遍采用，并揭开了人类通信历史的新篇章。

莫尔斯和其他成功者的经验告诉我们，从自信、立志到成功的路程，是用坚韧和毅力铺成的。法国著名微生物学家巴斯德说过：字典里最重要的三个词，就是意志、工作、等待。我将要在这三块基石上建立我的金字塔。

他说的"等待",不是消极坐等，而是要有韧性，有百折不挠的毅力。

国家为青年取得成功创造了得天独厚的条件，但是，路还要靠自己走。一个人如果总是自惭形秽，存在自卑心理，他永远是个失败者。当然，自信到成功的基础是具有渊博的知识和脚踏实地的努力。
