After I entered senior school, I found it really hard for me to learn math well. There were so many problems which I didnt understand that I did badly in exams. Both my parents and math teachers believed that I couldnt learn math well. One day I met a difficult problem which took me nearly an hour to work it out. Nonetheless，I realized that I was the only one in my class to work it out! That really built up my confidence in math. Finally I became very good at math and my math teacher was surprised by my progress. It was confidence that helped me overcome the difficulty.

If a person wants to be successful, the first thing to do is to get confidence, as success is the body of confidence.

Everybody is eager to be a successful person in his life. But not all people can always succeed. People who are lazy and want to succeed only by day dreaming can hardly succeed. A successful person must possess some good characters, such as diligence, strong will, perseverance, etc. He must keep on learning and make himself a capable person. Sometimes he should be more flexible to change with the situations. All in all, serf-confidence is the first step on the road to success. And hard work is the key element of success.

每个人都渴望成为他生命中的一个成功的人。但并不是所有的人都能成功。人是懒惰的，想成功只有白日梦很难成功。一个成功的人必须具备一些优秀的品质，如勤奋，坚强的意志，毅力，他必须不断地学习以使自己成为一个有能力的人。有时候，他应该更灵活的更改情况。总之，自信是成功的第一步。而努力工作是成功的关键因素。

What is the definition of success? I believe different people will have different opinions about it. If anyone asks me what is success for me, I will tell him progress is success for me. I can have small goal or great aim in my whole life. If the goal what I set is too large for me, I will not taste the feeling of success. Or I always set small goals, so I will feel success all the time, which may make me become autophilia and without ambitions. Therefore, I think if I can be better than yesterday or last time, then I am successful.

成功的定义是什么？我相信不同的人会有不同的看法。如果有人问我对我来说成功是什么，我会告诉他进步就是成功。在我的一生中我可以设定很多小的或者大的目标。如果我定的目标对我来说太大了，我就尝不到成功的滋味。或者我设的目标太小了，这样我一直都会处于成功中，这也许会使我变得自恋没有雄心壮志。因此，我觉得要是我能够比昨天或者上一次好，这样我就算成功了。

每个人心目中定位的“成功”都是不同的，但是追求和崇尚成功的心却都是一致的——白手起家，创造财富便是其中的一种。成功者神秘的创业之路、个人的经营之道都在被世人所尊崇着，于是，就广泛的流传出了这样的一个短语：成功的秘诀。

这不由使我联想到了前段时间书市里热销的一本书叫《成功是逼出来的》，作者甘霖用一种极为被动的心态去解读了那些被定位为“成功”的人士。开始，我只是视其为一种娱乐，看过则罢，甚至觉得此书作者涉嫌部分的炒作心态，所以不予以评价。直至今日，看到了松下辛之助如此“别出心裁”的秘诀，不禁又使我想起了那本书——成功是逼出来的。

结合着看，这才发现书中字字在理，句句经典，而松下辛之助的三条秘诀更是妙不可言，让人回味无穷。

今日源源不断的财富完全是为昔日贫寒的出生所迫——所谓先苦后甜，吃得苦中苦，才能方为人上人。白手起家的人，才能在获得财富后保持一种珍惜爱护的心态，不舍得恣意挥霍自己的付出和汗水。贫寒的生活造就、“逼迫”出了无数位成功人士。古今中外，范仲淹家境贫寒，划粥充饥，最终成为了一代巨匠；文中的松下幸之助自小困窘，最终成为了让人敬仰的“经营之神”……这些例子无疑告诉了我们——成功是逼出来的！

学历低下，不是成不了大器、做不了大事的借口，反之，它是成功的充分条件。当然，也仅仅只是充分，并不是所有的成功者都成绩低下，这也并不意味着所有成绩低下的人不加努力就能敲开成功的大门。学历的低下也许更是是一种无形的促进，使你在走入社会的同时，无时不在提醒着自己：我学历低，应当用比别人更认真的态度来面对一切！因此，这低下的学历就成了一面明镜，时刻鞭策着那些“先天”不足的人们不断的进取、学习，从而达到成功。这又印证了那句话——成功是逼出来的！

体弱多病的人注定无法成为事业的操纵者，上天剥夺了他们健康的同时，也赐予了他们冷静的思考和沉着的智慧。体弱多病，逼着他们不能亲临现场、不能劳累，只能在有效的时间和空间内运用他们的智慧，完成他们想做的事。这是一种限制，同时更是一种厚爱，因为这样的“逼迫”成就了一位受世人尊敬的伟人——霍金；一位意志力为亿人榜样的海伦·凯勒；一位坐在轮椅上，身残志不残的张海迪……无数的体弱多病，成就了一代人的成功命运！

