今天早上醒来，我穿好衣服，见妈妈还在睡觉。我没有叫醒她，饿着肚子等妈妈起来做饭。这时，我脑子里闪现一个念头：我已经十三岁了，也该学做饭了。

我来到厨房，看看有什么东西可做的。发现有些绿豆，想起爸爸妈妈这几天工作很忙，已经上火了，绿豆可以去火，于是我决定烧绿豆茶。

我拿了个小碗，装了满满的一碗绿豆，把里面的脏东西捡出来，用水淘净，再在电饭锅里装了半锅水，把淘好的绿豆倒进电饭锅里，接通电源，把电饭锅调到煮饭档后，准备炒菜。

炒什么菜呢?妈妈平时最爱吃西红柿炒鸡蛋，就做西红柿炒鸡蛋吧!我先拿了四个鸡蛋和两个西红柿，学着妈妈的样子把鸡蛋打入碗里，这时我遇到了麻烦：不知道放多少盐才好。突然我想起妈妈平时炒鸡蛋只放一点点盐。我照例放了一点，搅匀后放在一边。把油倒进锅里，没多久，就听见有“嗞嗞”的声音，原来油热了，我赶紧把鸡蛋倒进锅里，不停地翻着，并把鸡蛋弄成一块一块的，倒入盘里，这时我才松了一口气。当我回过头去拿西红柿时，发现西红柿还没有切。就急忙拿起刀切起西红柿。我先是放在案板上切，可是弄了一案板西红柿汁。这时我突然想起妈妈平时是拿着切的，我也照样子小心翼翼的向碗里切去，不到一会儿，我就把西红柿切好了。我打开火，等锅里的水干了，就又在锅里放了一点油，等到油冒烟，我赶快把西红柿倒进锅里，在锅里左右翻动了一会儿，再又把鸡蛋放回锅里，放了南德调料和味精，搅匀后，倒进盘子里，一盘香喷喷的西红柿炒鸡蛋就做好了。

我打开电饭锅一看，绿豆已经“开花”了。我知道绿豆茶也烧好了，就把它们盛了出来，端上桌，去叫醒妈妈起床。

妈妈起来看到桌子上的饭菜，惊奇地问：“这是谁做的?”“我做的!”我自豪的说。“真的吗?我的孩子长大了，会做饭了!”我听着妈妈的夸奖心里美滋滋的。

这顿饭是我平时看妈妈做饭时一点一滴学会的，看来真是“处处留心皆学问”啊!以后在学习、生活中我还要认真观察、处处留心，学会更多的知识。

快乐的寒假到了，为了能过一个既快乐又有意义的寒假。这次，我计划先把作业搞定。每天完成10页的《寒假乐园》，还要安排一篇日记，练一小时的钢琴。

前几天，我们考了试了，我们放了寒假，我这几天的寒假生活是丰富多彩的，寒假生活是充满乐趣的。我的寒假生活就异常的充实。但又是非常无聊

因此还没过两天我就坚持不住然后睡起来懒觉来了。可是作为监督员的爷爷却严格执行起来了。爷爷见我没有按照时间表上的时间做，立刻来房间喊醒我。当我睁开睡眼朦胧的眼睛时就看见爷爷严肃的脸，很不情愿的起床了。在爷爷的监督下按照时间表执行起来。虽然心里不高兴但还是勉强做了起来!这样一天在爷爷的严厉监督下过完了!晚上爷爷便把今天我的表现告诉爸爸妈妈。

吃完晚饭爸爸妈妈便找我谈话了，妈妈说：你已经长大了。自己能安排寒假作息时间是一件好事情!可是自己规定的时间刚开始两天自己都不能执行，这样怎幺能好自己的主人呢?

爸爸也语重心长说：时间是你自己认真想好以后制定的现在刚刚开始就不能坚持，以后还有很多事情自己做主的，要学会按计划完成自己的规定!时间是你自己安排的你自己要有信心做好!什幺事情都要坚持!不能虎头蛇尾的!爸爸妈妈说完后还是肯定了我的时间表，但还让我自己做好寒假小主人。听完爸爸妈妈的话我羞愧的低下了头。

在以后的时间里我不再让爷爷监督了，即使有什幺事情不能完成当天计划的，在前一天我就做好调整，或提前或煺后一天做好必须完成的事情，把不重要的事情拿掉，这样整个寒假完全由我自己做主过完了!爷爷也笑着说：我这个监督员失业了!他说这样的失业他很高兴希望永远也不要上岗了!

第三天，我们坐快艇去了珊瑚岛，快艇开的虽然很快，但是我觉得很颠簸，晃的很厉害。到了珊瑚岛，我们在海滩浅水处看到了黄色和黑色条纹混合的鱼，爸爸妈妈又戴上游泳眼镜潜到水里看到很多大大小小颜色不同的鱼。后来我和爸爸在沙滩上玩沙子，爸爸用沙子把我整个人都埋起来了，就露出一个头，我觉得沙子很暖和。旁边还有许多游客玩拖伞，香蕉船，和小快艇。大家玩的都很开心。我们回到普吉岛又看了毒蛇表演，参观了蛇药工厂。

第四天，我们去了一个叫沙法里的地方骑大象，为了谢谢大象驼我们，我们买了香蕉喂大象。我们看大象表演的时候，还让大象帮我做了按摩，我觉得大象踩的有点重，但是舒服还是很舒服的。然后我们去看猴子表演，我把最后两根香蕉喂了猴子，我和小猴子牵着手拍照，它还拉我的耳朵，摸我的头发呢!最后我们乘了牛车，牛车很不稳，而且闻起来臭臭的。

大年三十，辞旧迎新，很多的风俗寄托着人们对美好未来的向往。吃过午饭要贴对联、请家堂，准备迎接新的一年。晚上才尤为重要，因为要吃团圆饭。到了晚上，全家人坐在一起，快快乐乐吃着丰盛的饭菜。看联欢晚会，也是在过年时的一件大事。在晚上还要守夜，只为亲眼见证“一夜连双岁，五更分二年。”期待在新的一年里更加幸福。

大年初一大拜年。家家户户都很早起来，走亲串户去拜年。我家也不例外，爸爸很早叫我起来，起来后出门，不能往东看。我不知道这是为什么，但还是要服从命令的。一路上，每个家族都是成群结队，显示着家族人丁兴旺，和睦幸福。

走亲戚，总是要带一些好东西，穿上新衣服，快快乐乐的。

在寒假中还有一个节日——元宵节。在这一天还要吃元宵，元宵很好吃。在晚上的时候还要放烟花，爸爸每年都要买一些烟花来放。

寒假的事情真是多，寒假的快乐也很多！

I went to my new house to my room.It is very big and beatiful.I will use a blue wardrobe and a blue bookcase.I saw a big bed and there was a blue sheet on it,I really liked them,because my favorite color is blue.But my desk was brown.In fact,I like brown,too.And there were many pet dogs and pet bears.They were cute,really cute.I loved them very much.
