当穿上迷彩服，踏上操场的时候，一阵阵暖风就扑了上来，虽然很热，我却觉得十分亲切。我终于见到了教官，他和我们一样，也是身着迷彩服，可却比我们显得精神多了。我们刚刚站定，总教官就吹响了他手中的哨子，说：下面进行五分钟的军事训练！呵，才五分钟，我一定能坚持住！我自言自语道。立正！教官听到了总教官的命令，便向我们发出了指令，下面开始站军姿！于是，我便以教官向我们示范的动作站着。太阳火辣辣的，晒得我汗流浃背。汗从额头上滚落下来，顺着脸颊淌了下来，又痒又难受，正想去抓，教官却阻止了我，还让我再站直一点！当时的我十分气愤，心想：这个教官可真凶啊！真是连一点儿人情味也没有！还好，只要五分钟，让我来看看几点了！趁教官不注意，我看了看表，啊！都八点了，怎么还不叫我们休息啊，一定是教官忘记了，再等会儿吧。一分钟过去了、两分钟过去了、三分钟也过去了眼看教官都快误时十五分钟了，我真是急得不得了。这时，我的脚也开始坚持不住了，又酸又疼，站都快站不稳了。终于，当过去了整整三十五分钟时，教官同意我们休息了，正想上前去拿水喝，又被他阻止了，他说：再坚持一会儿吧，到下课再去喝水。听了这话，我都感到腿软了，这个教官真像个魔头，这个训练场真像个地狱啊！

大概过了很久，我拖着疲惫的身体回到了宿舍，正想在床上躺会儿，教官却走了进来，指着我们的宿舍说：真乱，快来收拾一下！无奈，恋恋不舍地爬了起来，打扫起卫生来。一番清扫后，教官来到一张床边说：快来看好了，我教你们叠被子！唉！被子不就是折折叠叠吗？连着还要学？说完，教官便向我们示范了起来，只见他动作娴熟，三下五除二便把被子叠好了。待我定睛一看，哇，真好，被子在教官的手里变得像豆腐块一样，我们叠的汉堡包可比这逊多了！看来教官也是挺可爱的。

终于，五天的折磨结束了，回想这五天的军训生活。我感慨万千。我渐渐明白，军训虽然十分辛苦，但是它不但锻炼了我的体力，更坚强了我的意志力。它让我明白了要做一个不畏艰辛，站直了的中国人。同时，军训也让我学会了做平时由父母代替的事，让我学会了自立，也融入了集体。

军训虽说很累，却让我受益匪浅，我渐渐喜欢上了这种生活。

Time went past fast and we are in high school now.We are all required to attend the student military training in a formal army camp.Military trainging can benifits us both physically and psychologically.First,by training in the army camps we can develop out body strength and health.The officer will let us run,do push-ups,jump and so on.Boys will build up their muscles,which they will be proud of,and girls will become healthier,so they wont be sick every month that often.Second,staying under strict system and format enforce the students ability to control themselves.We will be required to stand in the sun without talking for about half an hour.By doing this,out minds are trained and we will be able to persist and not give up on any task we will face in the future.In summary,military trainging is a good way enforce and develop students physical and psychological levels.

Our military training will last 11 days from Aug. 15th to Aug. 25th. It will take place in the school playground. The training time is from 7:30 to 11:30 in the morning and 2:30 to 5:30 in the afternoon. Everyone must attend the military training on time. Nobody is allowed to be absent from the training or be late for it. Ask the drillmaster for leave if necessary. Furthermore, we must be in military uniforms, wear strong sports shoes and bring our own cups. I went to a summer camp where I experienced the life as a soldier. All I can tell you is it was not easy at all. Each morning, we got up at 5am, quickly brushed our tooth and cleaned ourselves up, then made our beds before we dressed up in our army uniforms. At 6am sharp, we were called to the square where we began our march. Breakfast was at 8am. Then military activities began at 9am till noon when we had our lunch together. Afternoon activities started at 1pm till 5:30pm each day. At 6pm, we had our dinner. After that, its was time for all of us to take a good rest until the next morning.

Friday, November 17 rain

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

总是很羡慕电视机里军人们站如松、坐如钟的飒爽英姿，以及那“流血流汗不流泪”的坚毅精神，想着自己是不是也能这样坚持呢？这不，机会终于来了。

一大早，我们学校七年级新生都换上了军训时穿的迷彩服，远远望去，就如同一幅巨大的油画。我当然也在其中，虽然表面看来，我十分淡定，但是只有我自己知道内心是如此的汹涌澎湃。我好像看到了一只独木船正在海面静静地向前航行，忽然，刮起了大风，巨大的海浪一个接着一个，如同成群的野兽，向独木船奔去。

想起哥哥说过的话，“你要小心点，我们军训的时候，教官十分严厉，动作稍微做得不到位，就要被罚！”想得正出神，老师便来带我们下楼参加典礼。我可以明显感觉到我的心脏里住着一头小鹿，它胡乱地撞着我的胸口，就差要跳出来了！

带领我们的是一位浓眉大眼的教官，眉宇间夹着一个深深的“川”字。他一脸严肃，在训练的时候，我没看到他脸上有过一丝笑容，眼睛睁得大大的，好似两个铜铃，怪可怕的。教官一本正经的模样使我胆怯起来，同时打起了十二万分的精神。

教官在教我们每一个动作前都会做一遍给我们看，那炯炯有神的眼睛，那干脆利落的动作，那挺拔如松的站姿，我能想到的只有一个字，那就是——帅！

刚开始我们做的动作一点儿都不整齐，经过教官一次又一次的纠正，我们一次又一次的努力，总算能像教官一样——站如杨树，蹲如雕塑。一个个挺拔的身影，洪亮的口号声久久回荡在篮球场上，这分明就是一个个军人在接受着人民的检阅啊！

一天的训练就在这热烈的气氛中结束了，每个人的脸上虽然都显得有些疲倦，但从一双双明亮的眼睛中，分明可以看出那巨大的成就感——那种无法言语的感觉！

Last week, my friends asked me to spend the weekend in the house that near the lake. It is one of my friends’ house, where their families often spend the holiday together. Though the house was not big, the environment around was really beautiful. In the daytime, we walked around the lake and appreciated the beauty of nature. At night, we made some food and barbecued. It was such a happy time that we sung and danced. We talked about our future thoughts. Before we went to bed, we watched movies together and discussed the plot. This is the most wonderful moment for us. We share our happiness and have no annoyance.
