x月2日，我和爸爸，妈妈，爷爷，奶奶去泰国普吉岛。

第一天，我们乘船去攀牙湾划小船看风景，攀牙湾又叫做小桂林，因为它有山有水，和我们中国广西桂林风景很像。我们还去007岛看风景划船，这个岛上有一块奇特的大石头，它的形状像一颗大白菜。中午我们回到船上吃了一顿海鲜大餐。晚上回到普吉岛我们又去吃了当地非常有名的日本料理，食物很新鲜，味道真不错。

第二天，我们乘坐有四层楼的大游艇去PP岛。船开到一半，我们停在一个小岛边上，我们穿上了游泳衣，戴上游泳眼镜，穿上救生衣，从船上跳下海浮潜，爸爸妈妈说他们看到很多五颜六色的鱼，我很害怕，不敢把头潜到水下，而且我的脚上有个伤口碰到海水就痛了

，所以我一会儿就上船了。之后我们登上了PP岛，吃好中饭我们去海滩上玩的时候看到了和我们家养的一样的热带小鱼，还捡到了两个闭得牢牢的贝壳。晚上我们在海边吃了海鲜大餐。

第三天，我们坐快艇去了珊瑚岛，快艇开的虽然很快，但是我觉得很颠簸，晃的很厉害。到了珊瑚岛，我们在海滩浅水处看到了黄色和黑色条纹混合的鱼，爸爸妈妈又戴上游泳眼镜潜到水里看到很多大大小小颜色不同的鱼。后来我和爸爸在沙滩上玩沙子，爸爸用沙子把我整个人都埋起来了，就露出一个头，我觉得沙子很暖和。旁边还有许多游客玩拖伞，香蕉船，和小快艇。大家玩的都很开心。我们回到普吉岛又看了毒蛇表演，参观了蛇药工厂。

第四天，我们去了一个叫沙法里的地方骑大象，为了谢谢大象驼我们，我们买了香蕉喂大象。我们看大象表演的时候，还让大象帮我做了按摩，我觉得大象踩的有点重，但是舒服还是很舒服的。然后我们去看猴子表演，我把最后两根香蕉喂了猴子，我和小猴子牵着手拍照，它还拉我的耳朵，摸我的头发呢!最后我们乘了牛车，牛车很不稳，而且闻起来臭臭的。

在我们旅行团里有一位大姐姐，叫徐悦，我们空余时间在一起玩IPAD，玩一个叫保卫萝卜的游戏，她给我看游戏里她孵出来的蛋。在车上的时候，我还喜欢和我们的导游聊天，聊以前去别的地方旅游的事情。我觉得这次旅行很快乐。

寒假是什么？

有同学说：是张床！复习加考试，忙了好多天，累哦，困哦，得泼劲儿歇歇，过过瞌睡瘾。

有同学说：是座山！学校的，课外班的，假期作业串串烧，多哟，悬哟，恐怕又得脱层皮。

我说：是条河！这边，是已经度过的上学期；那边，是即将到来的新学期。

寒假这条河，说宽也不宽，年前十多天，年后十多天。以往寒假，我是嘻嘻哈哈过大年，玩得团团转，吃得肚儿圆。还没灵醒过来，咦，该开学了。无奈，只好起早摸黑，吭哧吭哧补作业，那难受劲儿，就像游泳的时候呛了水。

老师反复讲，知识是连贯的，学问是延伸的。果然如此，垒好了复习和预习两个桥墩，那桥面就好铺了。

我发现，七年级下册语文书上的七个“练习”全是口语交际，“如何请求帮助”、“畅想未来”、“同学过生日”、“介绍城市”、“即兴讲演”、“介绍电影、电视剧”、“环境保护”；七篇“习作”既有景物练笔，又有人物练笔，还有通讯报道，以及参观记或游记。我揣摩，七乘以二，新学期中，语文老师至少会布置十四篇作文。哇，可不敢怠慢，得笨鸟先飞。于是，我背诵了杜甫的《石壕吏》，学写了三篇人物和两篇读后感。以后几天，还将练练景物，写写通讯报道。

我发现，七年级下册数学书上的重点，是二元一次方程。妈妈说过好几次，我学数学有两个毛病。一是从幼儿园就有的老毛病，太相信自己的珠心算，不喜欢演草，更不擅长如何简便。二是这半年才得的新毛病，遇到难一点的应用题，总习惯奥数思维，想不起来解方程。针对这两个毛病，做寒假数学作业，我强迫自己在演草纸上加减乘除，还找些奥数班上的题，试着列方程式解一解。

至于英语，倒不用太担心。我上的两个课外班，大前天已经复课。“新概念英语”基本与学校同步，“精英班英语”。只要认真加勤奋，就能功到自然成。

我们继续往前走，小吃街一转眼就到了，“哇!这么多好吃的阿。”说完，我看了看爸爸，爸爸看出了我的意思，问我：“是不是想吃了?”我咧着嘴点了点头，“那就去买，今天管够。”“太好啦，你真是全世界的爸爸阿!”我一边夸着我爸爸一边已经开始看要买的东西，好全面阿。有豆汁、炒肝、爆肚、卤煮火烧、油条、炸糕、灌肠、焦圈，看着就眼馋，我点了好多东西吃，并找了个地方坐下来，不一会，东西端来了，我闻了闻，“好香啊。”“这都是咱北京小吃，尝尝吧。”“嗯，开吃。”……“真好吃啊。”我擦了擦嘴，高兴地说道。似乎意犹未尽。

一转眼，就该回家了，我把我买的东西放到了车里，高高兴兴地回家了。庙会之行，感触颇多，快乐一词，无处不在，把握快乐，体会幸福，人生之本。

I enjoy singing very much. While singing, my heart as well as my body is

joyful. When Im happy, I often sing out to share my happiness with others. I

also sing out to pour out my bad feelings when Im upset.

