I like reading novels, because in the novels, I can imagine the world that

寒假中，春节是快乐的。为了了解古老北京过春节的习俗，我特意查了相关的资料。腊月初八，也就是“腊八节”那天，年就拉开了序幕。年味儿越来越浓。街道上卖对联的、年画的、“福”字的，也越来越多了。从腊月二十三开始，人们就纷纷开始办年货了，在以前的北京人就会杀鸡、炖肉、发面、酿酒……，忙忙碌碌地为大年三十那天做准备了。

说起年三十，人们不得不想起饺子。大家知道吗？饺子又有一个别名叫“交子”，意思是在昼夜交替的那一刻吃饺子，因为饺子是白白胖胖的，像个元宝，所以大家就认为在除夕之夜吃饺子预示着来年会发大财。

大年初一，大人们都早早地叫孩子们起床，把孩子们打扮得漂漂亮亮的，穿上新买的衣服，然后就去给长辈们拜年，领红包，这也是我们小孩子最喜欢、最高兴的事了。

初二到初四是逛庙会的最好时间。虽然庙会的人很多，可是大家还是很开心，逛着各式各样的小摊，看着千奇百怪的小物品，还有吹拉弹唱的各色节目，嘴里不停地吃着各色小吃，手里举着风车“嗒嗒”地响，真热闹啊！

在假期里，我还学会了门手艺，那就是北京的文化传统——丝网花儿的制作。我先把五颜六色的丝网布抻开，然后把布包裹在细细的铁丝圈上，组成一个花瓣，就这样再做几个同样的花瓣，把它们凑在一起，一朵漂亮的丝网花就做成了。我还和妈妈学用五彩的珠子穿成了五个活泼可爱的福娃呢！妈妈夸我心灵手巧，看着自己的劳动成果，真快乐啊！

在这个假期中，最让我难忘和自豪的是我在短短的4天内，学完了中国的书法中的九个笔画，并且能很漂亮地写出来。伴随着那清幽的墨香，我迷上了中华民族的国粹——书法。同样，我也置身于其中了。

我度过了一个很快乐的寒假，因为我不仅玩得开心，也完成了我的学习任务。众所周知，春节是寒假的重头戏，我们会花很多的时间去庆祝新年。因此，我首先要完成作业，这样才不会让它们影响我过节的快乐心情。我用一个星期完成了寒假作业，期间也和爸爸妈妈一起出去购物，我们买了很多东西，特别是零食和水果，接下来，就是过春节了，我们吃了一顿丰盛的年夜饭。爸爸妈妈制作这顿大餐，而我只能帮忙打下手。年夜饭很好吃，我吃得很饱。接下来的几天，我们和亲人朋友互相串门拜年，有时候也一起出去游玩，我们小孩子是最兴奋的。现在，寒假马上就要结束了，我也要去上学了。度过了一个这么快乐而充实的假期让我很开心。
