As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and cant see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldnt buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didnt make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentines day, April Fools Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, its the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witchs Day in Czech. People burned the witchs puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but Id like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, its really a big project. Then Ill hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I cant finish them before Christmas eve. have once faced such problem before. We can do something in the daily life to

protect it, such as do not throw away the rubbish.

There has been a long time for my family not to go out for the activity, because my father is busy all the time. But last week, my father finally finished his project, so that he could take a rest for some time.

My father advised us to go to the zoo, I was so excited, because I hadn’t seen many animals in my life.

In the zoo, there were so many people, it was so lively.

I saw the monkey, the giraffe and so on.

I saw these animals in the TV usually, but I saw them in front of me that day. The peacock impressed me so much, it looked homely when it laid down the ground, but when it stood up and opened the wings, it was so gorgeous. People said peacock was proud, indeed, it would not please people. I had a good time in the zoo.

“早上7点就到了医院，跟专家组一起分析病人情况。现在就是和时间赛跑。”曾参与过2003年抗击非典的肇庆市第一人民医院感染科副主任赵柏良说。

“17年来，不论是非典，还是新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，我都坚守在急诊一线。”这是广东省第二人民医院急诊科护士童英在除夕之夜写下的话。

“面对疫情，我选择迎难而上，冲锋在前，兑现一名共产党员‘随时准备为党和人民牺牲一切’的承诺。”除夕之夜仍在一线奔忙的中山大学附属第三医院岭南院区感染科二区主任曹红说。

在鼠年除夕最美逆行者的称号属于这一批批奔赴武汉的白衣战士，虽然看不清坚毅的面容，但你匆匆而去的背影却将医德高高擎起 ，却将医魂高高飘扬。

在此次抗击疫情中，中山三院有一对夫妻双双上了“前线”，其中丈夫检验科主管技师潘顺文是广东除夕夜驰援武汉的医疗队一员，而爱人代群作为一名护士长也冲在广东防疫一线。因为夫妻都在一线，两个孩子无人照顾。接到要去武汉的通知后，潘顺文连夜通知家人开车将孩子送回湛江老家。

薪火传承，在抗击疫情的重大历史时刻中完成。2003年全国上下抗击非典时，广州医科大学附属第三医院心血管内科医生何德全正要参加高考。今年抗击新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，何德全已成为一线的“战士”。原本计划春节去西藏旅游的何德全得知医院发热门诊医护人员不足，便主动报名参加支援。何德全说，当年被很多前辈的英勇事迹感动，报考了临床医学，现在对我而言是实现了学医的初心。开始在发热门诊上班的第一天，何德全在朋友圈里写道:“相隔17年，这次轮到我代替前辈们迎战新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情。”

疫情在前，他们不退。天上的明月不及你肩头的星光，为了心中的那份责任，24小时战斗在疫情防控第一线，风餐露宿， 守卡点、防疫情、保平安。

在这场没有硝烟的战争中，他们坚守岗位、恪尽职守，站在了防控疫情的第一线，将广大人民群众的健康放在心头、护在身后。他们是疫情来袭时最美的逆行者!

一场突如其来的非典灾难，降临在春光明媚的祖国大地。一批又一批视死如归的医务工作者，牢记“为人民服务“的宗旨和救死扶伤的医德，义无返顾地走上抗击非典一线，在这没有硝烟的战场上经受严峻的考验。不是战场，胜似战场，疫情就是战斗号令，救死扶伤的白衣战士与非典展开了殊死搏斗，以实际行动实践着“南丁格尔精神”。

在灾难中经受考验，在危难中众志成城，对医护人员来说，这不仅仅是一次胆识与意志的考验，更是一次精神与品格的检验。我从电视上看到白衣战士舍小家、顾大家，抛下嗷嗷待哺的孩子，离别年迈的双亲，割舍新婚燕尔的爱人，坚定从容地走向抗击非典一线。他们冒着时刻可能被病毒感染的危险，长时间奔波在病房、手术间，为患者送上无微不至的关怀，他们把生的希望带给病人，把死的威胁留给自己，用热血铸就抗击非典的钢铁长城，用爱心疑聚伟大的民族精神。

当我读完《学习抗非英雄弘扬抗非精神》这篇文章时，一股热血直涌心头。2003年除夕，一位姓周的非典病人在中山二院传染病区进行治疗。当时，姓周病人剧烈咳嗽。在处理痰液过程中，病人剧烈咳嗽使大量痰液带着血腥从插管中喷出，在场的医护人员从头到脚都被污染，病房到处充满病菌。二院传染病科党支部书记、副主任邓练贤等医护人员，明知身处危险，但没有一人退却。邓练贤就是在这次救死扶伤中被感染的。顿时，我的眼睛湿润了。大量带血的痰液排出意味着高度的传染性，但医护人员们还是毅然决然地为病人做诊治。邓练贤就这样被感染殉职了。他化作了一缕阳光，留下了光照人间的舍己为人、无私奉献的精神。我觉得他们真是“明知山有虎，偏向虎山行”。

他们把生的希望带给别人，把死的危险留给自己;他们把病人当作亲人，一股亲情的暖流温暖着病人和他们家属已冷透的心，令全国人民感动和敬重他们像阳光一样高尚的情操。在抗击非典中，这样的英雄人物何止千百个，他们大无畏的革命英雄主义精神的确需要我们学习。

在2003年的中国里，在我们白衣战士里，有这样一群无私无畏、以救死扶伤为己任、舍生忘死奋战在抗非典一线的英雄群体。作为一名少先队员，我以自己庄严的队礼，向战斗在抗击非典一线的英雄致敬!

Nowadays, there are more and more students becoming short-sighted. Some students get short-sightedness when they are little. There are fifteen students wearing glasses in my class. Being short-sighted is common among students, even in primary school. That is too serious. Therefore, we should protect our eyes carefully. When we are reading and writing, we should keep a standard posture. Besides, we should not watch TV or play computer for too long. They are bad for our eyes. And, we should do eyes exercises regularly. A good rest is also important to our eyes. In all, eyes are the windows of our mind. We should keep it healthy.
