为了这件事，我也费了不少心思，可就是改不掉，为了改掉粗心，对妈妈说：“错题、字、单词打一下”，过了好久，我的粗心老朋友终于离我而去了!

通过这件事，我得到了一点启示：无论做什么事，只要肯下功夫，不半途而费，什么事都会成功!

俗话说的好：困难像弹簧，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。在日常生活当中，我们遇到的困难很多，一部分人都被困难吓倒了，有的垂头丧气，有的皱起了眉。可另一部分人却勇敢地面对困难，想方设法地克服困难，最终战胜了困难。当我读了《苦儿流浪记》后，我有了很深的感触。

《苦儿流浪记》是法国十九世纪著名作家马洛写的一部儿童小说。讲的是一个叫雷米的男孩，他被养父卖给了江湖卖艺人，他离开了巴布兰妈妈，开始了浪迹天涯的生活。他认了江湖卖艺人做主人，在流浪途中，他经历了许许多多的苦难，但始终抱着坚定的信念，凭着坚强的意志，战胜了困难，终于找到了自己的亲身父母和朋友，过上了幸福的生活。看到这里，我不禁被雷米敢于战胜困难的精神感动了，同他比起来，我在生活中、学习里碰到的困难简直无法同他相比，可我每一次遇到困难，都不像小雷米一样决心要克服困难，我却差点退缩了，想起来真是惭愧!

记得有一次，爸爸说好要跟我一起去爬山。第二天，我们很早就起来了，来到瓦屿山公园，因为那里也有山，爬上去就直接上了东辉阁。那里的山虽然不算斜，但只要一不留神就滑下去了，我跟着爸爸一起爬了上去，可是爬到中央的时候，我一不小心，滑了下去，幸好，我抓住了一棵大树，才幸免于难。我一手抓着树，一手向爸爸招手，可刚要大声说：“我不爬了。”时，我又把这句话咽回肚子里了，心想：爬山有什么好怕的，怎么可以轻易退缩呢，何况这是一座小小的山。因为当时正直夏天，山上蚊子很多，我爬着爬着，看到眼前的一堆蚊子，怕了，本想不再爬了，但爸爸说，蹬上山顶就可以看到无限美丽的风光，更何况又可以锻炼身体，何乐而不为呢?我鼓起勇气，爬了上去。站在东辉阁上，我还看到了我的学校呢!

“困难”，每当人们听到这两个字眼，不是心烦就是头疼，觉得有困难很难解决掉，人的一生不可能是一帆风顺的，总会经历坎坷。即使你真的遇到困难也不用害怕，就当它是对你的一种考验。只有经得起考验的人，才是一个成功者。再说，“未经过风雨怎能见彩虹”不去尝试怎么就知道自己没有能力解决困难呢，对待困难，我们一定要以乐观的心情来对待它。

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2007.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

我们在生活和学习中经常会遇到一些困难。如一道数学难题，一个人在家时胆小害怕，学习做饭……克服了困难，你就会感受到成功的喜悦。我也遇到过许许多多困难，有一次，让我记忆深刻。不久前，我因为不小心从楼梯上摔下来，小腿骨折了，所以不能上学，要在家休息一个月，过了一个月，就可以拆石膏了。妈妈小心翼翼的把石膏拆了下来，我以为一拆石膏就可以蹦了，跳了。我试着向前迈了一步，疼得受不了，我就不想再走了。妈妈看到后说“慢慢来，多走几步就不痛了，我又试探性地走了几步，果真不那么痛了。有了第一步，也就有了第二步、第三步……最后就真的不痛了。经过这件事，我明白了：无论困难有多大，只要有勇气，有决心，有毅力，都能克服。

