致敬英雄，需要我们捍卫英雄。英雄是民族的脊梁，一个有期望的民族需要英雄，一个先进的国家需要先锋。现如今，雷锋被说成是造假，黄继光堵抢眼、董存瑞炸碉堡被认为是假的，狼牙山五壮士的事迹也被人质疑......种.种不尊重英雄的言论被发表出来。对此我认为，任何亵渎祖先、亵渎经典、亵渎英雄的言论及行为都应被谴责、被严惩，我们绝不能让英雄流泪又流血。一个时代对英雄的看法，折射出一个时代的核心价值观。英雄是用来歌颂的，不是用来诋毁的。英雄，作为一个时代的杰出人物，有着崇高梦想和价值追求。中华民族要实现奋斗目标需要英雄，需要英雄精神。为此，我们都应致敬英雄，捍卫英雄。

致敬英雄，需要我们学习英雄。英雄，是一个民族最闪亮的坐标，是人们强大的精神目标。对英雄，最崇高的敬意，最深沉的思念，是追随，是传承。见贤思齐，我们要学习英雄“精忠报国”的爱国精神，利于国者爱之，害于国者恶之;学习英雄“卧薪尝胆”的奋斗精神，文王拘而演《周易》，仲尼厄而作《春秋》，左丘失明著《左传》，孙子膑脚修《兵法》......历代英雄宁折不屈的奋斗精神值得我们传承;我们还应学习英雄“春蚕到死丝方尽”的奉献精神，即使做不到“死在戈壁滩，埋在青山头”，也应有“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”的担当。致敬英雄，学习英雄，是一个时代的主题。

正所谓“诚既勇兮又以武，终刚强兮不可凌。身既死兮神以灵，魂魄毅兮为鬼雄”。英雄是民族的脊梁，时代的引领者。作为英雄的后辈，我们应当崇尚英雄，捍卫英雄，学习英雄，致敬英雄!

何洪霖：

1952年10月14日，上甘岭战役打响了。美军集中了优势兵力，在大量飞机、坦克、大炮的助威下，向我军阵地发动了入朝以来规模最大的攻势。19日晚，上级命令黄继光所在连对上甘岭右翼597.9高地进行反击战斗，并要在20日拂晓前拔下这根“钉子”。

在距离敌火力点不到10米的地方，黄继光用右臂撑住了身体，扔出了。一声巨响，敌机枪哑了，他再次倒了下去。这时，部队刚要发起冲锋，不想敌人的机枪又响了，钟仁杰怕敌人发现倒在地上的黄继光，狠命地朝敌火力点射击。枪声和伤痛使黄继光醒了过来，他看部队还没冲上来，又吃力地朝敌碉堡爬去。敌人的火力完全被钟仁杰吸引过来，黄继光顽强机警地爬到了碉堡下。那里是射击的死角，他蹲了下去，回头朝钟仁杰他们看了一眼，接着一挥手，大声喊了一句话。由于机枪猛吼，他的话音全被枪声淹没了，没有人听清他喊了什么。

这时，战争史上那最为悲壮的一幕出现了：只见黄继光猛地站起来，身子向上突地一挺，奋力地向碉堡扑了上去，用胸膛堵住了冒着火舌的枪口……敌人的机枪哑了。战友们喊着惊天动地的“为黄继光报仇”的口号冲了上去，一举将高地夺了回来。战斗结束后，战友们不约而同地围了上去，只见黄继光的胸膛被火药烧黑了，布满了像蜂窝一样的弹洞。战友们回头望去，在黄继光向敌碉堡接近的路上留下了一条10多米长的血迹。

杨珂：

1952年10月11日，志愿军第15军在铁原东北391高地反击战打响了。391高地位于铁原东北10公里处，山势险要，有敌军1个加强连驻守，是敌军安在志愿军前沿阵地的一个“钉子”。拔掉这个“钉子”不仅可以改善志愿军第15军的防御阵地，而且可以对敌军形成威胁。邱少云的英雄事迹，从志愿军前沿阵地到391高地，中间有3000米的开阔地。为了缩短部队冲击距离，使战斗发起具有突然性，该军第29师第87团组织500名战士，在当晚夜间隐蔽潜伏在距敌军只有60米的草丛中，邱少云就是其中的一名战士。

