My Chinese New Year for this year was fantastic!

I went to Hai Nan with my parents during the Chinese New Year and visited my relatives over there. The weather over there was beautiful. It was so much warmer than my city. We stayed in a hotel and we spent a lot of time on the beaches. My parents also took me for a ride round the island. It was so much fun and I wish it was longer.

It was sunny and warm day. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. We joined them to climb the mountain as soon as we got there. We felt tired but we kept climbing. It took us about an hour to get to the top of the mountain. The wind was so cool and the scenry was very beautiful. We had a picnic and then we walked down from the mountain. We were very happy that day. This afternoon, my parents and I went to Huad Shan with their friends.Recently, they have developed a new feature such as Gu Keng coffee, yard coffee shop, and B&B.This time, we went to a place that has natural trees, flowers around us. On the side of the stone road, had a long river and we could hear the water voice. It was very comfortable. The most I like it because there were not many people so that we could have a quiet condition.In addition, adults took noodles, fruits, and teas to get more interest. People in there were so friendly; they could lend us the desk, the chair, and everything we need.Now, Huad Shan is not only a place for hiking but also a tourism scenic spot. We can go there with our family or friends on holiday. It is certainly can relax ourselves.There are full of busy and nervous feeling in our usual life. This afternoon, I was often absent-minded in class, for I was thinking of the film "The Sound of Music", which would be shown at 7 p.m. on the school playground. As soon as class was over, I hurried out of the classroom.

On the way home I saw a little child standing by the roadside crying. Obviously, he had lost his way. Forgetting all about the film, I went up to him and asked him to tell me whatever he knew about his family. It took me nearly an hour to send him home. His parents were very glad to find their lost child back and thanked me again and again.

I missed the film. But I felt happy.

the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers

October 12, 2009, Monday Fine

It is universally acknowledged that Senior Three is undoubtedly a critical phase of life. The school life is extremely busy, so our monitor suggests that we have an outing to relax ourselves this weekend.

It is terrific! After a month s study, I feel we really need a break for one day, and so do some of my friends. Senior Three should not be filled with study only and relaxation is also an important part. Sometimes relaxation is more useful than an hour s hard work. While having an outing, we can relax ourselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery of autumn --- yellow leaves, attractive sunset against the blue sky and so on. Isn t it enjoyable?