大自然让我们在磨难中奋斗，在奋斗中不断成长、壮大与进步。这一过程是痛苦的体验，但是，人未经磨难是不可能成功的。人一生下来，就要大声啼哭，逼迫肺泡接受新鲜的空气。接着，世上的一切都逼着你去适应，去争取。出身贫寒、学历低下、体弱多病……它们不是阻碍成功的借口——逼迫，可以激发你的潜能；环境和绝境的逼迫可以赋予你无限的创造力；生活所逼、亲情所逼、社会所逼、自己所逼、时间所逼、空间所逼……种种无奈、层层施压、一步步地要求使你不得不努力拼搏，勇往直前。

不要抱怨逼迫，不要无奈，因为被逼是福！

被逼的一生，是奋斗的一生，是幸福的一生。

成功——是逼出来的！

人生需要有创意，创意是成功的秘诀，我回忆起了一篇文章：四年前，一个烈日炎炎的午后，一位路人拦了辆出租车，说去公安局，其实这位路人是想去成人教育学校，这学校就在公安局旁边，他是怕出租车司机不知道罢了。但这位司机一下子便猜出了他的心思，并和这个路人聊天，在交谈中，这个路人发现这个司机很有创意，从中能让自己受益一生。这到底让路人明白了些什么呢?我埋头继续看书，原来这个路人通过了这件事情，使自己生意兴旺。

啊!这就是创意。创意需要努力与经验，还需要认知和勇气，此外还需要一点点灵光。

这个故事让我想起了另外一个故事：曾经有一个父亲对女儿说：“要有创意!”这个女儿长大后，让波菲莱太太给她织了一件自己设计的毛衣，去展示了一番，有一家公司来定购，一下子就要定购40件。这个女儿把波菲莱太太请来，又请20位心灵手巧的织毛衣女佣人，一个星期便把40件毛衣交给了这家公司。

又要服装展示了，女佣人全部都被另外一家织毛衣的给叫去了，这些衣服怎么办呢?有些还有一只袖子没织好，有些有一半还没织好，这可怎么办?

这时她想起了父亲的那句话，突然想出了好办法，把这些衣服展示出去。因为这些没有完工的毛衣也有它的特点。果然，这很有创意，厂家把这些衣服一抢而光，还向她定购了几百件。在生活中还有很多有创意的事件。

有一天，妈妈告诉我们：今天开始，要小孩们倒垃圾了。于是我和哥哥开始轮流倒垃圾。第二天，我该倒垃圾了，我在想我有没有什么简单的办法呢?可以节约一些时间呢?这时，一个简单的想法在我脑海中形成了。倒完垃圾，趁这下楼的机会，我可以去把今天要吃的水果买来，这不是很好吗?一举两得，既倒垃圾又买来了水果。

我便如此行事，果然，节约了一些宝贵的时间。妈妈连声称赞我真会安排事情，肯动脑筋。我也高兴地一蹦三尺高。

这也是创意，人生中有创意，能使人生精彩起来，它是财富和成功的秘诀，能使我们的人生更加辉煌、灿烂，也能使我们那平淡的生活闪烁那灿烂的光芒。

生活中有很多创意，让我们一个个去发现和探索吧!

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

The very first thing you have to do to create abundant self-confidence is to start thinking with confidence. Pay attention to your internal dialogue, and learn to notice when you allow negativity or doubt to control the course of your thinking.

Your environment has a tremendous influence on you. The books you read, the people you spend time with, and the music you listen to all influence the way you think and feel about yourself and the world around you.

In a nutshell, your environment can either build up your self-confidence or drag it down.

If youre in a situation where youre discouraged, such as an unhealthy relationship or a miserable job,you have to change that situation if you want your self-confidence level to grow.

Create an environment that supports you if your desire to have abundant self-confidence. Spend time with confident people.

Remember those, self-confidence can be yours. Take it!

Failure is the mother of success. Sometimes people have to cope with many mistakes and failures in order to reach the successful finals. While others might succumb to failure, they tend to retreat and give in their efforts. Success often provides confidence and satisfaction, nevertheless failure companies with bitter, saddness, and suffering. It seems people have to learn through each experience, as success doesnt always falls from heaven.

I remembered I used to fail on my vocabury test when I was in high school. I had problem to memorize new words which got lloose each day. I almost decided to give up English, but was obliged to one of my neighbour classmates who kept on sending small sheet for me. In the end of the semester, I found I had finished my vocabulary book which became a work force in reading English. I then realized that a new word came and left our brains for several times. Nobody is born as genius for success. Success tends to arrive after a serial of trials and failures.

Of course, success brings confidence and victory. But, life is not always easy and comfortable. There are more difficulties than eases in the real life. It is likely that we have to face some failures ahead. Therefore, those who learn how to deal and endure failures will taste their success eventually.

