今天，当我阅读了《高尔基的童年》这篇文章后，被文中高尔基那种读书时忘记了一切，专心致志的精神所感染。

我一字一句地仔细阅读时，仿佛和高尔基在一起读书似的。他读得那么专心，把世界上一切都忘记了。

读到这里，我情不自禁想起了自己以前读书的情景。我和高尔基一样，也是一个爱看书的人。每当父母给我买回新书或从同学那里借来一本好书，我都如鱼得水，总是迫不及待地阅读。我虽然看了不少好书，但从书中得到的收获却很少很少。这是为什么呢？当我阅读到高尔基如饥似渴地读书而忘记一切时，与自己比较一下，终于找到了原因。

原来，我看的书虽然多，但阅读时不够认真、专心，只是看看热闹，仅仅注意了一些主要和精彩的环节，从来不做什么读书笔记之类的。也不曾体会文章的内涵，更没有注意作家写文章的方法。还有一个原因，我看的书多，且都是走马观花、囫囵吞枣，所以不管我看了多少书，基本上忘记了，收益甚浅。

我想，高尔基之所以能够成为世界文豪，与他从小那求知若渴、专心致志的读书精神是永远分不开的。同时，高尔基那认真读书的态度，不仅仅教育了我看书不能一目十行、囫囵吞枣的，更教育了我做任何事情都要有认认真真地克服、解决问题的态度。

我不禁想到鲁迅先生曾经委婉地批评侄女读书囫囵吞枣的毛病。我应该把快速浏览和精细研读结合起来，做到读有所得，学以致用。

今天，我读了这篇文章后，对“认真是成功之秘诀”这句话更加坚信不疑了。

这周老师让写一篇读后感，一想起读后感我就发愁了。因为我写的读后感很不好，真么办呢。在这时，我忽然发现了我的图书角里有一本非常耀眼的书——《点亮智慧的明灯》。这本书了是我印象最深的就是第一章——名人成功必备的八大素质。

这一章主要写了成功的人有哪些素质。第一个是兴趣，第二个是要有个奋斗的目标，第三是面对困难要有坚韧不拔的信念，第四是做任何事都必须专心致志，第五是勤奋努力，就一定会比别人收获的更多，第六是保持一颗自信乐观的心，第七是要思维创新，第八是每天都要和时间赛跑。

又会想起这些事，我又有了和以前不一样的感受：

每当看见第一项的时候我都会想起如果没有兴趣，还会成功吗。可后来我都会得到的信息是没有兴趣就没有成功……

再次看到第二项的时候，我会想很多天真的想象，比如：想不努力就成功；想让别人给自己定个目标，并帮我完成……但是这都是不可能的有了兴趣还不够，还要有个目标，而且还要努力实现这个目标。

然后看到第三项的时候不是的想起了在危险中的一些人，他们有的不放弃希望，把一丝希望都好好用上，最后成功了；可没有信念的人最后不幸去世了。让我明白了，面对困难要有坚韧不拔的信念。

看到第四项我就想起了一个故事：居里夫人小时后学习非常专心，不管周围多么吵闹，都不会分心。就是他的这种专心，才让他成功。

接着看到了第五项，只有勤奋努力才会成功。林肯小时候家里非常的贫困，于是就他放牛，砍柴……为了换一本书来学习，最后他就成为了美国总统。

……

最后我又重新翻了一下，我感受到：一个成功的人士，不仅要有兴趣，一个目标，乐观，创新。还要有坚韧不拔的信念，努力。不要忘了，还要每天和时间赛跑。

成功不只是努力，还要讲究方法。

某天，兔子无聊，约好了乌龟在公路上跑步，兔子跑到路中间就睡着了，乌龟赢了。

——努力比天赋更重要，你不努力，天赋就可能“消失”，努力是成功的第一部。

第二次，兔子不服，他们在操场上跑，可是这一次兔子跑反了方向，乌龟又赢了。

——要想成功就必须明确自己的方向，也就是目标，明确目标是成功的第二步。

第三次，兔子约好了乌龟在草地上比赛，可是比赛刚开始兔子就掉进了泥坑中，乌龟赢了。

——要有一双发现陷阱的眼睛，天上不会常常掉馅饼，但地上可能常常有陷阱，善于发现陷阱是成功的第三步。

第四次，兔子与乌龟在山坡上比赛，兔子飞速跑下去，可乌龟却是滚下去的，乌龟赢了。

——要善于利用自己的优点，弥补自己的缺点，这是成功的第四步。

第五次，兔子乌龟比赛，这次他们在高速公路上比赛，兔子用尽全力跑，发现乌龟早就在终点了，乌龟是坐出租车过来的。

——要整合利用自己的资源，这是成功的第五步。

第六次，又在操场上比赛，兔子奋发向上将乌龟甩到了后面，而他看见终点上有一条横幅，上面写着“谁第一谁龟儿子”，他堵气不跑了。

——要时刻注意调整情绪，情绪影响着发挥，注意调整情绪是成功的第六步。

终于，兔子将自己以前犯过的错误改正后，在操场上向乌龟决战。比赛开始，兔子使劲的跑，快到终点的时候，感觉尾巴专来一阵痛意，他用力一甩，将乌龟甩到了终点。

——最重要的一点，要利用对手的力量，可能对手的力量可能帮助你。

Everybody is afraid of failure, because it means what they do is useless and they waste their energy and time. But people get the wrong idea about failure, in fact, failure is also success. 在2008年6月24日，我和妈妈还有妹妹一起去市民广场走走，就当是散步。我们从玩的地方走出来后，看见一些人为在跳舞的旁边，不知道在看什么。我心中特疑惑，一直盯着那儿看。妈妈好像看出了我的心思，于是对我说：“走，楠浠。我们去看看他们在看什么。”我听了这句话，马上跑上去，一看，唉，原来是一些人在溜冰;而且还有一些小孩子。看来哦，这里是在叫小孩子溜冰的一个团。马上的，妈妈和妹妹也来看了。妈妈看了一会儿，就问那里的宣传阿姨一些情况，于是就帮我在那儿报了名，像让我在这里学会滑冰。

从那以后，我每周都回去练溜冰。终于，功夫不负有心人，我溜冰的速度都可以赶得上教练了，而且呀，还会了一些溜冰的花样呢!

是啊!不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹?着是我成功时悟出的一个道理，你呢?这个道理将点亮我未来的生活!
