如何让乡亲们过上好日子?初到伊始，杨帆开始深思这个问题。要从根本上解决果布村贫困问题，走好建成全面小康的“新长征路”，“精准扶贫”是必定之选。

“让党旗插在最需要的地方。”杨帆向上级党组织汇报了自己的想法，基层党组织必须建起来，充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用。组织上肯定了他的想法。

在杨帆的推动下，党组织定期组织党员干部参加“三会一课”和 学习党的方针

政策和村组织建设，以“星级化”管理为抓手，强化村党总支部班子建设，以“脱贫攻坚先锋行”“农贫村解”为目的搭建平台，发挥基层党组织引领作用，为打赢脱贫攻坚战提供强有力的组织保障。

调查了解是要害。杨帆在村民中大走访，了解乡亲们真实的想法，寻求脱贫最佳方法。在果布村百布屯开展精准帮扶“三方”见面活动，20多名帮扶干部与60多户贫困户

“事情再小，也要办好!”近2年来，杨帆真心帮扶，为乡亲们解决了一桩又一桩好事。

去年12月，杨帆在西见屯入户走访中有户贫困户家中男主人去年因病过世，母女俩为先天性白内障，生活艰辛困苦。

看着孤儿寡妇无助的样子，杨帆心里久久不能平静。回到村里，当晚杨帆就在单位党总支群里发了封求助信，把情况进行了说明，立即得到了来自本单位的积极响应，不到一天的时间就已经筹款近6000元，由单位领导亲自入户进行慰问，近期正向有关部门呼吁反映此情，期望能早日解决母女的眼疾。

大浓屯贫困户农梅安的爱人于2年前病逝，丢下一位79岁的老母亲和现正在__农业学院就读的儿子。

为了帮助她的家庭，解决些实际艰难，杨帆联系了一位爱心企业家赋予她儿子学业资助款5000元。

农梅安开始走出了生活的阴影。她想建标准化生态养殖小区，缺少资金。杨帆及时协调当地银行贷款5万元，并组织专家到现场指导建生态养猪厂。她天天起早贪黑的忙碌着，打猪草

种玉米 种桑 养母猪，今年以来，农梅安出售生猪收入4万多元，养蚕收入两千多元。

如此能干也为她赢得了“女汉子”的称号。

法律扶贫，“引进活水”大力发展经济

杨帆走屯入户，用脚丈量着这里的山山水水，也力所能及普法。通过身边人讲身边事的方式，

杨帆着力总结推广“法律扶贫”中涌现的先进典型，以模范力量带动“法律扶贫”向纵深发展。

农村留守妇女

留守儿童和留守老人群体，是杨帆一直关注的焦点。如何让他们生活得更好，更有质量?杨帆经与村两委商议，上报乡政府，即得到了上级组织的大力支持，在果布村打造阳光服务，建立村级综合服务中心。同时，利用公共服务平台，代理代办政府各部门延伸到村里的公共事务，为村民提供社保

就业 教育 卫生 文体和法律等便民 惠民服务。

在走访中，杨帆发明有不少贫困户和农户家的孩子没有上户口，没有享受到0-3公里边境补助，问其原因，才知大部分孩子是超生的，需交大笔罚款到乡计生委，才可上户口。

了解此情况后，杨帆经与乡府主要领导汇报 沟通，原则上同意先让农户上户口，享受有关惠民待遇，再按计生法有关规定执行。

“凡需要化解纠纷的一律上门组织调解。”在杨帆的帮助下，村民们学法守法。

驻守了近2年时间，杨帆和村两委通过挖掘当地资源，引进市场活水，让少数习惯了“等靠要”的贫困懒汉，也“跳起来摘桃子”，变成了勤快的经济作物和养殖承包户。

——发展烤烟产业，果布村今年已尝试种植烟草60亩，村集体经济可获得烟草专卖局奖励1万元，通过土地流转的模式和__烟草专卖局的技术指导和资金扶持，力争再扩种200亩，增加村集体经济收入约3万元。

——继续发展养蚕建设，为进一步做好做强做优桑蚕产业，提高桑农种植 养殖收入，增强村集体经济发展实力，

靖西市政府和鑫晟公司已在弄金屯共同投资265万元左右，建立种养分离示范基地，新建产房占非基本农田19亩。

由鑫晟茧丝绸公司+村集体经济+养蚕能手+贫困户+非贫困户入股组建，实行种养分离，收购桑枝条叶，每亩桑收益在3000元至5000元左右。将推动建立配套种养分离的标准化高产优质桑园2500亩，带动全村农户参与种桑养蚕，去年卖鲜茧约4万斤，村集体经济收入1.2万元，今年上半年已卖鲜茧5.8万斤，村集体经济收入1.74万元，村民对未来产业发展之路充满美好憧憬。

excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw

In many poor areas in China, there are many school age children cant go to school because their families do not have enough money. 今天是星期日，早上我起得很早。早饭后我去书店，我想买一本《鲁滨逊漂流记》。我找了很长时间也没 有发现，店员过来帮我，我很高兴终于找到了那本书。