而我在想，会不会很难呢?万一不会怎么办?于是我赶紧打开书想在看看。

老师很快将卷子发到了每个人手里，教室里一片寂静，只能听到写字的唰唰声。我也开始答题。前面几道题很简单，几下就写完了。可拼写汉堡这个词我不会了，脑子里一头雾水，半天也摸不着头脑。心里想，先做其他题吧。没想到后面的题也很简单，几下就答完了。又回到了这道题，我的大脑又一片空白了，我想这才几分么，不会扣太多的。管他呢!可我转念又一想，不行，自己的英语本来就不行，总是被人鄙视，这是一次出人头地的机会啊!于是我望着窗外瓦蓝瓦蓝的天空，默默的想了很久，突然想到了一个好办法，对，用音标回想。“汉堡哥……汉ham……饱bur……哥ger。”写完后又仔细检查了一下，没问题就交卷了。

今天我很高兴，高兴我想出了一道难题的办法。

I was born in America and stayed there for four years. But after I celebrate my four years old birthday, my parents decide to go back to China. Going back to China, I meet many difficulties. The biggest difficulty for me is to learn Chinese. Oh, god, it is so hard. There are so many Chinese and every word has many meanings. What s worse, the same pinyin may have various meanings and intonation also makes great difference. I don t know how to open my mouth. 有一天，我们在晾衣服时，游晋一不小心，衣服和晾衣杆都掉到了客厅外面的防盗网上。隔着齐胸口的玻璃栏杆，我们看得到衣服，但手尽力向外伸，都还差很长一截拿不到衣服，怎么办呢?

我先用扫把来试，扫把头上有一个没封口的圈，我以为只要把晾衣杆套到这个圈上，就能把衣服拿上来，试了几次，怎么也套不进去。

我又用垃圾铲去钩，费了九牛二虎之力才把衣服钩起来，但晾衣杆还在外面。

我们分头在几间屋里东找西找，哎!我看到了晾被子的大衣架，用这个能不能把晾衣杆勾起来呢?我拿了一个大衣架，瞄准晾衣杆上的“U”形小钩，一下子就勾住了，我小心翼翼地往上拉，终于，我手拿到了晾衣杆，赶快拿给游晋一，让他放好。我们高兴得跳起来。

通过这件事，我想到：人总会遇到困难，我们要想办法克服它。

狮子离开了大象，心里暗自想着："原来体型这么巨大的大象，还会怕那么瘦小的蚊子，那我还有什么好抱怨呢?毕竟鸡鸣也不过一天一次，而蚊子却是无时无刻地骚扰着大象。这样想来，我可比他幸运多了。"狮子一边走，一边回头看着仍在跺脚的大象，心想："天神要我来看看大象的情况，应该就是想告诉我，谁都会遇上麻烦事，而它并无法帮助所有人。既然如此，那我只好靠自己了!反正以后只要鸡鸣时，我就当做鸡是在提醒我该起床了，如此一想，鸡鸣声对我还算是有益处呢?"

温馨提示：在人生的路上，无论我们走得多么顺利，但只要稍微遇上一些不顺的事，就会习惯性地抱怨老天亏待我们，进而祈求老天赐给我们更多的力量，帮助我们度过难关。但实际上，老天是最公平的，就像它对狮子和大象一样，每个困境都有其存在的正面价值。

我不学躲避大海风暴的企鹅，因为大海不会永远风平浪静；我不当屋檐下苟且偷生的家雀，因为长空不会永远万里无云。只有在人生途中遇到山穷水尽而勇往直前，才会“柳暗花明又一村”……所以我不后悔自己的选择。

在我的学海生涯中，泪水多少次与汗水的结合我已不在知晓，因为成绩的不理想，我也曾想过放弃，但我不服输的精神，一直警醒着我，在经历一翻翻的思想挣扎后，我仍不悔的选择奋斗，我不信自己与成功无缘。

可是天公不做美，失败一次次落在我的头上，我不会怨恨，那是事实，但我也不会抱怨生活的不公，只相信自己的奋斗，使我不明白的是为什么奋斗总是不见得回报，我已经尽力了，深夜中灯光仍亮在我的窗前，我已记不清了，我似乎看见失败在我头顶昂头长笑，它在讥笑我吗？困难中我再次爬起，仰头看见的是爸妈任劳任怨的背影，泪水已充满了眼眶，我似乎觉得有些对不起父母，我想我的付出终究有成功那么一天的到来，能换来父母自豪的笑容……

