“旦辞爷娘去，暮宿黄河边，不闻爷娘唤女声，但闻黄河流水鸣溅溅。旦辞黄河去，暮至黑山头，不闻爷娘唤女声，但闻燕山胡骑鸣啾啾”，军营的生活对我一个弱女子来说太残忍了，我完全跟不上同伴们的步伐。翻过千山万水，看着将军一次又一次凌厉中夹杂着些许失望的眼神，我暗下决心：我要超过他们！一天天的起早贪黑，不顾一切的操练，我一天天强大起来。

“六点了，快点起来了！要去集合了！”同学用力摇着我。我无奈地从床上蠕动了下来，拿冷水泼到自己脸上，用极快的速度干完一切的事情。但没想到，还是迟了。没办法，只能受罚了。怎么办啊，时间过得飞快，我越来越跟不上了。不行，我必须要跟上！就算饿几顿也要跟上。教官说了，到时候汇报演出可不能出丑啊！

其实我的内心一直藏着一个英雄梦，一想到我便会热血沸腾，只是苦于没有机会来展现我的勇敢。时光飞逝，传来了要上战场的消息。突然内心涌起强烈的不舍，对战友的，对家人的，甚至对这个曾经流淌过汗水和泪水的地方的。那天晚上，我们围着篝火坐成一个圈，每个人都把心里话所出来了，我们大碗喝酒，大块吃肉。其实早就看出了同伴身上浓浓的不舍，还有牵挂。

就在汇报演出的前一晚，给母亲打了电话。跟她抱怨了一大堆，也分享了很多有趣的事。母亲也没说太多，只叫我明天加油。不过这就足够了，把手机放回去，安心地睡了过去。

万里赴戎机，关山度若飞。朔气传金柝，寒光照铁衣。将军百战死，壮士十年归。

清晨，阳光微凉。我翻身上马，内心十分激动和解脱。

“兄弟们，上！杀一个不亏，杀两个赚了！”

冲向战场，热血沸腾。一时间硝烟弥漫，血肉横飞。看着敌人一个个倒下，我杀的越来越起劲。

“小心！”

一把利剑划破了皮肤，鲜血汩汩流淘淌。我胡乱缠了一个伤口，紧咬牙关。慢慢的战场上的人越来越少，我们最终取得了胜利。体力不支，我昏了过去。不知过了多久，朦胧中有一双细嫩的双手轻轻握住了我的手。

“姐姐，你好好休息，家里的事交给我吧。”

睁开眼，看到了妹妹红扑扑的脸。我已回到家中。

“醒一醒，今天有你的汇报演出呢，可不能迟到了！”我的室友好心提醒着。

“知道了，知道了！”

马上到了目的地，啊，汇演就要开始了，赶快跑了进去。

“第三个节目……”

我走到了舞台的中央，此刻灯光闪耀，我拿着麦克风，轻轻地唱出来新学的军歌。教官满意的朝我点了点头。鞠躬谢幕，台下一片沸腾，掌声四起。就要上车了，我走到教官旁边，很认真的朝他鞠了一躬。

从今天起，我要做自己的英雄！

Last night, my friends and I went back to the primary school. We walked around the school and talked about the funny things that happened at that time. We were going to college soon, so we would be apart soon, but we were happy about our future school life. Suddenly, an idea came across my mind, I said to my friends that we could make a deal about four years later, we would graduate at that time. My friends were so excited about it, they agreed with me. So we made the deal that four years later, we got together here.

I started to think about what I would become four years later, maybe a teacher, or a businessman. The deal helps us to have a chance to keep in touch with each other. I am so looking forward to carrying out it.

To be successful, students learn many knowledge so as to master as more skills as possible. Some believe that the key to realize our dreams is to work hard and others treat chance in the first place. While today is the information world, the one who masters the all-sided source will have more chances to be successful. In my opinion, the most important skill is the social skill, because we need to make connection with others, we are not doing business with ourselves, so it is in need of having relationship with others. The good social skill can help us attract attention easily and impress the future partner. If we are bad in communicating, how can we let others know our advantages and trust us. So promoting ourselves is the first job, from now on, don’t be shy.

从没想过非把“美丽”这个词和袁隆平拉扯在一起，尽管71岁的他，依然显得精干，活力充沛，不乏睿智和幽默。

而且，也没有必要把他和美丽联系起来。他以自己不懈的努力和才华，在古老的土地上创造了非凡的奇迹—一目前在我国，有一半的稻田里播种着他培育的杂交水稻，每年收获的稻谷，60%源自他培育的杂交水稻。

但凡一个人能有这样的成就，无论是男是女，是老是少，是中国人还是外国人，美丽这等词汇都已经成为浅薄而无谓的媚俗，无法与他们并列。

但是，就在他荣获首届国家最高科学技术奖的喜庆日子，在他接受首都新闻媒体的联合采访时，我忽然听到了“美丽”这个词，突然发现，这位享誉世界、功勋卓着的“杂交水稻”之父的横空出世，竟然和美丽有那么直接的关系。

