在玩加勒比海盗时，有一些比较刺激的突然下降沉入海底或上升浮出海面之类的动作，其实我挺害怕的，腿都有些发抖，但是我用妈妈教给我的深呼吸的方法平复心绪，也顺利地跟随杰克船长完成了沉落宝藏之战。

我特别恐高，也害怕俯冲，飞跃地平线就更是一个挑战了。人坐在飞行器上，升起有五六层楼那么高，一个场景一个场景的转换，特别真实，身临其境的感觉，尤其是从热气球大赛一下子转到海上赛艇比赛，脚下就是无边无际的大海，害怕极了。正害怕呢，突然又一下子转到了磅礴澎湃激流直下的伊瓜苏大瀑布，心砰砰直跳，就像人要坠落到瀑布里。但是我鼓足了勇气，在妈妈的帮助下，一边深呼吸一边默念不怕不怕，偶尔闭眼，也完成了飞跃。

在科技馆，妈妈只预约到一个食物旅行的位子，全程十分钟，是我一个人独自完成了环游，还拍了照片，录了小视频。在黑乎乎的球幕影院，也是我一个人去检票找座位。在人山人海的火车站和地铁站，我还学会了买票取票，刷票进站，检查包裹，还帮妈妈看护物品和背轻一点的包裹。

每当遇到困难或新情况时，爸爸妈妈总是鼓励我说我是男子汉，应该有勇气有力量，相信我能学会面对和解决。通过这次外出游玩我发现还真是呢，爸爸妈妈没骗我，相信自己，勇敢一点，没有闯不过去的关。

The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings

about a number of conflicts in a family. In my opinion, to limit the bad effects

of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:

First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about

their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings. This activity does

not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among

all members. For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and

even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood,

they will stop complaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness. In the

meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way,

it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies.

Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling

about themselves. In order to do that, they should not think that they are the

only right people in their family because each person has his or her own

limitations. Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with

pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their

strictness. Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm

to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their

children.

Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all

members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious

atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other. I strongly believe

that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum

interference by the generation gap.

I hope to go on a trip to Beijing,but my mother always tells me "you cant".She thinks I am too young to go to Beijing,and I am too busy at school.This term is over,To my surprise,my mother will take me to Beijing.I am very excited!Then I have a traveing plan for this trip:firstly I will go to the tiananmen square,I will take many pictures,then I am going to the palace museum,I can see many old builds there.secondly,I am goingto the wangfujing street,we will buy many things,for example,foods,clothes and some books.then I will go home. 我成长中的烦恼哪会只有几个?不夸张地说几乎要一天一夜才能说完。几乎全部都跟老妈有关系。我烦死老妈了!整天逼着我干这干那，而且都是我不愿意干的事情。比如去借东西、干家务活等等。有一次，爸爸买了好多肉馅包饺子吃。可正在调馅的时候，妈妈突然发现没有姜了。我发觉了这个险情(被老妈叫去干活)，刚想溜号的时候，老妈叫道：“赵悟，咱家没姜了，你去对门借一块吧。”我要晕了，老妈的眼和嘴也忒快了。没有姜去买点又怎么了，咱们家又不是穷得连姜也要借吧。让我去借，多丢面子啊。其实其中还有一层原因，我最怕和别人打交道，特别是大人。我真想不去了，但是这样做的结果肯定又是要教育我一顿，还得去借，更不划算了。烦死了烦死了，唉，怎么办才好呢?唉!谁叫咱胳膊拗不过大腿!我决定还是厚着脸皮去借。我轻轻地按响了门铃，我心里慌慌的，想着该怎么说。这时门开了，对门的孩子出来了。我的脸更红了：“你家里有姜吗?”他便跑回屋里叫他父母了。过了一回，他妈妈出来了问：“你有什么事情吗?”“阿…阿，阿姨，你…家有姜吗?”“噢，你等等，我去找找。”过了一回，阿姨出来了说：“对不起，我们家也没有姜了。”“噢，谢谢。”我赶快退出来，如释重负地回到家给妈妈汇报情况，谁知妈妈说：“对门借不到，不会去别人家借?快去借，借不到就别回来吃饭。”我知道妈妈向来说话是一言九鼎，闹不好还真得饿肚子。唉，我怎么这么悲惨。我只好再去借，终于历经千辛万苦才借来珍贵的一块姜。

望着我满脸的怒气，妈妈说：“一个人必须要学会和别人交往，学会向别人求助，连这种能力都没有还怎么独立去生活!”虽然我辩不过妈妈，但在心里还是嘟囔：你做什么都有理!