“千磨万击还艰劲，任尔东西南北风”此乃千古流传之佳句，也同样激励着我，警示着我，爱迪生曾说过：“尽管生活使你有一个次哭泣的理由，你也要做出一千零一次欢笑的容颜。”世界上没什么战胜不了的事，只有胆怯的人，要知道明知山有虎，偏向虎山行，世界才会被踩在脚下。

我视困难为一双鞋，视艰辛为加油站，这一切只能激励我更快的前进。

沉静的秋色拦不住凄凉的北风，而凄凉的北风也拦不住我走向春天的脚步。我要大声的说：“我不拒困难!”，会勇往直前!

Like any other English learner, I met a lot of difficulties in learning English.

First, I found it difficult to understand what I read because most English words have more than one meaning. Besides, I found it difficult to write in idiomatic English or put Chinese into idiomatic English. Finally, I couldnt express in English orally because I had no opportunity to communicate with native English speakers. Although I often read aloud, this didnt prove to be an effective way to improve my spoken English.

But I didnt lose heart in removing these obstacles. I tackled English vocabulary in two ways. First,I tried to understand and memorize the specific meaning of a word that appears in the context. Second, I enlarge my vocabulary by learning the dictionary by heart. To overcome Chinese English, I tried to think in English directly. Although I still had no opportunity to communicate with native speakers, I improved spoken English by listening to the English broadcast and writing English composition. This expedient turned out to be effective.

像任何其他的英语学习者,我在学习英语遇到了很多困难。

首先,我发现很难明白我读,因为大多数英语单词有一个以上的意义。此外,我发现很难用地道英语或者把中国变成地道英语。最后,我无法用英语口头表达,因为我没有机会与以英语为母语的人交流。虽然我经常大声朗读,这并没有被证明是一个有效的方法来提高我的英语口语。

但我不灰心的消除这些障碍。我从两方面解决英语词汇。首先,我试着去理解和记忆一个单词的具体含义,出现在上下文。第二,我扩大我的词汇量,学习词典。为了克服中国式的英语,我想直接用英语思考。虽然我还没有机会与母语者交流,我的英语口语提高了听英语广播和英语作文写作。这种办法是有效的。

让我最心烦的事情就是做自己不会做的作业，一看到大量的题目就头痛，但是在妈妈的帮助下，我学会去克服。

每天晚上，做到最晚的就是数学作业了。那一道道题目像一只只蚂蚁一样密密麻麻地在我眼前爬着。“哎呀。难那。不会做”我叹息着。

我绞尽了脑汁，左看看，右看看，可就是想不出来。这时妈妈走过来，笑着说：“怎么样，不会做了吧。”“哼。”我没理妈妈。每天让我自己做这么烦的题目。不过，最后还是被题目给克服了。唉!我只好垂头丧气地看看妈妈。说：“不会做了。不做了。”妈妈看到我这样，对我说：“有困难是坏事，也是好事，困难会逼着人想办法，困难环境能锻炼出人才来。

面对困难，要学会克服。不要泄气，数学并不是多难的事情，只要认真思考，仔细演算，心要平静，别太浮躁了、你不会做就是因为你总是想着不会做不会做。心情很浮躁，所以做不出来了。来，再仔细想想，再好好分析所给的条件，要求的结论或问题，明白了题意，就一定能做出来。”

听了妈妈的话，我又开始仔细看题，一边看，一边演算，算折算这，突然明白了，哈哈，我想出来了，原来，数学题并不太难嘛。哈哈。好高兴。我把题一步一步的写在本上，给妈妈看。妈妈说：“很好啊，你看，你不是会做的嘛，只要保持一颗良好的心态。慢慢算。肯定能解答出来的。不是吗”。

从此以后，我对数学并不太厌烦了，每次遇到难题。就会想到妈妈的话。“有困难是坏事也是好事，困难会逼着人想办法，困难环境能锻炼出人才来。面对困难，要学会克服。”

