进了教学楼，开始上课了。我们的班主任胡涛老师文质彬彬，一看就是文采很高的老师。老师每次在课堂上给我们传授一些东西后，我们都似懂非懂的点点头。然后老师就开始提问，老师问一题，我们就答一题，一节课其乐融融。

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. 在2009年暑假里，妈妈带我去了万国击剑俱乐部。当我学会了击剑步伐，穿上雪白的剑服，提上银光闪闪的剑，当时我就觉得我非常地“酷”，立即就对击剑产生了极大的兴趣。但正要报名时，爸爸对我说了一句我一直到现在才明白的道理：“击剑是一种非常枯燥的运动，我怕你坚持不下来！”爸爸的话没有使我退缩，我心里想：我就不信我站不上冠军的领奖台！“爸爸看我的态度很坚决，也就只好给我报上了名。就在那一刹那，击剑也就成为了我业余生活中的一部分。

在之后的一段时间里，我竟然一直在练步伐。有一次我记得李教练一直                让我们打弓步，我实在累得不行了，可李教练就在我的身边看着我，连偷懒的机会都没有。那一次，我哭了，我终于体验到了击剑的”酸“从初级班慢慢升到了中级班，击剑的乐趣也随着我的技术慢慢增加了，实战也多了起来。在实战中，每当我赢一剑，我都不由自主要大喊一声，来表达我的兴奋，我体验到了甜。

又升到了高级班，这里很注重体能。一到体能课，同学们就叫苦连天，每次下课，大家都浑身湿透，连走路的力气都没有了，我体验到了”苦“。

升到了专业三级班，代课老师是王飞教练，他特别狠，我也是挺爱偷懒，所以他老用剑抽我，我的腿也经常受罪。我体验到了”辣“。

第一次比赛，我首当其冲，登上了第三名的宝座，第一次获奖，我的心情是难以用言语表达的，虽然不是冠军，但我清楚，没有多会儿，冠军的宝座肯定是我的！

这是一次全国业余击剑联赛的总决赛，我和要好的几个朋友，一直冲向了前四名，我的对手是香港的陈启谦，我在王飞教练的指导下，一举击败了陈启谦，当时，我和冠军就只剩一步之遥了，我打得非常兴奋，靠着士气和变化莫测的技术，击败陈子航取得了第一名，随着激昂的运动员进行曲和主持人的声音，我和陈子航、陈启谦，一起走向了领奖台，主持人的声音响起来了：”获得2001年组男子花剑冠军的选手是：来自农科院附小的王泽！“在我登上领奖的一刹那，我激动的小腿都抖了起来，面对着观众席，手上拿着冠军的奖杯，脖子子上挂着奖牌，这一刻我觉得：我在一年来的酸甜苦辣和汗水是没有白费的！我也梦想着在许多年后的一天，我能自豪的站在奥运领奖台上，面对着冉冉升起的五星红旗，高唱中国的国歌！

再来回顾我的成长经历，只有这件事令我最激动，最记忆犹新，这件事已成为了我记忆中永远抹不去的一件事！

细雨霏霏，轻点额角。我背着不是很重的登山包走在那细窄的山路上，路边的老木栏杆矮矮的。雾气也浓浓的，似欲迷湿了我的双眼。可这却无法抵制住我对雾海中那一簇又一簇绿意的渴望，是松树，黄山的松树。

书上读到的，年画上画的，风景赏析片上循环展示的黄山松一一从我心底掠过，我想最威风的松树莫过黄山迎客松了，它定有高大健美的躯干、威临天下的气概。

雨渐渐停了，雾也散开了。独踞远处的一方红亭，率先映入我的眼帘。我想，那儿一定有迎客松。怀着对松的渴望，我加快了步伐。走近方知红亭非亭，是一个似小广场般的观景台。亭边的山石上用绿色的字漆镌刻着：“黄山第一松——迎客松”。我放眼望去，眼前那棵松树简直让人难以置信。平凡得寻常，只是舒展地伸开了一条臂膀，高度不足3米，枝叶些许蜷缩，叶角竟泛着些许黄。那树蓬只是撑开一片绿荫，向着阳光，连我家门前的那棵老松都不如，更别谈威临天下的气概了。难道这就是那棵拥有百年历史，笑迎八方宾朋的迎客松吗？我心下疑惑是不是弄错了。

