前年暑假，我兴高采烈地跟随妈妈来到游泳馆学游泳。教练带我们在岸边做准备运动后，让我们下水练习憋气和蹬墙漂浮等基本功。我练习了几次后，很快就掌握了这些基本动作，得到了教练的表扬。

第二天，我们开始在岸边练习蛙泳的游泳动作了。腿部动作有四个要点：收、翻、蹬、夹。手部动作要注意两只手用力向外划一个圈。教练强调手脚动作要协调、到位，反复让我们在岸上练习了两天蛙泳的游泳动作，还不让我们下水游泳，大家早就不耐烦了。看着提高班的同学像一条条鱼儿似的在水中游来游去，我心里更是跃跃欲试。