我站在莲花峰的脚下，抬头望去，那峰高而峻，险而陡。一道道高耸的石阶呈80°倾斜，石阶一边紧挨着突兀的巨石，另一边则是猛地陷下去的深谷。石阶弯弯曲曲地向上延伸，根本看不见尽头，再一细看，山顶上仿佛只有立锥之地，隐约地站着几个人，挤成一排。

我吃惊地叹了口气，“这么高怎么爬呀？”想到自己没来黄山之前就信誓旦旦地许下一定要登上莲花峰的诺言，不觉哑然失笑。心中无数次想像，无数次描绘的那个莲花峰，就这么突兀地屹立在眼前，它的高和险，让我猝不及防。

爸爸见我犹豫不决的样子，便打趣道：“就你这瘦骨头一把，还不如让我把你背上去得了吧！”我不屑地哼了一声：“小看我？哼，咱们走着瞧！”我心一横，头一扬，向莲花峰迈出了第一步。

刚开始，一切都很顺利，我手脚并用，唰唰唰，便把老爸远远地丢开。我得意洋洋，准备嘲笑老爸。可刚一回头，便望见台阶从自己的脚下细细长长地延伸，像一条乳白色的线，最后消失在密密麻麻成点连线的人群中。天哪！怎么这么高！我不禁头晕目眩，两腿发软，身子飘飘然，腿一哆嗦，没站稳，噗地一屁股坐了下去。老爸急忙赶来，我一见老爸，便哭丧着脸说：“爸，太难了，我们下去吧！”老爸指着向下去的山路说：“这么陡这么高，你敢吗？”他又笑笑，指着前面一位拄着拐杖、正颤颤巍巍地向上攀爬的白发老人说：“难道你身体健康，行动自如，却比不上一位老爷爷吗？再看你身后，那个戴红帽子的小朋友，比你小，比你弱，他却一直坚持不懈地往上爬，并且就要超过我们了，你还无动于衷吗？来，硬着头皮就过去了。”老爸挥挥手，示意我继续向上爬，我望见他头上晶莹的汗珠，还有背上那个沉重的背包，顿时信心又恢复了。我紧紧跟在他后面，扶着山石，加快了步伐。

不知过了多久，天暗了，我的脚步也越来越沉重了，双腿像灌了铅似的，再也抬不起来了。我拉着老爸的衣襟喊道：“停……停一下，我累的不行了……还有多久啊？”我擦擦额头上的汗，问：“爸，你怎么……不累呀？”老爸笑了笑，指着不远处的一棵松树说：“看见那棵树了吗？那是我的目标，我把从山脚到山顶的这段路分为一个一个小的部分，逐一去超越。”爸爸拉着我的手说：“我们把那块石头作为目标好吗？来，开路！”于是一路上我们有说有笑，最后终于便登上了莲花峰顶。

站在巨石上，俯视群山，我不禁感叹：“真是‘会当凌绝顶，一览众山小’呀！原来登山也不是那么难，主要是我总把困难放大了，所以信心便小了。为什么我不应该去想着怎样克服困难，迎接挑战呢？”

望脚下莲花峰，看远处夕阳红，我不禁对着天空大喊道：

“莲——花——峰——！我来啦——！”

Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. 不管怎么样，我觉得毅力和勤奋在成功路上都是很重要的，因为他们提升我们并获得成功。

每一个人都会在人生的道路上遇到挫折和困难，我也不例外，因为有了这一次，所以，我才知道了，困难和挫折是可以克服的。

那是在一个风和日丽的下午，我正在沙发上懒洋洋地看着电视。妈妈来了，她手里好像点着些什么东西，出于好奇，我就问妈妈：“妈妈，你手里拿的是什么呀？”妈妈对我说：“这是练字用的，它是一整套，里面有三根毛笔、一盒墨水、宣纸……”最后又补充一句：“这可是专门买给你的，我是想让你练好毛笔字！”

于是，我兴冲冲地拿起一根毛笔，沾了些墨，开始在宣纸上写字了：首先，拿起笔点在宣纸上，然后起笔……

虽然听着像那么一回事，可是，我写出来的字并不怎么样。还没练几个字，手就已经很酸了。于是，我把笔放在桌子上面，稍不留心，还把墨给扣翻了，弄得满手、满身都是墨水。我终于忍不住了：“这个毛笔字可真难练，我不练了！”

