是梦，终究要醒的。那人是我，可我又知道那不可能是我，我真的不甘心。我本一身傲骨，自负才高八斗，却对此事无可奈何。但我也知道，那人不会是我，却会有人代替我。有那些人替我们负重前行，足矣。

“我觉得我应该去，因为我和其他护士不一样，我是汶川人呀!”这句话出自一个四川的护士之口。12年前，她的家乡大难，她感受到了其他人的爱，这次，她毫不犹豫地报名支援。

雷神山、火神山等14座医院在武汉拔起，每座不超过10天。这是农民工们用连续26小时的工作换来的。

这一桩桩，一件件的事，更加坚实了我追求梦想的道路。

一、勤读、多背词汇，好精句

要想写好一篇文章，没有充足的词汇量是不行的。课文中的俗语和谚语的识记是通过背诵来完成。背诵是语言学习的重要手段，也是语言学习的必经之路。

1.背词句，背诵课文中的重点句型和短语尤其是课文中的俗语、谚语和经典句子。

2.背范文，将近几年高考中的作文和课文中好的段落以及报刊上的各种各样的体裁和优秀文章让学生多背，这样学生才能在自己的脑子中形成一定的写作框架，做到心中有数。

3.多读书，用英语进行思维。为了培养学生用英语思维的定势，增加对英语国家文化、社会风俗、风土人情、思维方式的了解，扩大视野，选择课外阅读，提高学生分析、判断、猜测、推理和领悟的能力。部分学生在写作时习惯用汉语思维，然后再逐句译成英语，结果写出来的文章是汉语式的英语。要想学会用英语进行思维，就要有计划、有目的地培养学生的语感。一个重要的方法就是大量阅读，选择精彩的词句、文章和佳句，引导学生阅读，摘抄或背诵来培养语感。

二、亲自动手，自己写作

教师应注重基本功训练，严格要求学生正确，工整，熟练地书写字母，单词和句子，同时注意大小写和标点符号。进行组词造句，组句成段练习时，要学生写出最简单的短句，为以后英语作文打好扎实的基础。这种练习可以安排在刚开始的训练中，要求学生能够用最基本的时态去完成写作。另外结合高中英语基础知识的复习，对学生提出较高写作能力的要求。

1.范例引路

学生在进行短文写作训练时，教师应提供各种文体的范文，讲明各种文体的写作要求和注意事项，如日记，便条，书信，通知的格式等，并给予必要的提示，并掌握各种体裁文章的格式。在平时的教学中，教师应该指导学生应对高考中各种体裁文章。

2.限时训练

教师当场发题，限时交卷。这样能促使学生瞬间接受信息，快速理解信息，迅速表达信息，提高实际应用和应试能力。这一步是关键，也是学生的的难关。必须要求学生在写作过程中牢牢记住以下口诀：“先读提示，要点与格式要弄清;时态语态要当心，前后呼应要一致;结构搭配，莫违背;文章写好细检查，点滴小错别忽视”。学生明确目的，并掌握要领后，要严格在规定时间内完成作业。

3.多想精炼

在平时的教学中，教师要求学生多看、多听、多想，用心体验和感悟身边的人和事，然后将自己的体验和感受用英语写出来。教师可要求学生每周写两篇，有话则长，无话可短。对不同水平的学生作不同的要求。鼓励表达自己的看法和体会。

此外，有时根据所学单元知识布置一篇作文，或给学生提供一些与时事或与学生学习活动和生活有关的材料。此类话题的现实性能诱发学生的写作兴趣，使其有话可写，有感而发;还能增强其信心，使其写作能力、技巧得到充分的锻炼和提高。对于有待进步的学生要及时励，激发其写作热情，增强其自信心。

4.自改互改

对照范文，学生先对已查出的表达有误的地方进行初改。范文不可能把各种表达方式都包括进去，况且学生作业中的错误也不尽相同，因此，还可安排学生互改。以同桌两人为宜，这样同时进行了改错训练。

三、培养学生良好的写作习惯

写作教学是一项“由简单到复杂，循环往复不断上升的”过程。不是一蹴而就的，需要教师在教学中由浅入深、由简入繁、由易到难、循序渐进。起始阶段，培养学生良好的写作习惯是非常重要的。要求学生做到以下几点：

1.认真审题。要求学生认真审读图表或提纲，领会意图，捕捉信息，确定文章时态及体裁。

2.写提纲。教师引导学生构思文章要点，写出每个段落主题句、关键词，然后确定细节和内容要点。

3.写初稿。经过审题和列提纲后，学生开始写作，教师指导学有意识地使用固定句型，使用关联词，把段落按逻辑顺序连成一体，形成基本连贯的初稿。

4.检查错误。检查是书面表达不可缺少的环节，学生完成初稿后，老师指导学生从以下六个方面进行修改和查错：(1)看要点是否齐全，有无遗漏;(2)体裁是否恰当，有无偏题;(3)内容是否连贯，有无缺词;(4)语法是否正确，人称、时态、语态、冠词及名词单复数等有无错误;(5)用词是否得当，有无习语及固定搭配等方面的错误(6)最后注意句与句、段与段之间有无合适的连接及过渡，经过有效的训练，学生犯的错误会逐渐减少，同时学生的书面表达能力会逐步提高。