那是我在这次采访中惟一有机会提出的一个问题，因为我始终不解，像他这样出生在北京、生长在武汉、重庆等大城市、从小上教会学校的人，为什么在风华正茂之时违背母愿选择了艰苦而陌生的农学？

袁隆平没有丝毫犹豫地说出了这个大出我意料的答案：“大约我6岁时一次郊游，曾在武汉郊区参观了一个园艺常满园里郁郁葱葱，到处是芬芳的花草和一串串鲜艳的果实。我觉得那一切简直是太美丽了！美得我当时就想，将来我一定要去学农。”

时隔60多年的漫长岁月，袁隆平忆及当年儿时的感受，仍不免双眼灼灼，神采焕发。可见那片花艳果丰的园艺场，在风雨飘尧国是艰难的年代，曾多么深刻地打动了一个孩子的心。

这片美丽的记忆，成了他心目中永远的梦幻，使袁隆平从此与“农”结下不解之缘。但当他第一次真的来到农村时，不禁大吃一惊：难道这就是自己多年来向往的最美的梦境？现实中农村的落后、贫瘠和疮痍，让寻找美丽的袁隆平大失所望，但却绝没有让他就此退缩，“真的，我从没后悔，我这个人有点‘痴’，认准的路—定要走到底。”60年代初那场席卷全国的饥饿，深深震撼了他的心灵，他把童年的憧憬蕴藏心底，将“所有人不再挨饿”奉为了终生的追求。

他义无反顾一头栽进了“杂交水稻”这个世界性的难题之中。为了杂交水稻，他几乎奉献了自己美好年华中的一切，知识、汗水、灵感、心血，没有什么不是围着杂交水稻而运转。在他研究开始的最初，为了获得一株必须的水稻天然雄性不育株，他和新婚妻子一起，用了整整两年时间，顶着烈日差不多踏遍了当地所有的稻田，前前后后共检查了14000个稻穗。

这样巨大的付出，在他几十年的育种研究生涯中，可以说成了家常便饭。无论是科学道路上必然的挫折、失败，还是人为的干扰破坏，所有遇到到的磨难都曾经跳出来考验他的心智。如果他仅仅是美丽的欣赏者，也许他早就被沉重的现实消磨一空；但作为以自己的生命和科学的力量去创造美好的科技工作者，袁隆平百折不挠，坚韧不拔。

或许上天也被这种精诚所感化，自1966年他的第一篇论文《水稻的雄性不孕性》在中科院《科学通讯》第4期发表，引起了国内外瞩目，他的研究成果一个接着一个，他的杂交稻创造的神话一项接着一项，30多年间他在这个领域始终保持着世界领先地位。而新千年里，他主持的国家“超级稻”研究项目又传佳音，续写了“绿色革命”的新突破……

从1976年至1999年，我国累计推广种植杂交水稻35亿多亩，增产稻谷3500亿公斤，相当于每年解决3500万人的吃饭问题，确保了我国以仅占世界7%的耕地，养活了占世界22%的人口。

对于一个几千年未曾真正解决吃饭问题的大国，这是一个多么巨大而深远的贡献！难怪一些地区的农民称他为当代“神农”，而国际同行称他的研究是“带给全人类的福音”。他先后获得了国内国际多项顶尖大奖，身兼数十个学术和社会职务。浩瀚宇宙中，以他名字命名的小行星闪烁翱翔；风云市场上，以他名字上市的股票隆重上市。

不知多少人梦寐以求的这些辉煌、荣耀、名利，似乎丝毫也没有对袁隆平产生任何改变。从播种到收获，他依然风尘仆仆地骑着摩托车去试验田；从春夏到秋冬，他依然追赶着阳光从北到南察看育种基地。即使这次来京领奖，他也无时不惦记着他的试验。“我们超级稻的培育十分紧张，不管我在哪，都要求基地3天报一次数据，这样可以随时分析情况。”一再声称不善言辞的袁隆平，谈起他的水稻育种却雄辩而流畅，“我们有信心，提前两年实现亩产800公斤的目标。”

已经功成名就的袁隆平仍驱赶着自己不断前行，“我在有生之年还有两大心愿，一是要把超级杂交水稻培育成功，这样，21世纪谁来养活中国的问题就解决了；再一个是把杂交水稻推向世界，造福全人类。”

袁先生儿时的园艺场如今已经变成水稻田，生活、事业甚至梦里，全是稻子……“我做过一个好梦，我们种的水稻，像高粱那么高，穗子像扫把儿那么长，颗粒像花生米那么大。几个朋友就坐在稻穗下面乘凉。”

古稀之年的科学家之梦，已没有了园艺场的五彩缤纷，但那种淳美的境界却依依相随，如幻如真。
