On October 6th, 2013, I went Xiao Meisha with my fellows to spend a nice seaside holiday. On our arriving at Xiao Meisha, we were all filled with excitement, since this was our first trip to the seaside. Xiao Meisha was an excellent seaside resort indeed. There the sky was clean and bright, the wind was mild and pleasant, the sandy beach was soft and comfortable, and the sea was so magnificent. We felt refreshed at that moment. 1、审题：审题是做到切题的第一步。所谓审题就是要看清题意，确定文章的中心思想、主题，并围绕中心思想组织材料。

2、进行构思，列出简单的提纲，打造文章之骨架：审好题、立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好几件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。

3、扩展成文：根据字数多少扩展成篇。扩展的内容一定要紧扣主题，千万不要写那些与主题不相关的内容。展开的方式包括：顺序法、举例法、比较法、对比法、说明法、因果法、推导法、归纳法和下定义等。可以根据需要任选一种或几种方式。

在这一步骤中还需注意三方面问题：

1)确保提纲中段落结构的思路与各段主题句的一致性。只有这样，才能保证所写段落不偏题、不跑题。

2)要综合考虑各个段落的内容安排，避免段落内容的交叉。

3)用好连接词，注意段落间、句子间的连贯性。要做到所写文章层次分明，思路清晰，文字连贯，就需要在句与句之间、段与段之间架起一座座桥梁，而连接词起的正是桥梁作用。

在扩展的过程中也有些窍门，以下几点可供参考：

1)在整篇文章中，避免只是用一两个句式或重复用同一词语。英语中存在着极为丰富的同义词，准确地使用同义词可以给读者清新的感觉。同时要灵活运用各种句式，如倒装句、强调句、省略句、主从复合句、对比句、分词短语、介词短语等，从而增加文章的可读性。

2)使用不同长度的句子。如果一个意思用一句话写不清楚的话，通过分句和合句或用两句、三句来表达，增强句子的连贯性和表现力。

3)改变句子的开头方式，不要总是以主、谓、宾、状的次序。可以把状语至于句首，或用分词等。

4)学会使用过渡词。

(3) 总结finally，at last，in brief，to conclude，etc

(4) 强调really，indeed，certainly，surely，above a11，etc

4、检查修改：要检查复核，不要写完了事。

三、培养学生良好的写作习惯

写作教学是一项“由简单到复杂，循环往复不断上升的”过程。不是一蹴而就的，需要教师在教学中由浅入深、由简入繁、由易到难、循序渐进。起始阶段，培养学生良好的写作习惯是非常重要的。要求学生做到以下几点：

1.认真审题。要求学生认真审读图表或提纲，领会意图，捕捉信息，确定文章时态及体裁。

2.写提纲。教师引导学生构思文章要点，写出每个段落主题句、关键词，然后确定细节和内容要点。

3.写初稿。经过审题和列提纲后，学生开始写作，教师指导学有意识地使用固定句型，使用关联词，把段落按逻辑顺序连成一体，形成基本连贯的初稿。

This summer vacation, I joined a social practice to be a part-time tourguide. There I found something that impressed me a lot.

People who love traveling are always finding places to take a vacation, which caused a lot of troubles.For example, I found that some people were used to dropping out the trash everywhere. They just regarded the sightseeings as their houses, which cost a lot to clean it up. Besides, some one should write down their names on the trees and walls. People who wanted to leave their names whereever they went are always to punish in future.

Nevertheless, I also found some good examples, such as teaching tourists not to destroy the places of historic interests, helping clean up the environment,etc..I think we all need to teach more people not to hurt our precious nature. What we really need to do is protect them form destroying.

Today is the 21stcentury, as the highly developed of technology, we

facilitate our life with all kinds of newly invented products, such as computer,

digital camera and so on. The technology products indeed brings us convenience,

the old way of doing things has been challenging. Before, people like to write

letters to say hi to others or send letters to give people information, while

today, people can use smart phone or computer to call others quickly, that saves

a lot of time. Does the way of writing letters will be kicked out and disappear?

Well, on my opinion, though people like to use the new technology, letter still

has its charm. Writing letters means someone is in sincere attitude, the one who

receives the letter will be touched deeply. Sometimes message is hard to use

phone to explain, then letters will be used. In a word, writing letter will be

not out of day.

I love traveling. Traveling not only broadens my horizons but also opens my

eyes to the world. Whats more, it refreshes me. You can go to Disneyland and

experience what its like to be “a child again!” You can visit one of the “seven

wonders of the world,” such as the Grand Canyon and feel the magnificence of

nature! You can taste the “magicial” ice water on a glacier, which can help you

become more beautiful and make you live longer. Just forget all trifles and

burdens that you have in your mind. Experience is a type of living knowledge.