总之，教学有法，教无定法。教师面对的教育对象是多样化的，因此在教学中一定要关注学生的个体差异，采取相应的措施，激发学生写作的兴趣。让学生参与实践，体验成功的快乐，循序引导，学生点滴积累，不断磨练，这样能达到理想的效果。

The Austrian, seeking an unprecedented fifth consecutive overall title, became the first man to win three successive giant slalom races at the Alta Badia venue, in Italys Dolomite mountains.

He claimed the World Cup lead from Aksel Lund Svindal, moving 20 points ahead of the Norwegian -- who was 28th, following his two speed-event wins in preceding days at nearby Val Gardena.

Hirscher claimed his fourth victory this season, and his third in giant slalom -- a technical discipline where he already leads by 134 points after only four rounds.

Brem claimed her second career World Cup victory, having been runner-up in the previous giant slalom races at Aspen and ?re.

"Every season I just need that one moment when everything gets together -- that one run, like the second one in Aspen when I felt, This is how I need to keep this working," the 27-year-old said.

今年国庆前夕的9月30日，我们迎来了第三个烈士纪念日。慎终追远，饮水思源是中华民族抚今忆昔悠久的文化传统，正当全国人民_领导下，乘着改革开放取得巨大成果的东风，继续为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦奋力前行的时候，国家公布了设立烈士纪念日的决定，这不仅受到了社会的广泛好评与欢迎，为大力开展革命传统和爱国主义教育提供了更好的平台，而且对全国红色旅游的发展也将产生强有力的鼓舞作用。近年来，红色旅游业方兴未艾，随着国家的财力增长，遍布全国的革命遗址和烈士纪念场所得到了较大范围的整理和修缮，这为红色旅游景区的建设扩容奠定了更加坚实的基础。而红色旅游的持续发展，也使得凝聚在革命历史遗址、烈士纪念设施间的中华英烈们的丰功伟绩和崇高精神得到了最为有效、最为广泛的传扬，烈士们为之献身的中华民族复兴大业薪火相传、后继有人。

目前，我国共有烈士墓近百万余座，烈士纪念堂馆等设施近3万余处，虽已颇具规模，但和许多革命遗址纪念馆类的景区已建成全国知名红色旅游目的地，深受大批旅游者欢迎的成熟情况相比，烈士纪念场所类的景区依据现有条件，能够常年吸引来访者、成功开展红色旅游的还不够多。很多烈士纪念场所只是在特殊节日和纪念日时段才会有较多的游人，全年其他的大部分时间内，访客仍然比较稀少。我们应该以国家设立烈士纪念日为契机，努力研究如何将全国各地烈士纪念场所的建设维护和红色旅游的发展结合起来，充分发挥烈士纪念设施的缅怀、教育功用，使其所展示的烈士风范、爱国主义、集体主义精神和社会主义道德风尚，借助红色旅游的蓬勃发展，有如春风化雨般地深入人心，更好地培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，增强民族凝聚力，激发实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的强大正能量。

一、相关部门协作化

烈士纪念场所发展红色旅游，主要是由民政和旅游等部门组织实施。多年来，各部门都制定了相关的规划和投入方案，开展了一些卓有成效的合作，收到了较好的反馈。如国家旅游局——全国红色旅游工作协调小组办公室曾专门为全国民政部门管理的烈士陵园系统举办过红色旅游的培训，民政部门的有关培训也邀请旅游专家前去授课。一些来自烈士陵园的参训学员课后就感慨地说：“没想到我们烈士陵园也可以开展红色旅游啊!”今后，各级民政、旅游和其他相关部门可建立常态化的工作联系机制，对全国各地烈士纪念场所的情况经常进行会商和分类梳理，研究其特定的发展规律，对有条件建设成红色旅游景区的，可共同加大规划指导、资金支持和专业培训的力度，以形成合力，一钱多用，多策并举，推动其扩大影响，逐步完善，加快发展。