I like pop music most, because I want to follow the trend. I prefer soft

music to rock music. Since we may be very tired after a long days work, we need

a rest very much. Perhaps soft music is the best recreation for us. My favorite

pop stars are JJ and Jay Chou. They always make a wonderful performance on the

stage. Their songs are so charming. I admire them very much.

In my spare time, I often sing a song to others. Everyone is so happy to be

my listener, because Im very brave and confident. Even though I couldnt be a

professional singer, I can still get a lot of good fun from singing. Because of

singing, my life becomes more colorful.

my father bought a computer as a birthday present for me last year. it becomes my best friend in my room. id like to play on the computer as soon as i get home. at weekends, i often play games on line with my friends.

ive made a lot of friends on the intenet. but my eyesight becomes poorer and poorer, and i am not able to finish my homework on time. its terrible that my father will remove the computer. from now on, i should pay more attention to my study.

The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." There are several legends about the origin of this festivity and we could not tell which one is true. But what we know today is that this festival started as a sacrificial offering to ancestors. It was also a time for the ancient Chinese to pray to heaven and earth that there would be a bountiful harvest. Many people hoped for good luck as well for the coming year.

农历十二月初八是中国的传统节日——腊八节，腊代表中国农历的十二月，而八是eight的发音，因此，这个节日被翻译成腊八。关于腊八起源的传说有很多，我们已经不能辨其真假。时至今日，我们确定的是这个节日起初是为了祭祀祖先，祈求丰收以及为即将来到的一年祈福。

Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. Generally, the porridge contains eight ingredients which can include glutinous rice, red beans, millet, Chinese sorghum, peas, dried lotus seeds and some other ingredients, such as dried dates, chestnut meat, walnut meat, almond, peanut, etc. The porridge must be boiled for many hours and then offered as a sacrifice to the ancestors. This must be done before noontime. Also, it is tradition that family members eat the porridge together. Then they leave some as a symbol of hope for a good harvest the coming year.

从传统上讲，腊八粥是腊八节最重要的元素。腊八粥通常由八种材料做成，这些材料可以是黏米，红豆，小米，高粱，豌豆，莲子和一些诸如红枣，栗子，核桃仁，杏仁，花生等谷物。粥要熬制数小时，然后作为祭品祭献给祖先。这个祭祀活动一定要在中午之前完成。之后，家人们坐在一起吃腊八粥也就成了传

Another custom is the soaking of Laba garlic. Garlic is soaked in vinegar for more than twenty days starting from Laba festival. Then when the Chinese New Year comes, the garlic and vinegar is used alongside jiaozi on the table.

腊八节的另一传统式腌制腊八蒜。从腊八节那天起，就将蒜泡在醋中二十多天，这样，到春节的时候，就可以在餐桌上与饺子同食了。

Today, after school, my friends asked me to have dinner with them, I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food.

As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me, but now it seemed to be a kind of torture, I always told myself to eat more than I could bear, my stomach hurt.

The experience to eat buffet lets me realize that I should enjoy the food instead of eat more than I could bear.

只要一听到“寒假”二字，我就很兴奋，特别是这学期的寒假，要知道，，它可是我中学时代的第一个寒假呀!从现在起，我就认真的筹划一番，既要得到充分的休息，也要利用它来好好地充实自己。

首先，我要在温暖的被窝里酣睡。俗话说，人不睡，就乏困。上学时，每天早出晚归，天不亮就起床，天天乏困。课堂上我老打瞌睡，老师、同学都说我快成瞌睡虫了。没办法，等熬过了这几天，我就足足睡它个三天三夜不睁眼。睡足之后，就开始我的第二项计划：学英语。

学英语，可是我这个寒假的“重头戏”。前两天，我在报纸上看到这样一则消息，说有一位70多岁的老大爷，在中国胜利申办奥运会之后，就一直苦学外语，现在已能说一口流利的英语了。我看了特感动，我也准备学一口流利的英语，争取早点成为一个小小“英语通”。为此，在寒假里，我要认真地学语法，掌握1000个以上的单词，坚持阅读简单的英文作品。同时，也要多听英语磁带，练习日常会话，提高口语表达能力，为__年进京当个义务小导游打下基础。

除了苦学英语，我还要利用寒假大饱眼福，阅读一些文学名著，如《格林童话》《童年》《西游记》《哈利●波特》等。在这个寒假，我也会遨游在文学的海洋中。

当然，寒假中还有我们中国人民的传统节日——春节。今年的春节。我要同爸爸妈妈一起回老家陪爷爷奶奶过年。我要用这学期节省下来的零花前给爷爷买一瓶好酒，给奶奶买一双温暖的棉鞋，向他们表达我的一点点孝心。

在这个寒假，我打算做的事还有许多许多，我要充分地利用它，合理地支配它，使我的寒假生活过得充实而有意义。
