今天是个大日子，我要在英语班考一级，你不要以为我考一级就只学到一级哟！其实我已经学到了二级，今天我是要来考级的，但也要做准备呀！

所以，我在前一天准备了考级该带的东西，今天来，就是有备而来的啦。

考级分为三部分：听力、笔试、口语，我们的听力以前都是听老师讲的，因为听录音不清楚，可是在考级的时候，只能听录音，我们做笔记的时候，笔试题看似简单，其实非常难，口语是最后考的，所以等会再说。

我来到英语班，不一会儿，就开考了，第一个是考笔试，只见老师发了一个本，叫我们写名再写准考证号，我一看到这个本，就想：难道要我们写一本吗？想完了，又想：不可能！要是这样的话，时间也不够呀，还是先看看吧，所以，我把名字和准考证号写上就看了一眼，哦，原来不是写一本，因为一本不可能只有8页吧。

过了一会儿，又来了一个一模一样的本，我在想：是要写两本吗？我仔细一看，原来，一个是听力，一个是笔试呀！

过了五分钟，老师说：“现在可以开始做笔试了”。我开始了狂写“模式”，不到7分钟，“好了！”我开心地说，“再检查几遍”，老师严肃地说，我只能再检查几遍，见没有没写上的，就把本放在桌子上。

两分钟过去了，突然，老师严肃的一下把我们吓了一跳：“马上开始听力，做好准备”。我们的玩闹声又重归上几分钟的安静，因为如果听漏了一句，整个题就废了。

“开始听力”威严的声音再次响起，随后，录音响起了。

我们都竖起耳朵听，因为我后面的一个小女孩感冒，所以猛“咳，咳”地咳，就因为这个，所以我老是听不到一些东西，不过没关系，因为，这个录音每一题要放两次。

不一会儿，听力没了，到口语，还记不记得我刚才说过口语要等一下讲，现在我就来讲口语：口语，在考的时候，有的人是非常紧张的，因为口语一点也不简单，别看只是和老师对一下话，中间如果有一些不会的或是忘了的就会被扣分。

开始口语了，我们班有好多人，口语是一个一个考的，所以，我等呀，等呀，等呀等，终于到我了，说到我了其实是先在一个小椅子坐着，等有一个小朋友进来，我才出去在外面的椅子上坐着，不一会儿，一个小朋友又出来了，“到我了！这一次是真的到我了！”我想着，心也快从嗓子眼跳出来了，“Hello”（你好）老师跟我打了一声招呼，“Hello”我也礼貌地还了一句，之后就叽里呱啦叽里呱啦地说，过了七、八分钟考完了，我彻底地松了一口气，我回到教室坐在了椅子缓了一缓，就拿起书包，走了。

这一次考级，可真是太吓人啦！

In the first place, it often happens that we have trouble finding appropriate words and phases to give expression to our mind. Secondly , there are many idiomatic ways of saying things in Chinese. 教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

实习日志四

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

书展

信步走到图书馆看即将在今天结束的全国书籍。惊奇的是发现我们国家竟然出版了这么多种的书籍。我觉得富有多页彩色插图的儿童书籍印刷的相当精美。我买了一本打八折的《英美短篇小说》中文版。我要在这读书的好季节里将它读完。

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing.

Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.

A funny thing happened during the summer vacation.

On the morning of July 13th, the weather was clear and the sun was bright. My mother took me to the village of Li Jia to visit her grandmother. The two aunts and two cousins were also in grandmas house. I was very happy. On this day, I was playing with two cousins, and two of us got me to make you a little bit of fun. Then, I went to the river with two cousins to pick up the pebbles, and we picked up a lot of strange stones, some like the pentagram, some like cars, some like peoples hearts, and... We picked up some stones and went to a temple nearby. There was a golden Maitreya Buddha in the temple. When we were playing at the temple for a while, we returned to my grandmothers house. In the evening, when my sister and I were chasing the noise, my sister suddenly stepped on a stone and fell down. My foot was broken. I laughed and said, "you big fool." She said angrily, "you bad man, I will not kill you!" And then I ran after me... On the morning of the second day, we will go home. Our sister will also go with us. We have a great time playing games on the road.

英语日记正文可以是叙事、描述、说明、议论等各种形式。其实，由于日记是非常随便的，因此上述文体常常结合在一起使用。英语日记内容取自生活，可长可短，有时无事可记，一两句也可以。写日记贵在坚持，不可断断续续地几天写一篇，那样起不到学习英语的效果。另外，英语日记也应该尽可能讲究一些文采，切忌写成流水账。初学者只要能写出完整并符合语法要求的句子就很难得，所以文采要求是次要的。而对于高中及其以上程度的英语学习者来说，就要求不单要语法正确，而且对句法、选词、谋篇布局等都有较高的要求。
