荔波县是党的“一大”代表邓恩铭的故乡，是贵州省委、列为旅游优先发展区，境内居住着布依、水、苗、瑶等多种民族，民族风情独具魅力、浓郁而又古朴。县域山川秀丽，风光独特，有樟江国家重点风景名胜区、茂兰国家级自然保护区、兰鼎山省级森林公园等，2007年6月成功申报为“中国南方喀斯特”世界自然遗产地。先后被评为“全国造林绿化百佳县”、“全国造林绿化先进集体”、“全国科普示范县”、“国家级生态示范区”、“中国最美的地方”、“国际王牌旅游目的地”等。

荔波县属于中亚热带季风性湿润气候类型，四季分明，冬无严寒，夏无酷暑，夏长冬短，无霜期长，雨量充沛，日照充足，雨热同季。县内各地平均气温的年际变化不大，县城年平均气温为18.3℃，极端最高气温39℃，极端最低气温-6℃，无霜期283天，年降雨量1320.5毫米。气候温热，据多年气象资料表明，主要的农业自然灾害天气主要为干旱、低温、洪捞及绵雨等 ，倒春寒、冰雹也时有发生。属典型的亚热带季风湿润气候，有利于各种动植物的繁衍生息。

荔波县境内河流均属珠江流域水系，共有三大河流，为樟江河水系、三岔河水系和甲料河水系。全县集雨面积大于20平方公里或流程大于10公里的河流共30条。县内河道总长1048公里，河网密度0.47公里/平方公里，平均年水流量18.07亿立方米。

根据20XX年贵州省荔波县林地保护利用规划2010-2020年调查成果，全县林业用地面积290.48万亩，占县国土面积的79.6%。其中,有林地163.38万亩，疏林地面积0.48万亩，灌木林地12.87万亩，未成林造林地和苗圃地15.44万亩，宜林地64.57万亩（其中砂石山地10.5万亩），全县森林覆盖率60.12%。

由于地形差异显著，荔波县南、北植被差异较大。东北部为砂页岩发育形成的以无患子科、樟科、山茶科为代表的地带性常绿阔叶林。南部为以桑科、壳斗科、金娄梅科为代表的石灰岩植被类型。主要植被类型有针叶林、针阔混交林、常绿阔叶林、常绿落叶阔叶混交林、河谷季雨林等,主要树种有马尾松、杉木、枫香、木荷、香樟、云贵鹅耳枥、黔竹、荔波吊竹、黄连木、青冈、天峨槭、继木、深山含笑、香木莲等。

荔波县林木种质资源有162科598属1564种，其中蕨类植物16科24属36种，裸子植物有6科12属22种，被子植物有140科553属1506多种。有国家一、二级保护植物31种，其中属国家一级保护的有4科4属5种，分别是单性木兰、掌叶木、南方红豆杉、红豆杉、异型玉叶金花；属国家二级保护的有15科22属26种，有鹅掌楸、蓖子三尖杉、杜仲、香樟、喜树、华南五针松、马尾树、翠柏、香木莲、半枫荷、四药门花、香果树等；属于省级保护植物有12科11属20种：铁杉、南方铁杉、桂南木莲、红花木莲、深山含笑、阔瓣含笑、檫木、贵州山核桃、革叶槭等；属于贵州重要的特有树种有8科15属25种：石山桂、长梗半枫荷、荔波鹅耳枥、荔波桑、荔波瘤果茶、斑枝石笔木、石山胡颓子、荔波花椒、贵州悬竹、狭叶方竹、乳纹方竹、黔竹、荔波吊竹等。并发现境内有野生兰科植物被列入《濒临野生动物植物国际贸易公约》已明确列为国家一级重点保护植物的珍稀兰花-----白花兜兰（Paphiopedilum niveum Pfitz.），经英国皇家植物园副园长、国际知名兰花专家飞利浦博士历尽艰辛普查认定，其主产区和原生地就在荔波县境内。

三、产业发展现状

荔波县花卉苗木发展较为缓慢。上世纪90年末代以来，我县陆续出现了部分从事花卉苗木产业建设的农户，2000年以后，随着世行造林、退耕还林、珠江防护林等一系列造林工程的实施，我县花卉苗木产业的发展步伐逐渐加快。特别是近几年来，城市建设对花卉苗木的需求越来越大，我县依托地理优势，生产规模迅速扩大，经营水平不断提升，林农发展花卉苗木的积极性日益高涨，花卉苗木产业已成为我县调整产业结构、增加农民收入的重要产业之一。据统计，到20XX年底，全县生产经营花卉苗木规模达1563.7亩，主要品种有马尾松、桂花、罗汉松、紫金花、茶花、梅花、樟树、银杏、红叶石楠、红豆杉、掌叶木、核桃、紫薇等，年收益达1500万元。

多年来，通过“梅花节”，位于梅原景区中心的岜町组20户农户，仅是农家接待和农副产品销售，每年每户人均增收3000多元。自荔波梅花节举办8届以来，当地已累计接待游客近350万人次，创下了10多个亿的综合旅游收入。 对促进农业产业结构调整，加快地方经济发展，推进社会主义新农村建设等方面产生了重要影响。

