戴尔.卡耐基。被誉为“成功学之父”他从一个生长在农村的苦孩子，成为了享誉世界的钢铁大王、成人教育专家，走过了一段用勤奋铺就的成功路程。他的成功不是偶然的，正像他自己所说的那样：“成功不是建立在幸运的基础上”!

卡耐基成功的背后，有一些必然的东西，这才是他成功的根本原因。这就是他对人生的深刻体验，以及对成功准则的真知.灼见和百分百的勤奋汗水所得来的!正是靠着这些准则，卡耐基才走上了我们难以企及的颠峰!

成功的确不是偶然的，卡耐基的经历已验证了这一道理。既然，我们要想成功就得勤奋，虽然勤奋是艰辛的，但也是幸福的。因为勤奋是人前进的过程。如果我们在不经意间遇上了挫折，请不要心灰意冷，更不能说要放弃。只要你再与勤奋作伴，你就会追回之前所失去的东西。挫折算什么，不就是你要在中途努力时，对你狠下毒手的恶魔吗?请记住这个世界是爱拼搏才会赢的。而勤奋就是拼搏的前题。

我认为迈向成功有3个准则。1.要有一个正确的目标。渴望通过自己奋斗成功的人，是不容回避目标正确位置的课题。人，确实需要一个高度，一个超越自我的高度，一个追寻真理的高度。 应该为自己寻找一个梦想，树立一个目标，因为人生是为梦想而伟大的。2.抓住属于自己的机会，人们都在惊叹于机遇的特性，可以说，这对任何一个人来讲，都是可遇不可求的。机遇具有不可逆转性和很强的时效性。在人的一生当中会有很多次那样的机遇，珍贵的程度令人无法想象，如果你能抓住那一次难得的机遇。那么你就能开创出自己美好的事业和完美的生活了。

3.不要惧怕失败：失败对于一个人来说，并不是件什么坏事情。但凡事辩正的对待，失败可以令人颓废。同时也能令人头脑冷静，认识些在幸福的状态下无法认识到的问题。然而更正确的认识自己，使人总结经验的教训。从这个意义上来讲，失败正是一剂治疗灵魂疾病的良药。。可以使人品尝到人生的苦乐，认识到人生的价值!

有人或许会产生疑问：勤奋工作的目的.不就是要获得声望和财富吗?它的本身不就是一种付出吗?怎么会等于索取呢?提出这个问题的人，也许他不了解在奋斗过程中的所获所得，是无法用金钱或名誉来衡量的。当我们在奋斗中履战履败时，我们获得的是坚定的信念;当我们在奋斗中面临各种诱惑而能视如浮云时;我们获得的是一份完美的人生。只有勤奋才能使我们对奋斗的目标更坚定。才能体会到生命的躁动和灵魂的升华。才能书写自己辉煌灿烂的人生!...

人生需要有创意，创意是成功的秘诀，我回忆起了一篇文章：四年前，一个烈日炎炎的午后，一位路人拦了辆出租车，说去公安局，其实这位路人是想去成人教育学校，这学校就在公安局旁边，他是怕出租车司机不知道罢了。但这位司机一下子便猜出了他的心思，并和这个路人聊天，在交谈中，这个路人发现这个司机很有创意，从中能让自己受益一生。这到底让路人明白了些什么呢?我埋头继续看书，原来这个路人通过了这件事情，使自己生意兴旺。

啊!这就是创意。创意需要努力与经验，还需要认知和勇气，此外还需要一点点灵光。

这个故事让我想起了另外一个故事：曾经有一个父亲对女儿说：“要有创意!”这个女儿长大后，让波菲莱太太给她织了一件自己设计的毛衣，去展示了一番，有一家公司来定购，一下子就要定购40件。这个女儿把波菲莱太太请来，又请20位心灵手巧的织毛衣女佣人，一个星期便把40件毛衣交给了这家公司。

又要服装展示了，女佣人全部都被另外一家织毛衣的给叫去了，这些衣服怎么办呢?有些还有一只袖子没织好，有些有一半还没织好，这可怎么办?

这时她想起了父亲的那句话，突然想出了好办法，把这些衣服展示出去。因为这些没有完工的毛衣也有它的特点。果然，这很有创意，厂家把这些衣服一抢而光，还向她定购了几百件。在生活中还有很多有创意的事件。

有一天，妈妈告诉我们：今天开始，要小孩们倒垃圾了。于是我和哥哥开始轮流倒垃圾。第二天，我该倒垃圾了，我在想我有没有什么简单的办法呢?可以节约一些时间呢?这时，一个简单的想法在我脑海中形成了。倒完垃圾，趁这下楼的机会，我可以去把今天要吃的水果买来，这不是很好吗?一举两得，既倒垃圾又买来了水果。

我便如此行事，果然，节约了一些宝贵的时间。妈妈连声称赞我真会安排事情，肯动脑筋。我也高兴地一蹦三尺高。

这也是创意，人生中有创意，能使人生精彩起来，它是财富和成功的秘诀，能使我们的人生更加辉煌、灿烂，也能使我们那平淡的生活闪烁那灿烂的光芒。

What is the definition of success? I believe different people will have

different opinions about it. If anyone asks me what is success for me, I will

tell him progress is success for me. I can have small goal or great aim in my

whole life. If the goal what I set is too large for me, I will not taste the

feeling of success. Or I always set small goals, so I will feel success all the

time, which may make me become autophilia and without ambitions. Therefore, I

think if I can be better than yesterday or last time, then I am successful.
