蒙胜南刚到永福村时，为尽快熟悉情况，他针对每个贫困户家庭位置绘画了一张手工地图，在地图的导航下入户走访，了解村情民意。他了解到，基础设施建设是该村老百姓最关怀的问题。为此，蒙胜南跑部门争取项目，开展基础设施建设。2018年，永福村共修建了5条水泥路1.3公里

1项排污工程 1个灯光球场，加固了林屋屯 赖屋屯2项人饮工程。目前全村水泥硬化道路总里程达16.07公里，有文体服务中心 戏台 农家书院以及8个篮球场。

基础设施逐步改善了，如何让村民腰包鼓起来?蒙胜南积极培育扶贫产业。经认真调研，他利用第一书记帮扶经费5万元建立绿色有机茶树菇种植示范点。目前，茶树菇为村集体增加收入1.5万多元，使永福村去年集体经济收入达9.4万多元。“下一步，我们将通过以点带面带动贫困户发展茶树菇种植。”他说。

蒙胜南还充分利用该村自然条件，通过“村民合作社+公司+贫困户”模式发展光伏产业，增加村集体和贫困户收入，目前已有45户贫困户参与该项目。项目建成后，每年可为每户贫困户增收2800多元，为村集体增收14万多元。目前该项目施工已收尾，已有30多户并网发电。

针对大多数贫困户缺乏农产品销售渠道的情况，蒙胜南积极联系学校 饭店 单位 企业，并通过朋友圈为贫困户销售农产品，2个多月便将覃玉琼

温有健等25户贫困户滞销的农产品销售一空，还激发了他们发展生产的热情。他还通过“个人捐助+企业资助+政府补助”的方式，帮助贫困户建新房。2018年，危房改造户温立胜

黄立忠 赖富兴 陈福添等贫困户喜迁新居。

在控辍保学方面，蒙胜南暗下决心“一个都不能少”。为此，他走村串巷，深入细致地入户做思想工作，2018年成功劝返了7名辍学儿童。

目前永福村贫困发生率已降至1.2%，2019年计划脱贫12户50人。“真扶贫，扶真贫，真脱贫”，蒙胜南以此为信念投身到脱贫攻坚工作中，努力做贫困户的贴心人。

While there are many versions of the origins and old customs of Halloween, some remain consistent by all accounts. Different cultures view Holloween somewhat differently but traditional Halloween practices remain the same.

Halloween culture can be traced back to the Druids, a Celtic culture in Ireland, Britain and Northern Europe. Roots lay in the feast of Samhain, which was annually on October 31st to honor the dead.

Samhain signifies "summers end" or November. Samhain was a harvest festival with huge sacred bonfires, marking the end of the Celtic year and beginning of a new one. Many of the practices involved in this celebration were fed on superstition.

The Celts believed the souls of the dead roamed the streets and villages at night. Since not all spirits were thought to be friendly, gifts and treats were left out to pacify the evil and ensure next years crops would be plentiful. This custom evolved into trick-or-treating.

Nowadays, divorce rate has been rising sharply in China, because most

people think that its better to get divorced than stick to a bad marriage. But

for those couples who have children, they had better think over before getting

divorced. Parents divorce may have some negative effects on their children.

Firstly, the love of father is different from the love of mother. Children need

both of the love. Without each of the love, they may not grow up healthily.

Secondly, in order to raise the family, the single parents have to work harder,

so that they may have less time to accompany with their children. The children

may feel neglected, which may cause mental problems. Besides, if the single

parents get married again, the children may get hurt by calling another person

father or mother. If they cant get along well with each other, the situation

俗套的讲来讲去仍然还是N年不变的那几句，落魄的失望，怅然的欣喜，这就是这一刻，前方一片茫然，欢喜苦闷之余却是不知所措！回头看一眼来时的脚步，昏头昏脑走过的十几年却要让一个难以预料的数字来画上句号！是玩笑吗？现实？匆匆的走过了这个所谓的美好时光，是痛苦多？还是欢乐繁？酸甜苦辣的过去好象还没尝到什么？幼稚么？扪心自问也还没感到羞耻，难道混蛋就是这样炼成的？无语啊，告别了，那个所谓的欢笑青春！告别了，那个所谓的愤世年华！告别了，那个所谓的混蛋老师！离开这里的我们不知道哪天才能像走过此地的人们那样怀念这里，多少年后想到这里还不知道是悔恨OR眷恋呢！走吧，留个脚丫子印就足够了！

Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. The second largest of the Chinese provinces, it covers an area of 220,100 square miles (570,000 square kilometres). Szechwan is bordered by the provinces of Kansu and Shensi to the north, Hupeh and Hunan to the east, and Kweichow and Yunnan to the south and by the Tibet Autonomous Region to the west and the province of Tsinghai to the northwest. It is the most populous province in China. The name Szechwan means “Four Streams” and refers to the four main tributaries of the Yangtze River, which flows through the province. The capital, Cheng-tu, is located in the centre of the province.

From economic, political, geographical, and historical points of view, the heart and nerve centre of Szechwan is in the eastern basin area, commonly known as the Sichuan, or Red, Basin. Its mild and humid climate, fertile soil, and abundant mineral and forestry resources make it one of the most prosperous and economically self-sufficient regions of China. The area has been seen by some as China in a microcosm and is often viewed as a country within a country. The Chinese call the basin Tien Fu Chih Kuo, which literally means “Heaven on Earth”.
