经过专家、医护人员的研究，作为高中生，作为公民，面对当前形势，我们应当尽量待在家中，若要出行，做好防护戴上口罩;勤洗手，勤洗澡，勤换衣;不乱吃东西，坚决不吃野味;这既是科学的力量，也是人性的力量，心往一块儿聚，力往一块儿使，拯救民族危难，就不再那么困难。

一场突如其来的非典灾难，降临在春光明媚的祖国大地。一批又一批视死如归的医务工作者，牢记“为人民服务“的宗旨和救死扶伤的医德，义无返顾地走上抗击非典一线，在这没有硝烟的战场上经受严峻的考验。不是战场，胜似战场，疫情就是战斗号令，救死扶伤的白衣战士与非典展开了殊死搏斗，以实际行动实践着“南丁格尔精神”。

在灾难中经受考验，在危难中众志成城，对医护人员来说，这不仅仅是一次胆识与意志的考验，更是一次精神与品格的检验。我从电视上看到白衣战士舍小家、顾大家，抛下嗷嗷待哺的孩子，离别年迈的双亲，割舍新婚燕尔的爱人，坚定从容地走向抗击非典一线。他们冒着时刻可能被病毒感染的危险，长时间奔波在病房、手术间，为患者送上无微不至的关怀，他们把生的希望带给病人，把死的威胁留给自己，用热血铸就抗击非典的钢铁长城，用爱心疑聚伟大的民族精神。

当我读完《学习抗非英雄弘扬抗非精神》这篇文章时，一股热血直涌心头。2003年除夕，一位姓周的非典病人在中山二院传染病区进行治疗。当时，姓周病人剧烈咳嗽。在处理痰液过程中，病人剧烈咳嗽使大量痰液带着血腥从插管中喷出，在场的医护人员从头到脚都被污染，病房到处充满病菌。二院传染病科党支部书记、副主任邓练贤等医护人员，明知身处危险，但没有一人退却。邓练贤就是在这次救死扶伤中被感染的。顿时，我的眼睛湿润了。大量带血的痰液排出意味着高度的传染性，但医护人员们还是毅然决然地为病人做诊治。邓练贤就这样被感染殉职了。他化作了一缕阳光，留下了光照人间的舍己为人、无私奉献的精神。我觉得他们真是“明知山有虎，偏向虎山行”。

他们把生的希望带给别人，把死的危险留给自己;他们把病人当作亲人，一股亲情的暖流温暖着病人和他们家属已冷透的心，令全国人民感动和敬重他们像阳光一样高尚的情操。在抗击非典中，这样的英雄人物何止千百个，他们大无畏的革命英雄主义精神的确需要我们学习。

在2003年的中国里，在我们白衣战士里，有这样一群无私无畏、以救死扶伤为己任、舍生忘死奋战在抗非典一线的英雄群体。作为一名少先队员，我以自己庄严的队礼，向战斗在抗击非典一线的英雄致敬!

When I was a little girl ,I dreamed to grow up. Because I think a child doesn‘t has freedom,and can‘t do anything himself.

I walked around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so creative, it reflected the students wisdom.
