今年寒假，我到老家安徽去过年。我们老家有一种特殊的习俗，叫“放野火”。

走出家门，真是别有一番滋味。趁着寒假，我们一家三口和大自然来了一次亲密地接触。重庆的公园很漂亮！花儿在向我们微笑，鸟儿在为我们欢唱！远处还有一群鸽子呢！咦，怎么会有这么多鸽子？旁边的工作人员告诉我，这儿有个鸽子园。我吵着要去喂鸽子！我买了一包鸽粮，把它倒在手上。马上就有鸽子飞了过来，一只、两只……它们居然站到了我的手上，真让我感到意外。没想到鸽子们竟然是这样通人性，我给了它们食物，它们便给予我惊喜；我给了它们关爱，它们便给予我友情。临别的时候，一只鸽子还飞上了我的肩头，依依不舍地和我道别，好像在说：“好朋友，下次再见啊！”我也是一步一回头地离开了这儿。

离开重庆，顺道来到凤凰。其实早就听过凤凰古城的辉煌。在这个充满梦幻色彩的寒假，我终于如愿以偿地到了这里。城内的石板小街、明清古院，江边的吊脚楼，使我总以为自己走在画中。街上卖有各种小玩意儿，什么弹弓啊、草扎的娃娃啊、木雕的弥勒佛啊……看得我眼花缭乱。我最喜欢的还是那可以驱蚊的香包，不仅做工精致，而且散发着阵阵幽香呢！

走了这么多的地方，还是家最温暖。正如一首歌里唱的那样：“到处旅行，可是回家依然是这世界上最美的事情。”我们回家了，爸爸更是带着满身的疲惫。为了缓解爸爸的疲劳，我烧了一盆热热的洗脚水端到爸爸面前，让爸爸把脚放进去，我开始帮他轻轻地揉啊揉啊，爸爸轻轻拍拍我的头说：“我真幸福，我的乖乖女把我身上的倦意都捏走了。”妈妈也夸我懂事多了。整间屋子都洋溢着我们的笑声。

快乐寒假，与我同行！

English is the international language. Many parents have realized the

importance of mastering English and they spend a lot of time and money to help

their children learn it well. But with the development of Chinese economy, a lot

of foreigners come to China to learn its culture and language, so we cant

ignore the importance of Chinese. I have recited a lot of old poems. It makes me

feel the charm of these classic poems. Every poem uses a different way to show

the history. I find the great joy in learning Chinese. Both English and Chinese

are future language, so we need to master them well.

Tired of the dull day of the holiday， there was a habit of walking on the street。

厌倦了假期白日的平淡，于是就有了在街道上散步的癖好。

刚出门，天就微雨，似夜空中的雾，沾满了一身，夜风凉飕飕的。幸好街道两旁的店家灯火给寒冷平添了几许暖意，我缩着脖子走向黑暗。蓦地一声断喝在平静中震荡耳膜:喂，老头，快起来!快走开啊!随着声音在一处屋檐的阴影中发现了一个蜷曲着的老人。伴着不同的差异，人们不约而同地围了过去。

接着屋里的一片灯光，我打量着老人发抖的身子，低垂的蓬乱的头发，破旧的衣裤。。。。。。不由地打了个寒颤。周围的人越聚越多，叫喊的人自然是房主，但大家都不知道老人的来历。

人群之中有的在窃窃私语，有的在有限地点烟，有的在摇头叹气。。。。。。我忽然感到口干舌燥了。片刻沉默后，一个童音在嚷:爸爸，老爷爷不冷吗?是啊!大家似乎是受到了什么启发，好些人开始跟房主交涉，众目睽睽之下，房主涨红了脸，:大伙帮个忙。房主恢复了自信，和几个小伙软硬兼施地把老人扶进了房内，一个中年人已经风风火火地在旁边的饮食店中拿来了热腾腾的面。

好些人散去了。我--一位看客，从裤兜里抽出手，耳边回响起幼稚的童音，在羞愧中重新迈开脚步。

who gives me birth? who brings me up? who dedicates his/her whole life to me? my parents。

who gives me food? who gives me clothes? who gives me care? my parents。

my parents， they don’t want to get any reward from me。 not only my parents， all the parents in the world don’t charge anything from their children。 they give us everything they can。 they spend their whole life loving me， so i love my parents， too。 since i was given birth， i’ve started to love them even if i didn’t realize it。

it will be the time for my birthday soon。 i want to say to my parents: i love you。