失望地继续我的旅程。“嗡嗡”的机器声传入耳膜，我皱了皱眉头，忽见前方有一小块地方被拦起，心想反正也没啥看头，就凑过去看看闲吧。原来是要移栽几棵黄山松赠予他市。我疑惑了这样平凡的松树也有赠予的价值吗？一台极沉重的机器挥舞着它的大钳子，紧紧地夹住树干，使足了劲将松树往外拉。这是一棵略偏瘦小的松树，但任凭这庞大的机器怎么使劲。僵持了许久，松树的根基才渐渐松动，那粗壮厚实的根才一点点显露于眼前。根缓缓地被拉出，露出的长度越来越长。终于，松树完完全全被拉出来，我便惊愕于那根的长度了，竟比树干长出好几倍。长出这样的一条树根，需要多少个日日夜夜。它得拼尽多大的力气才能在这岩石深处扎根、伸展，才能在这片土地上站稳脚跟。我真真切切地感受到：这需要积淀。积淀，使松树在这片轧根，积淀，让松树成长。

这并不是黄山松中最美丽的一棵，亦或它只是最平凡的。在黄山，在这样一个极少土壤的环境中，要想扎根培育生命，需要能够忍耐日月的磨砺，默默地承受着。这时，美丽、高大已不是最重要的了，重要的是在积淀中慢慢成长。只因一时的光彩、经不起风雨的成长不叫成长。又念起那棵被我冷落的迎客松，它远比这棵松树粗壮挺拔得多，它也一定默默地在地里扎根吧，那根的长度绝不会亚于这棵吧，它的根一定更粗壮些吧。否则，它怎会屹立百年、经久长青呢？

下山的路有两条：一条是沿脚下的路一直走下去，一条是原路返回。许多人坚守不走回头路的原则选择了前者，我却为重逢那棵迎客松选择了后者。再次回到了迎客松前，用手轻抚着它那凹凸的经脉，有些扎手，但却很温暖，这是岁月流过的痕迹，迎客松经历数百年的沧桑，仍在成长，因为它从未停止默默积蓄力量，再把根扎得深一点。此时，我忽觉迎客松变得高大起来。

古人云“厚积而薄发”，我们的成长正应如此，学习松树那扎稳根基的积淀，踏踏实实地走好每一步，默默积蓄力量，打好基础，积淀人生的高度。

终于，妈妈觉得必须让我养成在学校珍惜时间，做作业的好习惯。在多次的口头吩咐无果之后，妈妈使出了最后的“杀手锏”——殴打。妈妈训斥的声音越来越高，拿起本子往桌上一摔，扬起了巴掌。顿时，我只觉得脸上一阵火辣辣地疼。我没有哭，却分明看见妈妈的眼角渗出了泪花。也许疼在我身上，痛在娘心里。

小时候，我最怕黑。晚上，走没灯的楼梯，我总是会提心吊胆，把脚步放到最轻，生怕惊动了什么可怕的东西。

记得有一次，黑夜笼罩了大地，我蹑手蹑脚地走着。突然，传来一声咳嗽，我吓坏了，赶紧撒腿就跑。快要到家的时候，“啪”的一声，我摔倒了，好疼啊。我也不敢声张，咬着牙跑回了家。到家后，我把裤腿撸起来，哎呀，皮都磨破了。

第二天，我拿了个手电筒。这下，我可以无所畏惧了吧？可惜，“天有不测风云，人有旦夕祸福”，手电筒居然没电了。

正犹豫间，忽然，一句话跳入脑海：“困难像弹簧，你弱它就强，你强它就弱。”我索性把手电筒放入口袋中，深吸一口气，抬头挺胸，昂首阔步。我唱起了歌：“我要飞得更高，飞得更高，翅膀卷起风暴，心生呼啸……”感觉勇气就像从我的头顶灌下，蔓延到全身。这样楼梯间里就飘荡着我快乐的歌声。眨眼间，我就到了家。

I am always interested in traveling. My reasons are quite (extremely) simple and clear. If anybody is not satisfied with my viewpoint(s), I shall be greatly surprised at his ways of thinking.

