“妈，我好了。你快一点。”我一出门，寒气逼人啊。一下子退回了屋里。“嗯？怎么又回来了，走啦。”妈妈说。“不行呀，妈妈，太冷叻，可不可以不去啊。”我央求着说。“No，No，不可以。”“呜呜，好狠心的妈妈啊。”我假哭着说。妈妈不吃我这一套，拉着我就出去了。

“来，宝贝，跑起来就不冷了，”妈妈说，“你们这些小孩子，不要一放假就憋在家里不出来，出来多运动运动，对身体好，再说了你们不还要体育加试呢吗？”“嗯，快了，这寒假过后，就该忙体育了。”我回答说。“正好啊，不要浪费了这个寒假的早晨。”妈妈有些小喘的说。“哼哼，您不是就想让我早起吗，陪您一起晨练吗？”妈妈笑了笑。我虽然嘴上这么说，但我心里明白，妈妈这是为我好，为了我将来的一切一切。因为身体是革命的本钱。“妈，早晨的空气真好啊，好久没呼吸早晨的空气了。上学也是整天在教室里不出去。很难得有这样晨练。”我也有些小喘的说。“就是，以后不许再让你的寒假没了早晨了。”妈妈笑嘻嘻的说。

经过这次之后，我明白了妈妈的用心良苦。我是90后，就应该发挥出90后该有的正能量。于是，没了早晨的寒假已经成为了过去。我呢？也要好好利用者寒假的早晨，对我的身体负责。

没了早晨的寒假，不应该有。而且我们正年轻，应该发挥正能量。向着理想的未来，冲啊！
