During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

期末来临，近期不断收到家长反映学生课业负担过重、在家作业时间过长的电话和信件，为切实加强初中学校的期末教学管理，优化后期教学策略，切实减轻考试前学生过重的课业负担，根据局党委要求和初中教学工作实际，提出以下几点意见，望认真贯彻执行。

一、加强教学管理，规范教学行为

1、严格岗位职责，加强教学常规检查。根据《肥城市初中学校教学管理规范和实施细则》，严格教学岗位、教学环节的检查巡视，杜绝随意空课、调课、占课、拖课现象，保证教学各项工作科学、规范运转。

2、科学制定计划，精心安排复习。要督促广大教师根据教学进度，及时结束新课，科学安排复习。学校要对各个学科、各位教师的复习计划进行督查，强化复习期间的教学秩序管理，切实杜绝随意性、放鸭式复习，确保复习的目的性、针对性、有效性，提高复习效益。

二、优化教学策略，提高教学效益

3、上好复习课，努力提高课堂效益。要重视复习课教学策略的研究，加强对复习课教学目标、教学重点、教学方法、实施策略等具体问题的研讨，努力通过凝聚集体智慧，构建自主高效的复习课教学操作模式，强化知识的联系，促进知识的迁移，实现能力的提升，充分激发学生的潜能，激活学生的思维，提高课堂45分钟的质量效益。

4、严禁题海战术，精细教学质量监控。要坚决摒弃靠题海战术、机械重复式作业提高质量的做法，努力优化提升习题、试题及作业水平，提高单位时间效益。各学校、各学科要把习题、试题和作业研究作为一个重要的课题，聚力聚智，常思常探，切实优化题目设计，精心作业布置，及时测试讲评，保证做到精练精批，反馈高效。

三、减轻学生负担，促进身心两健

5、加强作业研究，严格控制作业量。各单位要认真执行省规40条，严格控制作业量，保证学生充足的睡眠时间，杜绝超时超量布置校内作业和家庭作业，杜绝过量使用成套的单元试卷，杜绝盲目使用教辅资料，确实把作业的数量降下来，把作业的实效提上来。因作业量的问题引发社会及家长不满造成不良影响的，将追究学校领导及相关教师的责任。

6、加强生活指导，力促学生和谐发展。广大教师既要关注学生的学习状况，更加关注学生的身心健康。因此，要重视并加强学生的学习指导研究，引导学生科学合理地安排作息时间、调节心理，做到劳逸结合，身心两健，以良好的状态迎接期末考试。

四、科学统筹安排，部署好考试和放假工作

7、加强考风建设，发挥考试效能。各单位要利用主题班会，加强考风考纪建设，教育学生诚信考试。要充分发挥考试的诊断、激励和发展功能，认真评卷，做好成绩统计和质量分析，指导教师写好试题评价报告，在放假前做好试卷的讲评和修改完善。

9、科学统筹，做好假期工作。各学校要根据教育系统年终总结暨放假会的要求，严密部署假期工作。一要研究好假期作业的方式和内容，指导好学生的假期生活，确保学生过一个充实愉快的假期;二要部署好家访工作，在加强家校沟通的同时，监控指导好学生的假期生活;三要高度重视安全工作，加强寒假期间的安全教育，确保不出任何安全问题。
