小学的学习虽然苦，但我有时还真乐在其中，随着不断深入班集体，周围的朋友们也越来越多，上课时，朗朗书声，下课时，嘻嘻闹声，每一个崭新的一天里，都会有新鲜的事，大家闹着，笑着，跑着，乐着，用天真的行为，来诠释真挚的友情。而面对毕业后的分离，我们没有流下一滴眼泪，因为我们知道！真正的友谊，永存心中，甚至于暑假里，还不停的联系、发消息，两三个人一起相约出来“发疯”。那时的执着，直到现在，还令我刻苦铭心，于是，我悟得了人生中第三缕阳光——爱我的挚友们。

刚刚踏入中学，由于来自不同小学的强劲势头，我感到了巨大的压力，也曾几度失意，而“不怕困难，百折不挠”的精神鞭策着我奋发图强，越挫越勇，在挑战中提高自己，怒放自己。现在，虽然不敢夸下海口说我的成绩是最棒的，但是，面对家人的询问，我可以很自豪的说出成绩，因为，我有骄傲的本钱！我已得到人生中的第五缕阳光——我爱的挑战。

在我成长的道路上，已经拥有了五缕灿烂的阳光，这阳光照亮我稚嫩的心灵，燃起我发奋的勇气。相信，这阳光定会伴着我，帮助我突破艰难险阻，勇往直前！

Barack Obama who is the first black president in America will finish his last term of office soon. He is going to move away the White House and relieve his job as president. I still remember the time when Obama won the election and gave his inspiring speech, he said he wanted to make some changes to America.

Some people think he is a good president even though they don’t think what Obama brought to the country did not make a big difference.

But no one will deny that Obama is very humorous, it is known to all that he likes to watch the TV series. He keeps his eyes on them and sometimes he will play jokes in his personal Facebook. During his last term, he joined the talk show and showed his humor.

一、优化词汇输入教学，丰富词汇知识积累

词汇是一篇文章最基本的组 成要素。头脑中如果没有一定数量的、且处于鲜活状态的词汇，就无法写出好文章。要写出好的文章，就必须善于从众多的词语中选择和运用最恰当的词语。因此， 加强词汇教学、扩大和丰富学生的词汇量是提高学生写作能力的基础工作。克拉申的“语言输入假说模式”认为：正确和恰当的语言输入将会使语言学习的效果更 佳。

最佳语言输入的两个必要条件：

1)密切相关的

2)大量的。因此，将密切相关的常用词汇、习惯搭配适当集中教学，反复归纳、不断循环和强化是较好的词 汇输入方法，同时也保证了常用词汇在头脑中的鲜活状态，为写作输出提供可靠保障。

二、加强基础写作训练，活化基础知识积累

在学生写作过程中，我们 常常会发现许多学生的词汇量与运用能力不成正比的现象，写作中经常出现词汇贫乏和用词不当等问题。这种问题的出现实际上是学生获得的知识没有有效的活化。 配合词汇和句型教学，教师可以经常以所教学词汇为关键词拟定一些与时事或生活相关的话题，让学生用词、句做翻译练习，一段时间(4-5天)之后，再让学生 用这些词、句进行写作，多写多练以达到活化知识的目的。

三、广泛阅读，拓展知识积累

“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作 诗也会吟”。在大量的阅读过程中，可使学生开拓视野，拓展知识，增加语感，为写作提供必要的语言材料。写作和阅读是互相促进、相辅相成的。有些词汇和句 型，学生只是似曾相识，通过广泛的阅读能促使学生把这些东西运用得更熟练，表达得更准确。反过来，这也会有效地提高学生的阅读理解能力。

记得三年级暑假的一天，气温高达37c°，在家里要开空调才能凉爽一些。热得要死的我对爸爸说：“我们去游泳吧!”没想到爸爸想都没想就答应了。爸爸这个“热血动物”肯定早就想去游泳了。

我带好家伙就向游泳馆出发了，我们换好衣服，迫不及待地来到水池边。刚下水时我才清醒过来，我不会游泳呀。顿时我那来时的勇气全没有了，像一个泄了气的气球呆呆的站在那里。我望着那游泳池一波接着一波的水，只有一个心惊胆战的感觉。

看别人像鱼儿一样在水里游来游去，我羡慕极了。我不甘心，不就是游泳池里的一点儿水吗?还能把我这样一个大活人吓死。我鼓足了勇气，刚一下水，那冰冷的水一下子把我包围起来，不停地拍打着我的脸，一会儿就淹过了我的头。顿时觉得我的身体在慢慢的下沉，我努力向上游，可怎么也游不上去。脚着地时我往上一跳，呼了一口气，又沉下去了。我挣扎着，我挣扎得越厉害就沉得越快，沉得越快我越害怕，我呛了好几口水。就在这时，一只手把我从水里拽了起来，我一看原来是爸爸。我爬到池边，望着游泳池发呆，我一想到刚才的险境就心有余悸。

这时，爸爸给我讲了一些游泳的要领，好说歹说我就是不下水。爸爸烦了，一把把我扯下了水。我不知道该怎么办，在水里乱搞。过了一会儿，我静下来，学着爸爸的样子游了两下，没沉下去，我竟会游两下了!我信心大增，学会游泳的欲望越来越强烈……

我家也不例外，妈妈和姥姥做年夜饭，爸爸和姥爷贴春联，我呢在楼下和小伙伴玩鞭炮，大家都忙得不亦乐乎。

随着“久经菜场”的妈妈一声大喊：“上菜了……”拉开了年夜饭的序幕。望着这一桌热气腾腾的年夜饭，我馋得口水直往肚子里流。妈妈指着一盘红烧鲤鱼说：“这是‘年年有余’！”姥姥指着红烧鸡说：“这是‘吉祥如意’！”爸爸与姥爷碰杯进酒：“祝您老福如东海，寿比南山！”并夹起青菜对二老说：“这是长庚菜，祝您二老长命百岁。”姥爷捋捋胡须，夹起用玉米粉做起的龙须饼说：“这是‘双龙戏珠’该外孙吃，争取考双百！”我开玩笑地回答：“考试有四门呢！”“哦，那就再夹两个！”姥爷乐呵呵地又往我的碗里夹了两个，“那就考两个双百!”“好，好!”我狼吞虎咽地吃了起来……

这时，姥爷笑咪咪地说：“我来给大家发红包，前提是每人必须回答一个问题。”大家顿时安静了下来。“老婆子，请听题：“长长一串，一爆赛过红豆子。”姥姥稍思片刻说：“爆竹。”“中奖！”姥爷乐呵呵得将红包递给了姥姥。

后来姥爷又对爸爸说：“小小一个本，计算是第一。”爸爸脱口而出：“是计算机。”爸爸笑嘻嘻地接过了红包。

“外孙，该你了。我来考考你的数学，5×6×3.14等于多少？”我思考了一下：“等于94.2。”“正确！”我也赢得了一个红包。

“女儿，你是家庭主妇，我问你，什么东西越洗越小？”“肥皂。”妈妈也顺理成章地得到了一个大红包。

屋内笑声阵阵，屋外鞭炮声声，这也正应了门外那副春联：四海为春春不老，九州同乐乐无穷。