四、目前我县花卉苗木产业发展存在的问题

目前我县花卉苗木产业发展存在的问题：一是小苗繁殖基础薄弱，设备简陋，技术落后，小苗生产能力严重不足，林农建苗木基地大多到外面调，成本提高，风险增大；二是苗木基地规模小，不成板块，零散经营，没有哪一种苗木有较大的规模效应；三是苗木档次低，没有成规模地繁育本地乡土树种，建立品牌吸引全国各地客商；四是花卉苗木产业发展不均衡，花卉苗木产业在我县是一个新兴产业，花卉苗木产业都处于自由发展阶段，缺乏政府引导，企业多为自行投入，总体发展目标不明确，发展品种和发展优势不确定，再加上花卉苗木产业投入不足，花卉苗木生产仍以小农生产为主，大规模的花卉生产基地未形成，不利于本地花卉苗木进入省内外大市场；五是花卉苗木产业品种结构不合理。绿化观赏苗木多，鲜切花、盆栽、盆景等种类少；小苗多，大苗少；大路货多，名贵品种少。其销售主打品种仍停留在绿化观赏苗木阶段，产品结构不合理，难以形成规模效益；六是花卉苗木产业行业协会不健全。只有一家成立了一个花木合作社，给全县的花卉苗木行业的组织协调、信息和技术服务及市场指导工作带来一定的难度；七是花卉苗木产业流通体系不健全。

五、建设重点和规模

花卉苗木产业发展的重点是建设三大体系：

一是着力建设花卉苗木良种繁育、试验示范和推广体系,特别是乡土珍稀树种的繁育。以县种苗站依托，高标准建设500亩花卉苗木繁育基地，年出圃花卉苗木合格苗200万株以上，达到县内自给的目标，为发展30000亩花卉苗木基地奠定基础；坚持每年筛选3-5个新品种进行对比试验,特别是对本土特色树种的筛选，选出具有良好市场前景和发展潜力，适合在我县种植的品种进行推广，壮大发展规模；严格保护、合理开发利用我县优良乡土绿化树种掌叶木，建立对掌叶木绿化示范园和资源储备基地，加快小苗繁殖步伐；建设花卉苗木高效示范基地200亩。通过高效示范基地的示范带动作用，大力推进花卉苗木产业发展。

二是着力建设花卉苗木产业基地。以专业合作社为载体，加快推进花卉苗木产业基地建设，同时整合全县花卉苗木专业合作社，培育1家专业合作总社，各镇培育1-2家分社，入社社员达到2万户以上。通过专业合作社组织农民发展花卉苗木产业，提高生产的组织化、集约化程度。

三是着力建设花卉苗木销售体系。建设荔波苗木城，打造全省最大的珍稀花卉苗木市场；组建1-2家绿化工程公司或苗木信息平台，与市场对接，组建遍布黔南、黔中、黔西南以及桂北地区乃至全省的绿化苗木销售网络，推广荔波的绿化苗木品牌。

花卉苗木产业发展的布局规模是；按照适地适树原则，以推进产业发展和农民增收为目标，全力建设玉屏镇、朝阳镇、瑶山乡旅游线路15000亩花卉苗木板块基地，水尧乡、永康乡6000亩花卉苗木板块基地，洞塘乡3000亩板块基地，驾欧乡3000亩花卉苗木板块基地，甲良镇、播尧乡3000亩花卉苗木板块基地此外，充分利用疏林地、低改地、退耕未郁闭林地、荒山造林地、农民房前屋后空闲地等建设花卉苗木产业基地，到2020年总规模达到3万亩。同时突出区域特色，各树种、品种、苗木规格相对集中连片发展。在花卉苗木品种定向上，以桂兰木莲、红花木莲、深山含笑、阔瓣含笑、荷花玉兰、观光木、掌叶木等木本花卉绿化树种为发展重点，以单性木兰、掌叶木、南方红豆杉、红豆杉、异型玉叶金花等本土珍稀树种为特色。

六、投资估算

Halloween

Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints Day. However, it is not really a church holiday, it is a holiday for children mainly.

Every autumn, when the vegetables are ready to eat, children pick large orange pumpkins. Then they cut faces in the pumpkins and put a burning candle inside. It looks as if there were a person looking out of the pumpkin! These lights are called jack-o-lanterns, which means "Jack of the lantern".

The children also put on strange masks and frightening costumes every Halloween. Some children paint their faces to look like monsters. Then they carry boxes or bags from house to house. Every time they come to a new house, they say,"Trick or treat! Money or eat!" The grown-ups put treat-money or candy in their bags.

This is my grandmas fourth section woolies. 今年是我奶奶的的第四个寒衣节。早上十点半，我、哥哥、妈妈、爸爸、姑姑、姑父一起去灞陵祭奠奶奶，很快我们来到了奶奶的墓碑前，妈妈和姑姑先把墓碑清扫干净之后，爸爸把买的塑料花挂在奶奶的墓碑上，显得格外漂亮。

祭奠仪式开始了，我和哥哥献上了鲜花，妈妈和姑姑献上了水果和蛋糕，这时姑夫和爸爸点燃一炷清香插进香炉里，大家都显的格外庄严。

三鞠躬之后，爸爸和姑姑念叨地说：“妈妈，我们过的很好，放心吧!我们给您送去了衣服和钱，请您享用吧!”

We had English final exam yesterday. I feelvery sad now because I think I didn’t do well in the exam. Firstly, just amoment ago I realized that my composition in the exam stayed from the point,because I misunderstood the meaning of Green Campus. I thought Green Campus isonly the color of the campus. 灯罩可真脏啊!我拿着抹布对着灯罩刮来刮去，将原来一摸一手泥的灯罩，擦得崭新透亮。我自认餐厅的灯擦得最好了。原来，这盏土耳其语上面全是污泥，每次开灯，都觉得很暗。但是，在我用了‘威猛先生’擦过之后，原来脏兮兮的灯罩立马变了一个样，开开灯马上就觉得亮了几分。

在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

虽然今天很累，但是面对亮亮的灯照得明亮的家，洁净的洗手池和干净的踢脚线，我很高兴，很有成就感!爸爸妈妈也夸我真是很能干!