二、规划定位景区化

烈士纪念场所建设发展成红色旅游景区，是在更高起点上对纪念园区进行的升级整合。有了爱国主义教育、国防教育等基地的称号，再增添一个红色旅游重点景区的品牌，更有助于提高烈士纪念场所的知名度，借助旅游这个更加生动广阔的传播渠道，充分发挥其教育、影响作用。今后在投入资金对烈士陵园等纪念设施进行建设维修和编制规划时，最好吸收红色旅游方面专家参加，对照发展红色旅游的规律和要求，对于那些场面宏大、内容丰富、位置优越、交通便利、环境良好、适合发展红色旅游的烈士纪念园区，在开始定位时就综合加以考虑，联合多方投入资金，一举将其建成该地区乃至全国深受群众欢迎的红色旅游景区和游客必看的旅游目的地，从而最大限度地发挥修建投资的溢出延展效应，在政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等多方面收获事半功倍、双赢和多赢的实际效果。

三、园区建设景观化

世界上许多国家都十分重视发挥烈士纪念地的景区游览作用，以对游客形成一游难忘的积极影响。如美国二战、_和朝鲜战争纪念碑都建在首都华盛顿的旅游中心区域，珍珠港亚利桑那号战舰沉没遗址、俄罗斯莫斯科红场无名烈士墓长明火炬等设施前，都是常年游人如织的旅游胜地。目前我国各地的烈士纪念场所，大都场景开阔、环境幽静、绿化良好，但在景观规划时考虑陵园属性较多，考虑景区属性较少。主要强调符合特定节日特定群体的祭奠要求，园区外景格调大都庄严肃穆，丰富生动显得有些不足。国家烈士纪念日设定后，将会极大提升民众对于各地烈士纪念场所的关注，我们应当乘势而上，对有条件的纪念园区实施景观化改造升级，增强可游可赏可瞻仰的多元吸引力，更好地满足人民群众的游览需要。

四、氛围设计艺术化

“言而无文，行之不远”。要想让游客入脑入心地铭记先烈献身精神，接受爱国主义熏陶，在纪念园区氛围设计和标志点染上应进一步增加文化和艺术含量。如镌刻的标志语就不一定全国各地都是统一的“致敬”、“永垂不朽”等雷同词句，或全是题词。可以与时俱进，根据各纪念地的不同情况专门创作一些易读易记、诗意隽永的时尚短语。如美国朝鲜战争纪念碑的铭文：“Freedom is not free(自由绝非无价)”、海军陆战队纪念碑上的“Uncommon valor was a Common Virtue(非凡英勇是平凡美德)”,就综合运用了英语押头韵、叠音、双关语等诗歌创作的修辞手法，极短的字词蕴含了深远的意涵，起到了耐人寻味、一咏三叹的效果。中国是个诗歌大国，汉语是世界公认的表达能力最为丰富的语言，艺术化地表达对烈士的崇敬和缅怀，我们拥有极为丰富的文学艺术宝库。

在园区的雕塑、浮雕墙等附属设施的建设上，也应摒弃那种重建筑、轻艺术的做法，杜绝简单装饰式的低俗设计，力争打造出有创新有创意的新作，形成具有强烈视觉冲击力、唯我独有的艺术精品，为园区增添足以传世的新看点，强化景区核心内涵的艺术感召力。

五、展陈布置情境化

烈士纪念馆等室内展览陈列，是开展宣传教育的重要手段，也是撼动游客视听的核心吸引方式，有条件进行更新改造时，应尽量考虑运用最新的科技和艺术方法，打破以往那种图片加文字的平面板报落后形式的束缚，努力营造情境化的场景再现，使烈士们当年英勇无畏、一往无前的浩然正气能够鲜活地展示在观众面前。通过这些时尚新颖、立体化的情景设计，可以改变一般烈士纪念地可说的多，可看的少的单调局面，提高园区的视觉观赏性，有效地留住游客，延长其在园区的整体观览时间，收到润物无声的教育效果。近年来，许多红色旅游重点景区在此方面已积累了不少成功的经验，烈士纪念园区可以学习借鉴。

六、导游讲解故事化

导游讲解是烈士纪念场所十分重要的工作环节，由于大多数烈士的事迹距今已年代较远，要想向今天的广大游客特别是青少年学生丰富生动地加以传播，其实并不容易。仅仅满足于熟读、背诵根据一两本书上_基本知识编写的解说词有时会显得苍白。应当以本园区烈士的特定情况为基础，大量掌握相关的背景材料，联系当前的现实，充分发掘整理烈士业绩中的故事元素，综合加以串讲。要学会运用分析、穿插、对照、铺垫、延展、突出等手法，充实讲解内涵，活化讲解形式，将先烈的壮举放在大历史有声有色多彩的宏观背景下加以全方位的解读诠释，力争在故事化的讲述中完成对其光辉形象的弘扬。