学习了语文书的《滴水穿石的启示》后，我深深地被它所感染，它不仅描述了关于“滴水穿石”的奇观，而且揭示了一个人走向成功的秘诀，它使我今天受益非浅。

我们知道，人的一生是要有很多崎岖和坎坷、困难和不易的，面对着这条你向往的人生之路，你只能选择前进，勇敢地前进。因为，你热爱它，喜欢它，你不该放弃你的目标，爱迪生、李时珍……不都是如此，他们都有自已的目标，其次，我们不能像雨水那样“三天打鱼，两天晒网”，这样只会半途而废。“吧嗒吧嗒”下几天，又停几天，没有一种持之以恒、锲而不舍的精神，我们不需要这样的人。我体会到：人的一生，不管遇到什么困难、挫折，都要坚韧不拔，不要轻言放弃。因为风雨过后，眼前会是鸥翔鱼游的水天一色;走出荆棘，面前就是铺满鲜花的康庄大道;登上高峰，脚下便是一览无余的空蒙山色。坚持不懈，也是你前进的助推器，但前提必须认准目标和自已追求的方向，那些目标不定的失败者，往往与成功就相差一步。

我就是个例子：四岁的时侯，妈妈望子成龙，为了把我练成多面手，又是画画又是书法，又是钢琴又是武术，七八个兴趣班伴随着我金色的童年，使我一天连大气也不敢喘。终于，有四个兴趣班结束了，渐渐地，只剩下两个班。我呢，全身心地投入到武术和画画中，我爱画画，武术虽然动作酷，可训练真是太辛苦了。我想来想去，还是放弃了画画，选择了武术。练好武术成了我的目标，何不为它努力呢?从此，不管寒冬腊月，还是盛夏酷暑，不管是每天早上五点半从家跑到训练馆，还是每天七点钟跑完三千米，再做五十个俯卧撑和下腰压腿，我都是一咬牙挺过的。但是，到了一年级，我的武术已到了出成绩的时侯，由天每天放学晚了，有作业了，时间不够用了。我不得不松下了筋骨，停止了训练。如今，我的坚持下去的“战友“们已经拿到了香港和全国的奖牌，我却失去了这样的机会。

很多人心怀梦想，最初能够行动，但是随着时间的推移、困难的出现和精力的耗费，大多数人便开始从思想上产生松懈和畏惧情绪，接着便停止不前，最后半途而废、前功尽弃。成就大事的人并不一定有显赫的家世、超群的智力，但他肯定有持之以恒的精神、坚韧不拔的毅力。

现在，我明白了成功的秘诀是什么：目标专一、持之以恒、锲而不舍，就一定能实现我们美好的理想。

有如一盏灯光耀耀的明灯，照亮了我曾经灰暗、淡然的人生之路。对此，我要对你致以最深刻的谢意！

自信，你是世间最应珍视之物，你像一双巧手，打开了我繁重的心结，你似一把钥匙，打了我心灵之锁，你如一座桥梁，载我通向成功之路……

还记得那次，六年级的升学都考试正悄临近，正因为这次考试关系以后中学是否被老师认可，而且在考试后还要面临与六年级好友分别，我不禁被不宁的心绪所困扰着，一连窜的烦恼涌上我的心头，在这后的日子里我都陷入了不安之中，每天上课的注意力都不那么会集中了，作业也不再认真地写了。就在这时，你如一场及时雨滋润着我，激励着我：“加油！不要被子这些烦恼所打败，绝不能向烦恼低头服输……”在你的鼓励下，我改正了自己的缺点，摒弃了一切烦恼，越来越自信，最终在考场上没有被子任何物质所干扰，取得了优异的成绩。

但时，在同学朋友的羡慕中，老师的赞赏中，我却第一个想到了你——自信！是你让我努力奋发向上，是你让我改正自身的缺点，若没有你，我的好成绩从何面来？

升入中学以后，你再次踏入我的生活，一而再，再而三的眷顾了我之个无名小卒。面对中学里众多的对手，一天八节课程，我曾入弃过，也曾跌入深不可测的幽谷底下，一直处在迷茫之中，但你又让我重拾信心，你像一条结实的绳索，把我再次拉了上来，重新燃起了我的希望与斗志，让我对学习生活更加自信……

自信，为了使我能永远拥有你，，让我用着名诗人普希金的《假如生少欺骗了你》来自勉：假如生活欺骗了你，不要悲伤，不要心急，忧郁的日子里需要镇静，相信吧，快乐的日子将会来临……

自信，你让我像一面三棱镜，在阳光下，折射出了我自己独特的光芒，拥胡了我独特的闪耀，经久不息，谢谢你！