Youll be sure to experience many new things when traveling. You dont even need a

tour guide if you long for more freedom. Just dont forget to bring your

backpack!

Iusually have a lot of things to do after work. Every day after I come home, Ialways read some English passages, in order to improve my spoken English andfeel the charm of language.

After doing that, I surf the Internet to watch thelatest news and find some useful information for my work.

I think this is aneffective way for me to learn more knowledge and widen my horizon.

Then I beginto learn English by listening to VOA and BBC. There are so many interestingstories in these programs. And the hostesses are very excellent. I can alwayssleep well with their beautiful voices. At weekend, I usually have aget-together with my close friends to share our life experience. Sometimes wealso go out for a walk, so as to enjoy our beautiful nature. In short, I usuallyarrange a lot of activities for myself in my free time, because I want to makemy life more wonderful and interesting.

下班后，我通常有很多事情要做。为了提高我的英语口语以及感受到语言的魅力，每天我回到家后我总是看英语短文。

这样之后，我会上网看最新的新闻，找一些对我工作有用的信息。我觉得这是我学习的知识，开阔了我的视野的有效途径。

无意之中，书架上坠落下一张纸，那张纸缓缓飘落，在我记忆中漾起了涟漪。

夏季，炙热的阳光在身上肆意的徘徊，我提着口袋，向别了几天的教室走去，走廊上竟出奇的安静，心情异常沉重，迈进的那一刹那呼吸了停顿数秒，望着坐在位子上，一个个表情凝重的同学，我额角的汗珠，不安份的滚落下。我坐到座位，焦躁不安的等待着。

不久，老师走了进来，把考试卷分了下去，当卷子落在别的同学手中时，我好像望见了他们眼眸里一闪而过的欣喜。此时，我的手心直冒着冷汗，心那‘砰、砰’的撞击声就好像要“爆炸”一般。白色的试卷在我眼前翩然落下，鲜红的大字刺激着我的眼球“喀咔”。我好像听见了某东西破碎的声音——那是我的心，我如此脆弱的心何曾受过如此的打击，59分，鲜艳如它，却无情的击打着我的心。我漫无目地的度过了几个小时，当同学带着笑脸，在我面前走过，我垂下了头，眼泪充斥在眼眶，好像要随时，喷涌而出。我蹲坐着，在拼起我那颗刚才破碎的心，可无论我如何，都无法拼出完整的，那鲜红的数字，如同恶梦一般，甩之不去，取之不走。

我掏出手机，按下了如同千斤种的号码，几声‘嘟’后便传来熟悉的声音：“喂，考得如何?”我的眼泪再也止不住，泪花滑落在地上，形成一个小水塘。“妈，我没考好。”我哽咽着回答。“这样呀，也别太伤心了，下次努力呀!”电话那头的声音使我想在沙漠中寻找到水源那般渴望，像在汪洋大海中发现孤岛那般喜悦见我许久不答。“没事，这一点挫折，又怎么能压倒您呢?别太难过，没有人会一帆风顺，只有逆境成长，才会成功，只要不放弃就好!”我听着听着，渐渐的释怀了。

成长是瓜，挫折是藤，藤的缠绕是为了让瓜更好的生长;成长是剪刀，挫折是枝叶，剪刀的修剪是为了让枝叶更加的繁密;成长是风筝，挫折是风筝线，风筝线的牵绊是为了让风筝飞的更高。

现在中小学生浪费的现象太多了，尤其是食堂。每天总能省下许多的饭菜。所以我尝到光盘行动。吃多少卖多少，多吃多买，少吃少买。

我相信，只要我们努力，就一定能够节约下更多的粮食。我相信，只要我们努力，祖国的未来一定会越来越好。

In the growth, there are always some lingering worries. As the ancients said: "people have sensitized, yuan, there are rain or shine." Why do peoples lifetime will not be smooth? I am no exception! Growth has given me endless happiness, but also bring many troubles to me from time to time: for growth, I with the feelings of a kind of desire, but somewhat bored.

第二：时间少了。在学校里还可以玩，到了家，除了吃饭时就没时间玩了，其他时间都花在学习上。

第三：朋友少了。长大了，男生跟男生玩，女生就跟女生玩，要是男生跟女生玩就会被人议论，所以好朋友少了，“仇人”却多了。

第四：要求高了。当我还是小孩时，生活得无忧无虑，自由自在的。可现在，身为小学五年级学生的我已经长大了，不在是小孩了，做起事来要小心翼翼，思前想后，毕竟我已经长大了。无忧无虑的日子已经远了……

成长，虽然给了我不少烦恼，但也为我带来了不少快乐。同时，也因为这些成长的烦恼，令我懂得了许多，也意识到了许多许多……快乐与烦恼就可以把它们比喻成一块一块的铺路石，它们毫无漏缝的连接着，通向成功的路!
