When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five

cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the

plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in

the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted

delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that

preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou where we visited the region

of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there

were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.The fourth

day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful

and the water was clear .

As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some

beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.The last place that we visited was

Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai

was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the

third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole

city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited

that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The

plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would

never forget the trip.

If I were to leave my home for a year, there is one thing I definitely

would take with me: my cell phone. With my cell phone, I could call my friends

or family if I ever was lonely, needed advice, or just wanted to talk.

Today was the first day of my new life. I looked at my new books and checked everything for the new school year. I was excited as well as worried.

昨天，我走在放学的路上，还边哼着小曲儿。突然，一辆蓝色的轿车，从我身边呼啸而过，只听身后传来“嘭”的一声，轿车把一个卖菜啊婆的菜筐给撞飞了，青菜、萝卜、菠菜洒了一地。轿车猛然停了下来，我也放慢了脚步，想看看这件事是怎样解决的。这时从车上走下了一个叔叔，走回来扶起吓得目瞪口呆的啊婆，说道：“阿姨，没撞到您吧？”“没，没撞到。”“阿姨，我们要赶时间，实在是对不起，您看这样好不好，我留个电话给您，再给您一百元，你去医院检查一下身体有没有受伤，如果很严重，你就打这个电话，告诉我您在哪，我办完事就赶过去，帮您付医药费；如果没有事，那您也打个电话给我道个平安，好吗？”那位叔叔边说边拿出了钱包。“小伙子，把你的钱收起来，我不要你的钱，我也没受什么伤，只是麻烦你帮我做一件事好吗？”“阿姨，您说，什么事，只要我能办到，我一定尽力而为。”“我不用你帮我办什么大事，只是我老了，腿脚不好，麻烦你帮我捡起那些菜好吗，你看我行动那么不便，等下在被别的车撞到该怎么办？”“可是，阿姨，我们要赶时间。”“小伙子，求求你帮帮我好吗？这些都是我的血汗啊！”“可是……”这时，有从车上走下一个穿白色裙子的阿姨，对他们说：“哥，阿姨，你们别争了，再争两边都耽搁了；哥，我们还是把阿姨的菜捡起来吧，反正也已经迟到了，在迟到也没关系了。”“那好吧。”当叔叔和阿姨帮啊婆把菜捡完，转身上车走后，我的心里就在想一个问题：如果，这个啊婆碰到是一为蛮不讲理的叔叔会怎么样？是下车来问她要赔车被刮伤的钱？还是急刹车，然后摇下车窗伸头出来破口大骂？但那位叔叔并没有这样做，而是走下车来赔个不是，然后在帮他把菜捡起来。

其实文明礼仪可以体现在许多地方，可以体现在小事上，也可以体现在大事上，可以体现在人身上，也可以体现在集体上。小小的一的细节，或一个动作，都可以侮辱一个国家的荣誉、个人荣誉，可见文明礼仪它非同小可。让我们一起携手起来，一起讲究文明，让五千年的中华之兴永远闪耀，让“礼仪之邦”这个美称，永远挂在中国的头上！

My father is the manager of a company and my mother is a teacher. they are

both well educated and do well in their jobs. they know that knowledge is power.

father often communicates with foreign friends and is good at english. i can

learn a lot from him, especially english. his oninion on education is as

advanced as that of my mothers. they often give me advice on my studies but

never interfere in them. they seldom force me to do what i dont like to. they

permit me to have different opinions. if something is good for me, they will

persuade me to do it as they want. many people of our age say that there is a

generation gap between their parents and them. however, it doesnt exist between

us.

My mother is a math teacher. she is very clever and good at teaching. she

can work out a problem within 10 minutes which would cost me 2 hours. i envy and

admire her. i want to be a math teacher like her.

My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus. net
