几个月前，有一天夜里，爸爸下班回来，听见“喵喵”的叫声，原来是一只受伤的小猫，爸爸就把那只小猫抱回来了。

它只有爸爸的手掌大小，眼睛像两颗珍珠一样，耳朵尖尖的，胡子又细又长，软软的。它长着黑白相间的毛，浑身毛绒绒的，摸上去好柔软。这只小猫真可爱。

可是，它的腿受伤了，走路的时候总是东倒西歪的。有时走着走着就突然跌倒了。看着它这个样子，我心里很难受，它的腿要是好不了长大就不能捉老鼠了，那可怎么办呢?我要好好照管它，让它早日康复，成为一只优秀的猫。

每天放学回来，我都要先去看它，给它吃一些火腿肠。每次它都要一拐一拐地走来吃。它吃食的时候总是大口大口的，吃得特别香。

过了两个星期，在我的精心照看下，小猫的伤居然好了，它可以从地上跳到床上了，而且跑得特别快，我心里很高兴，它长大可以捉老鼠了。

爸爸妈妈说：“小猫的伤好了，咱们把它送到乡下姥姥家捉老鼠吧，它会成为一只优秀的猫的。”我心里真有点舍不得。

我现在还经常想起这只受伤的小猫，不知道它现在怎么样了?是不是已经成了一只优秀的猫。
