Today I was at home lonely, due to my husband need to work overtime and no time to accompany me. I make my own way to leave SZ city to come to him, but unfortunately, my love lost his job and try to find a job in SZ city. Bad news for us, but we have no choice. We need to make money, I know it is hard for him to find a satisfactory job due to the overall economy situation is bad in 2012. But the New Year for 2013 is coming soon. We really hope that everything will be ok with us. I have to make meals by myself and just sit in front of computer. I really want to make some relaxation by listening to songs and watching funny series / movies. I guess I over use my eyes in the company, due to frequent overtime at the normal working days. My neck and my eyes feel terrible. I feel uneasy that I always dream a lot when I was asleep. The next morning when I woke up, oh, my god, I do not feel like doing anything at all, just feel headache. I hated to dream a lot in the sleeping time.

Sometimes I feel ashamed for my poor oral English. So many girls in our department can speak fluent English and absolutely do not have difficulty in communicating with foreign guys. I envy of them and I just too lazy to make some useful effort for spoken English. All the mangers in our company are proficiency in written and spoken English and all of them are from HK. Maybe I should learn something from them.

I need to work 5 days per week, after two days rest. Every time when I back to office on Monday, just feel verysleepy. Somehow I have the same feeling every Monday. I just call it black Monday. Because I have to back to normal and resume to work. I have not written something in English to record my daily life for couple of weeks. I think I need to make it up once I am available. No matter how busy I am, my strong interested in learning English will never stop. I think I‘d better go to bed early tonight, in order to avoid laziness for work tomorrow.

My name is Xiaoming and I like traveling very much. Last summar, I went to the Great Wall with my family.

It was fine that day. We went there by bus early in the morning. When we got there, there were many other visitors there. When my family and I went onto the Great Wall, we saw beautiful scenery(风景). We all were amazed(惊讶的) by how beautiful it was. We took quite a few photos there.

We had a good time there. The time flew by, and soon we had to go back. I was tired after traveling, but I really enjoyed visiting the Great Wall!

I had a joyful summer vacation. During the holidays, I traveled with my

families. We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days. We lived in the

The first time of eating buffet

This morning，my bset friend XiaoLuo called me out for buffet dinner. I have

never gone to eat buffet before.

we met at the gate of buffet restaurant of HanTingXuan near the Center

square in GuiLin downtown at 11 am.After buying tickets we went into

therestaurant excitedly.As a food junkie，to be honest，I was totally stunned by a

whole bunch of

delicious!grill，hamburger，cake，sushi，drinks，seafood，iscream，hotpot，ect. In

total， I ate four piece of cake，five sushis，a plate of grill，an iscream，a cup of

lemon juice，five dumplings，a fly rice，a cup of pudding，a plate of fruit

sala，some popcorn，two puffs and some Canonese Dim Sum.After two hours eating，I

felt extreamely stuffed that my belly were going almost burst !To relieve

stomach tension，then we hang around the town.

Stuffed and tired，but I felt very happy!

第一次吃自助餐

今天早上，我最好的朋友小罗打电话叫我和他一起去吃自助餐，在这之前我从未吃过自助餐。

由于自己向来比较内敛的缘故，首次与客户面谈显得比较紧张，也不大顺利，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上经理的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付，慢慢的好了许多。不再会在陌生的场合怯场。今天下来，面对经验比我丰富的阅历比我深的多的多的客户，也能够通过简练清晰的表达让对方熟悉我们的产品，让他们对我们的产品产生更浓厚的兴趣。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

he Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people.

In the past, people could not often have meat, rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now, although people’s life is much better, and we can eat the deli foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most people can have a long holiday, and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. 我来到英语班，不一会儿，就开考了，第一个是考笔试，只见老师发了一个本，叫我们写名再写准考证号，我一看到这个本，就想：难道要我们写一本吗？想完了，又想：不可能！要是这样的话，时间也不够呀，还是先看看吧，所以，我把名字和准考证号写上就看了一眼，哦，原来不是写一本，因为一本不可能只有8页吧。

过了一会儿，又来了一个一模一样的本，我在想：是要写两本吗？我仔细一看，原来，一个是听力，一个是笔试呀！

过了五分钟，老师说：“现在可以开始做笔试了”。我开始了狂写“模式”，不到7分钟，“好了！”我开心地说，“再检查几遍”，老师严肃地说，我只能再检查几遍，见没有没写上的，就把本放在桌子上。

两分钟过去了，突然，老师严肃的一下把我们吓了一跳：“马上开始听力，做好准备”。我们的玩闹声又重归上几分钟的安静，因为如果听漏了一句，整个题就废了。

“开始听力”威严的声音再次响起，随后，录音响起了。