12日中午12时，突然飞来4架敌机，在潜伏区投下几颗燃烧弹，有一颗落在离邱少云2米的地方，四散飞迸的燃烧液溅到他的腿上，身上的伪装烧着了，火苗往上冒，顿时火团把他包围了。邱少云的英雄事迹，邱少云身后有一条水沟，只要后退几步，在泥水中打个滚，身上的烈火就可息灭。但他深知，这样会被山顶上的敌军发现，暴露目标。为了不暴露部队的行动意图，也为了500名战友的生命安全及整个战斗的胜利，他严守潜伏纪律，在烈火烧身时，不惊慌，不呼救，坚定地趴在地下，忍着剧痛，咬紧牙关，一声不吭，岿然不动。烈火在他身上燃烧了30多分钟，光荣牺牲。至下午17时，已经潜伏了19个小时的第3营在炮火支援下，突然向守军发起冲击，经40多分钟战斗，攻占了391高地，全歼南朝鲜军第9师第51团1加强连。邱少云的英雄事迹，邱少云为这次反击战的最后胜利，在烈火持续的燃烧中献出了年轻的生命。

杜尧：

25日凌晨，天还没亮，阵地上一片寂静。战士们焦急地等待着总攻的信号。随着三颗红色信号弹腾空而起，共军强大的炮火，把苔山上的敌人火力全给压住了。在硝烟弥漫、烈火滚滚中，苔山顶峰的砖塔，被共军的大炮轰倒了，炮楼也被打掉了，不一会儿，胜利的红旗就插上了苔山的顶峰。5时25分，命令下达，董存瑞所在的六连担任主攻，从城东北向隆化中学外围工事运动。国军的机枪严密封锁着他们前进的道路。六连火力组、突击组、爆破组、支援组互相配合，很快地攻破了隆化中学东北面的旧衙门碉堡群。董存瑞带领爆破组连续爆破了敌人4个炮楼、5个碉堡，胜利地完成了扫清隆化中学外围工事的任务。

下午3点30分，第二次总攻开始。六连向隆化中学发起冲锋。突然，敌人的机枪像暴雨般横扫过来，把战士们压在一条土坡下面，抬不起头来。原来，这是隆化中学东北角横跨旱河的一座桥上喷出来的6条火舌。狡猾的敌人，在桥上修了一个伪装得十分巧妙的暗堡，拦住了我军冲锋的道路。这时，董存瑞和战友们纷纷向连长请战，要求把这座桥型暗堡炸掉。白副连长派出李振德等3名爆破手去爆破，李振德冲出不远，炸药包就被敌人枪弹打中，李振德阵亡，其余两名爆破手负了重伤。这时，团部来了紧急命令，要六连火速从中学东北角去，配合已突进中学院内的兄弟部队，迅速解决战斗。白副连长命令董存瑞去炸碉堡。董存瑞挟起炸药包，弯着腰冲了出去。在郅顺义火力掩护下，他一会儿匍匐前进，一会儿又借着郅顺义扔出的手榴弹的烟雾，站起来一阵猛跑。桥型暗堡里，国军的机枪越打越紧，子弹带着尖利的啸声，从他的耳边掠过。在快要冲进开阔地时，董存瑞指着前面的一个小土堆，对郅顺义说：“你就在这儿掩护!”一阵手榴弹把敌人碉堡前的鹿砦、铁丝网炸了个稀巴烂。国军的机枪又慌忙朝他打过来，突然，董存瑞扑倒了，郅顺义站起刚要向前冲去，只见他猛然爬起来，一阵快跑跳进旱河沟里，进入了国军的火力死角。他的腿受了伤，鲜血直流。他抱着炸药包迅速猛冲到桥下。这桥离地面有一人多高，两旁是砖石砌的，没沟、没棱，哪儿也没有安放炸药包的地方。如果把炸药包放在河床上，又炸不着暗堡，河床上又找不到任何东西代替火药支架。怎么办?郅顺义清清楚楚看着这一切，急得直攥拳头。

突然，身后响起了嘹亮的冲锋号声，总攻的时间到了。董存瑞毅然用身体做支架，左手托起炸药包，右手拉燃了导火索，高喊：“为了新中国，冲啊!”。此时，离董存瑞不过50米的郅顺义看到眼前的情景惊呆了，不顾一切地向桥下的战友冲去，董存瑞看见后，厉声喝道：“卧倒!卧倒!快趴下!!”紧接着，桥下响起了一声天崩地裂的巨响，敌人的暗堡被炸毁，董存瑞用自己的生命为部队扫清了前进的障碍。此时，他年仅19岁。

It is widely accepted that to work independently has the obvious advantage

that it can prove one’s ability. However, I believe that teamwork is more

important in the modern society and teamwork sprit has become a required quality

by more and more companies.

In the first place, we are situated in a complicated society and we often

encounter tough problems that are beyond our ability. It is especially at this

moment that teamwork proves to be exceedingly important. With the help of the

team, these problems can be solved easily and quickly, which could improve work

efficiency.

In the second place, teamwork provides a chance to cooperate with workmate,

it will make a friendly and enjoyable work environment, which is an important

factor influencing employees’ belief in the company as a good workplace.

Finally, teamwork contributes to the prosperity of the companies. With all