七、接待服务常态化

国外的有些烈士纪念场所，在平常时日里也能成功吸引年轻人前去观览，有的还在那里完成婚礼，追念先贤，告慰英灵，珍惜今日，这是很有意义的活动，给人留下深刻印象。经过多年投资建设，我国一大批烈士纪念场所已完成修缮工作，具备了较好的观瞻条件，但如果还只是面向一年内几个特定时日的接待，那就有些可惜。建成红色旅游景区，我们的烈士纪念园区就可以向接待服务常态化的目标迈进，更大范围、更长时间地充分发挥已建设施的功用，向更多人群传播输送爱国进取的积极动能。朝这个方向努力，园区也要改变以往习惯的工作方式，在保证每年重大祭奠活动顺利完成的同时，更加接地气，关注对日常一般游客的争取，在景观设置、停车安排、标识导引、游线设计、导游接待、休憩安排等多方面尝试着眼于他们的需求，提供细心周到的服务，不断拓展园区作为爱国主义教育场所和红色旅游目的地的多重功能。

随着改革开放多年来的发展，中国旅游业增势迅猛，人民群众的游览需求也更加丰富多元。可以预见，国家烈士纪念日的设定，将极大地推进人民对于先烈的景仰和缅怀活动，依托烈士纪念场所开展的红色旅游一定会得到进一步的发展完善，让我们共同为此做出不懈的探索和努力。

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

other easily, so I call the way she communicates as an art.

In all, for me, art is around. It brings people a way to see the world or

三国演义，华丽而朴实的梦。

乱世奸雄，无人能够论输赢

婴而的一声啼哭打破了曹府的平静。小阿瞒在家人的呵护下渐渐成长，他自幼“少机警，有权数，善诗词，通古学”。当素以知人名世的太尉桥玄一见小阿瞒就大为惊奇，说：“天下将乱，非命世之才不能济也，能安之者，其在君乎!”随之，桥玄又让小阿瞒去拜访汉末主持“月旦评”的名士许子将，许子将评价他说：“子治世之能臣，乱世之奸雄”。

小阿瞒，注定操控天下大局。由此唤名为“曹操”。从此，曹操走上了三国的舞台。

在历史的长河中，也许人们记住了孔明挥泪斩马稷，却不知晓曹操不畏权贵，二十岁斩富豪。于是，“京师敛迹，无敢犯者”。

也许人们记住了五柳先生不为五斗米折腰，为隐士楷模，却不了解中平元年，在“政教大行，一郡清平”的东汉黑暗之时，曹操不肯迎合权贵，遂托病回归乡里，春夏读书，秋冬弋猎。

也许人们常常赞叹李白、杜牧这些大文豪在官场”出淤泥而不染”，不肯与其同流合污，却不知在董卓立献帝、自称相国之后，曹操见董卓倒施逆行，不愿与其合作，遂“散家财，合义兵”，踏上讨伐董卓的征程。

曹操，在众多争议的背后，是他统一北方的画面：

从陈留起兵到兴平二年，历经六年。曹操从只有数千人的起义军到几万精锐组成的青州兵，曹操拥有了一支颇具战斗力的军队。再加上兖州这块根据地，曹操得以成事的基本条件。

从无人问津到一呼百应，谋士毛d的奉天子以令不臣，修耕植，畜军资”的战略建议，使曹操具备了挟天子以令诸侯的政治优势。

从“州郡各拥强兵，而委输不至，群僚饥乏，尚书郎以下自出采稆，或饥死墙壁间”到“后遂因此大田，丰足国用，摧灭群逆，克定天下”。曹操着手农业生产，而且曹操颁布新的征收制度，到建安九年，又明确：“其收田租亩四升，户出绢二匹，绵二斤而已，他不得擅兴发。”曹操前后实行的这一系列措施，使濒于崩溃的自耕农经济不断得到了恢复和发展。这成为曹操集团的雄厚经济基础。

官渡一站，惊天动地。当经过二个月的相持后，十月，袁绍信心满满要攻破曹操大营的时候，却不知虽处于劣势，但由于曹操能正确分析客观条件，善于听取别人的正确意见，所以能扬长避短，采用正确的战略战术，最终大败袁绍，统一北方。

后期，虽然三国鼎立，但曹操仍全意争霸，花甲之年仍披甲出战，最终永远的躺在他一心向往的年代。

人们讨厌曹操的自傲，但我却说，曹操自称为相难道不正是一个霸者应有的气概吗?

人们不满意曹操心胸狭窄，但我却说曹操是一个胸襟宽广的将相之才。当曹操可以忽视长子曹昂的死而接受张绣的投降，谁还可以说曹操心胸狭窄?因为他知道，张绣是个人才。不错，曹操是杀了杨修，但是当曹操失去郭佳的时候，却黯然落泪。

人们憎恶曹操的“宁教我负天下人，不教天下人负我”，但我却说，是的，曹操是想征服天下人，因为征服本身就是迷人的游戏。

曹操离我们远去了，留下的是对蔡文姬的绵绵情意，煮酒论英雄的本色，唯才是举的思想，还有太多太多的谜。以为他是英雄，一个“经典”的英雄!
