elderly,as Pengyu’s incident was like a warning.So I was frozen.What surprised me most was that a passer-by girl,rushing across the street without hesitation,putting the old lady on her back and carrying her to a hospital nearby.At that moment,I felt so embarrassed and ashamed that I wanted to crawl a hole and never come out.She was just a student but she did something what an adult like me was afraid of.

Never in my dream did I imagine that girl could have such an impact on my view of moral obligation.From then on,I decide to help strangers who is in need without hesitation and reservation.Because only in this way can our society become more harmonious.From my perspective,that little girl teaches me a lot that night.The

conscience of the many outweighs the wicked behaviors of the few.That’s what we should keep in mind no matter what we experience.

Yesterday my classmates and I went to on a picnic. According to our plan we would climb the West Mountain.

Early in the morning all of us gathered at the gate of our school, we started of at seven, soon it began to have a little rain. We kept on riding for an hour till we reached the foot of the mountain.

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a

note on the table for my mum and it said,"Today is my birthday,dont forget

it!"At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of

fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the

door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,"Coming

home late tonight,mum and dad."I try to call them but there was no answer.I was

so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I

couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother

called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I

couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends

and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

被誉为“杂交水稻之父”的袁隆平，在三亚试验基地做过一个梦：梦中杂交水稻的茎秆像高粱一样高，穗子像扫帚一样大，稻谷像葡萄一样结得一串串，他和他的助手们一块在稻田里散步，在水稻下面乘凉。

这是多么美妙的梦境！谁能不为一位水稻科学家对事业的如醉如痴，梦魂牵绕，发出由衷的赞叹呢？

袁隆平投身杂交水稻研究，一干就是几十年。他说，搞这个研究工作，是很苦的，头上有太阳晒，脚下是泥和水，但是在这里有希望，有目标，有成果，所以只感到快乐。几十年来，他基本上是默默无闻，孜孜不倦地从事他的研究。衣着简朴，饮食清淡，闲时拉拉小提琴自娱。

他的快乐，他的充实，来自他所执著的事业。他总结说，自己一是不怕失败，搞研究难免有失败，怕失败就不要搞研究；二是淡泊名利，人活在世上，要高尚一点，不要斤斤计较名利得失，过于计较，一旦得不到就很不痛快；三是生活俭朴，身体要好。这是一位做学问的人的人生三昧，很值得玩味。

从本质上讲，这也是一种思维方式。做学问，要耐得住寂寞，有“咬定青山不放松”的气概，不趋时，不趋利，不赶时髦，不做“时尚才人”，不要把自己当“商品”。“郑之鄙人学为盖。三年而大旱，无所用，弃而为秸槔。三年而大雨，又无所用，则还为盖焉。未几，盗起，民尽戎服，鲜用盖者。欲学为兵，则老矣。”（《孟子》）不顾自己的实际情况，哪里钱多，就往哪里钻。搞文学专业的改行当律师，学遗传的去当会计，学考古的偏往仕途上挤……所谓“跳槽”，往往给自己出难题，结果像郑人一样，成了失败的典型。带来的是喜还是忧？假如做学问的人一味适应“市场需要”，想要多出几个袁隆平这样的科学家，其可得乎？

除了跳出“市场”思维模式，选择自己的专业，还要根据自己的性情所近和能力所及。在这点上，胡适有一段话说得很好，他说：他已经六十二岁了，还不知道究竟该学什么，还在东摸摸，西摸摸，“也许我以后还要学水利工程亦未可知，虽则我现在头发都白了，还是无所专长、一无所成。可是我一生很快乐。”他没有依他人的外在的标准去学时髦。“我服从了自己的个性，根据个人的兴趣所在去做。希望青年朋友们，接受我经验得来的这一个教训，不要问爸爸要你学什么，妈妈要你学什么，爱人要你学什么。要以自己性情所近，能力所能做的去学，这个标准很重要。”

生态环境对种水稻很重要，古人概括为任地、辨土、审时，违背这些自然规律，就叶大实少，多粃厚糠，食之不香。做学问也是如此：“强扭的瓜不甜”，也要看“天时”、“地利”，不能光盯着几个钱。从心理准备上讲，心猿意马难以到达彼岸，束腰禁欲，也不会爆出灵感的火花。袁隆平赞成这样一个公式：知识+汗水+灵感+机遇=成功。假如去掉“灵感”，就是“苦行僧”的哲学。灵感产生于快乐，产生于“性情所近，能力所及”的专心致志——这是成功的关键。

人生倏忽，把生命的光束集中在这一点上，深入地学下去和做下去，心无旁骛，才会有所成就。色诺芬说得好：大黄牛心目中的上帝，也只是一头牛。

作为“杂交水稻之父”的袁隆平，他把理想、生命和爱付诸自己的事业，他的人生是快乐的，他的梦也是快乐的，温馨的。