Dragon Boat race Traditions

At the center of this festival are the dragon boat races. Competing teams drive their colorful dragon boats forward to the rhythm of beating drums. These exciting races were inspired by the villagers valiant attempts to rescue Chu Yuan from the Mi Luo river. This tradition has remained unbroken for centuries.

Tzung Tzu

A very popular dish during the Dragon Boat festival is tzung tzu. This tasty dish consists of rice dumplings with meat, peanut, egg yolk, or other fillings wrapped in bamboo leaves. The tradition of tzung tzu is meant to remind us of the village fishermen scattering rice across the water of the Mi Luo river in order to appease the river dragons so that they would not devour Chu Yuan.

Ay Taso

The time of year of the Dragon Boat Festival, the fifth lunar moon, has more significance than just the story of Qu Yuan. Many Chinese consider this time of year an especially dangerous time when extra efforts must be made to protect their family from illness. Families will hang various herbs, called Ay Tsao, on their door for protection. The drinking of realgar wine is thought to remove poisons from the body. Hsiang Bao are also worn. These sachets contain various fragrant medicinal herbs thought to protect the wearer from illness.

My father is the manager of a company and my mother is a teacher. they are

both well educated and do well in their jobs. they know that knowledge is power.

father often communicates with foreign friends and is good at english. i can

learn a lot from him, especially english. his oninion on education is as

advanced as that of my mothers. they often give me advice on my studies but

never interfere in them. they seldom force me to do what i dont like to. they

permit me to have different opinions. if something is good for me, they will

persuade me to do it as they want. many people of our age say that there is a

generation gap between their parents and them. however, it doesnt exist between

us.

My mother is a math teacher. she is very clever and good at teaching. she

can work out a problem within 10 minutes which would cost me 2 hours. i envy and

admire her. i want to be a math teacher like her.

Im lucky to have such enlightened parents. im lucky to have been brought

up in such a happy family.

For most people, they will choose to travel during holiday because they

want to relieve themselves from the high pressure of work. However, it happens

quite often that people often ran into traffic jams on the way to travel. Some

people think that we can relax ourselves by traveling no matter of how many

people there.

Some people would rather to stay in home than going out to travel because

they think there are too many people swarm into the scenic spots. In my point of

view, I would rather to stay indoors rather than going out to travel. Reasons

are listed below.

when my teacher told me to prepare for this competition i restated, hesitated.everybody in my class knows that. i never learned english in my primary school.i couldn’t speak english one year ago, but now, could i take part in this competition? no, i can’t. is aid to myself? i’m afraid ofmaking mistakes before so many learned professors and before my classmates and teachers.sud- denly!

My traveling plan

I hope to go on a trip to Beijing,but my mother always tells me "you cant".She thinks I am too young to go to Beijing,and I am too busy at school.This term is over,To my surprise,my mother will take me to Beijing.I am very excited!Then I have a traveing plan for this trip:firstly I will go to the tiananmen square,I will take many pictures,then I am going to the palace museum,I can see many old builds there.secondly,I am goingto the wangfujing street,we will buy many things,for example,foods,clothes and some books.then I will go home. I think I will have a great trip to Beijing.

Recently, a Chinese student who studied abroad delivered a speech at the

graduate ceremony. Her speech soon became the hot issue, because she criticized

Chinese air pollution, which was a great threat to her health. Though her speech

had exaggerated the problem, it is true that China has faced many pollution

problems. The haze in Beijing is famous around the world, which is the

punishment for human to ruin the environment. It needs time to fix the problem,

but there is no need to deny our country. Even for the developed countries, they

have once faced such problem before. We can do something in the daily life to

protect it, such as do not throw away the rubbish.

Which is better, shopping online or traditional shopping? Different people

have different attitudes towards it. Some people think that online shopping is

very convenient, for it can save them a lot of time and energy. It’s especially

helpful for those who are always busy with their work. Besides, through the

internet, they can get more information about the commodities they want to buy

and buy a lot of things that cannot be bought in local places.

Nevertheless, I’m not keen on online shopping at all, since most

commodities which are bought online are of poor quality. Once we are cheated, we

may find it difficult to make a complaint. Thus we should take more cautions

when shopping online.

In my eyes, I prefer traditional shopping, because I can choose what I

really need. Also, I can know the quality of every commodity more clearly. Even

if there’s something wrong with the commodities, I can still ask the sellers to

compensate for my loss.