类似的给我出难题的事情还很多。比如说：我们家的冰箱坏了，她就让我把那些肉放到邻居家的冰箱里;我的袜子、鞋，妈妈难得替我洗一回;我从来没有享受过下雨天被接送的待遇;前几天下雪天我一路上摔了好几跤，回家诉苦发脾气却遭遇妈妈的冷眼：你摔翻了再爬起来，又何必把你的怒气再撒到别人身上……对此种种，我是十分气恼而伤心，经常会有“我做几辈子的孽了，摊上你这样一个妈”的恶语，但是我基本上还按照妈妈的教导去做的，没有反抗也不敢反抗。虽然有一部分是迫于老妈的“武力”，但也有对老妈的理解，因为妈妈这样做是为了让我更优秀。

成长的烦恼，烦恼的成长，什么时候少了妈妈的难题，什么时候不用妈妈出难题我也能健康茁壮地成长!

Yesterday, mom and dad took me to follow tour group to visit the west lake together.

To the west lake, I saw the beautiful west lake scenery, attracts many tourists. From a distance, the west lake lake calm like a big mirror bright.

After a while, we followed the guide on the ship. Boat, tour guide will introduce us to the west lake. The west lake have broken bridge, why called middle-east? Actually broken bridge isnt broken, it is snow in winter, snow on the broken bridge. Melting, seen from the sky, I feel like a broken. There is leifeng pagoda, gem mountain west lake... We listened with relish.

The ship stopped, we went to the just, saw many green lotus leaves, they each other, like small handfuls of umbrella. Some lotus flowers in bud, some lotus in full bloom already. Beside the lotus has two mandarin duck to swimming merrily on the surface of the lake. Then we saw quite a few big carp. Visitors to give food to big carp, carp jump up and splash water around a countless more going down, like a fountain.

The scenery of the west lake is beautiful! Like a beautiful picture, I really like the west lake.

昨天，爸爸妈妈带着我跟着旅游团一起去西湖游玩。

到了西湖，我看见西湖风光秀丽，吸引了许多游客。远远望去，西湖的湖水平静得像一面明亮的大镜子。

过了一会儿，我们跟着导游上了船。船开了，导游就给我们介绍起了西湖。西湖有断桥，为什么叫断桥呢?其实断桥没断，就是冬天下雪的时候，雪飘到断桥上。融化的时候，从天空中看，感觉像断了一样。西湖边有雷锋塔、宝石山……我们听得津津有味。

船停了，我们来到了三潭印月，就看见了许多嫩绿的荷叶，它们一个挨着一个，好像一把把小雨伞。有的荷花含苞欲放，有的荷花已经盛开了。荷花旁边有两只鸳鸯在湖面上快活地游来游去。然后我们又看到了好几条大鲤鱼。游客把食物给大鲤鱼，大鲤鱼就跳了起来，越下去的时候溅起了无数水花，像一个个喷泉。

西湖的景色真美啊!像一幅美不胜收的画，我真喜欢西湖。

社会和时代的发展，使“竞争”成为了时代的主旋律。有的人在竞争中经受不住打击，日渐衰败，有的人却在竞争中越战越勇，日渐辉煌。竞争是不可避免的，但我们可以凭借智慧，削去竞争的锋芒，使其成为我们飞往成功的双翅。

澳大利亚的羊经常遭到狼群的捕食，农场主们为此烦恼不已，于是他们决定捕杀狼群。在农场主们的怒火中，狼群几近灭绝，羊群从此没了天敌，快乐无忧地生活着，农场主们仿佛已看到了大片健康强壮的羊群向他们走来。但令农场主们惊讶的是，羊群在几个月无忧地生活中不但没有健康成长，反而出现了大批生病衰弱的羊，并且整个羊群也毫无活力。没有了狼群的捕杀，使羊群们安逸舒适，羊群们也不用奔跑，而年老衰弱的个体无法及时淘汰，也使羊群日渐衰败。我们的生活不也是如此吗?如果我们成为那“仁慈”农场主，使自己免受竞争之“苦”，那么我们的懒惰便会在体内滋生，成为毒瘤，从而使我们日渐衰败。

Movie is my favorite that I always watch movies when I am free. Since I like English very much, so the English movie is my favorite, too. Among so many films I have watched, the one I like best is High School Musical. This film tells the stories about two high school juniors from rival cliques – Troy Bolton, captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella Montez, a beautiful and shy transfer student who is a hard working girl. Together, they try out for the lead parts in their high school musical. In this process, a series of stories happen, but in the end, the musical achieves great success and Troy and Gabriella fall in love with each other. It’s totally a happy ending. I like this movie because the high school life in that is so colorful and amazing, which I admire so much. Besides, everyone loves happy ending of love story.

我喜欢电影，平时有时间的时候我一般都是看电影。我非常喜欢英语，因此英语电影也是我喜欢看的。在我所看过的电影中，我最喜欢的是《歌舞青春》。这部电影讲述了两个高中生的故事——学校篮球队的队长Troy Bolton和性格害羞、长相甜美、成绩优异的新生Gabriella Montez。他们要一起主演学校的音乐剧。在这个过程中，发生了一系列的故事，而最终，音乐剧获得了成功，他们之间也碰撞出了爱的火花，完美落幕。我喜欢这部电影的原因是因为电影中展现的高中生活丰富多彩、奇妙无比，让我十分羡慕。再者，有谁不喜欢爱情故事的大圆满结局呢。