妈妈对我说：“你如果练就要练到底，不能半途而废呀！”于是稍加休息，我又开始练了起来。坚持了几天后，终于把毛笔字练的像样了。

从那以后，我知道了，困难和挫折是可以克服的，不要把它认为非常困难，相信自己一定能做到。

小时候练习跑步，父亲常常在我腿上绑上沙袋或泥袋，于是我没跑多远，腿就像灌了铅似的，又沉又酸。

这样练习一段时间后，小腿确实强壮了许多，但我实不想坚持。而父亲总是在我想放弃时，给我讲关于负担的故事，以故事告诉我许多人生哲理。

那天，我绑好沙袋等待父亲下达任务：

“今天，跑三公里。”

“什么”？

天哪！我正常连二公里都跑不到，今天竟然让我跑三公里！我想反抗，可又不敢，于是顶着头皮上阵了。

开始，随着父亲一声令下，我很快向前冲去，可没跑多远，我的腿脚发出严重的抗议，结果可想而知。

父亲走过来说：“休息一会儿，我给你讲个故事。”

他说，很久很久以前，小鸟并没有翅膀，也跟其他走兽一样。后来造物主，将名叫负担的东西捆成一捆一捆的，绑在小鸟身上，让他们背到东海。刚开始，负担很重，后来却变成了一双双有力的翅膀。造物主给小鸟们负担其实是给了小鸟们一双翅膀……”

故事讲完了，我好像若有所悟。父亲鼓励我，再重新跑一次，我的信心顿时增满，不过还是没有成功，虽然只有四十几米，但对我来说却是很长很长。我望着近在咫尺的理发店，可又好像遥不可及。我又一次感到迷茫。这时父亲走过来拍拍我的肩，又摸摸我那燥热的脸蛋鼓励道：“你做得非常棒，虽然没有成功，但你已经尽了最大的努力了，即使不是胜利者，也已经得到了精神上最大的满足，你照样是胜利者，只不过没有奖牌而已。”

“听父亲一席话，胜读十年书。”我后来知道其实按我那年龄，绑上沙袋，是不可能跑到三公里的，父亲只是想知道我有多大的决心，信心和恒心。父亲在我们小村庄了里可算的上是一位“哲学家”。

父亲让我腿绑沙袋行走，却让我明白：只有将决心、信心、恒心融为一体，才能克服负担，战胜自我，实现超越自我的力量。

“当，当，当”墙上的大钟已经敲了十一下，四周一片寂静，甚至能听见隔壁的病友发出的轻微的呼噜声。向窗外看去，街，已经安然入睡了，一点点温暖而耀眼的光线，使街道增添了几许神秘，夜，深了。而此刻的我却怎么也无法入睡，看着病友熟睡的脸庞，不禁又在心里增添了几分焦急，妈妈怎么还不来呢?我在心里暗想。

终于，在恐惧和黑暗的驱使下，我做出了决定，去外面的电话亭打电话。刚走出病房，那黑暗而延长的走廊更是让我忘而生畏。一步，两步我小心翼翼地迈出了一步又一步。就在我逐渐消去心头的恐惧的时候，有一位出车祸的叔叔被推了进来，那鲜血直流的面孔又重新加重了我心头的恐惧。我赶紧快步走出了医院。

秋风萧瑟夜色苍茫。那冰冷刺骨的秋风使我不觉停下了脚步。该不该去呢?我在医院门口徘徊着。这时有一辆汽车飞驰而过，给我壮了胆，我终于重新迈出了脚步。终于来到了电话亭旁，我满怀着希望地播下了那一串最为熟悉的号码“嘟，嘟，嘟”等待我的却是一段忙音。我失望地放下了电话筒，不久，我再一次拨打了电话，可结果还是一样。

“既然都已经到这里了，就走回家吧!”我心想。“啊!我多么希望再有一辆汽车驶过给我壮壮胆啊。”可此时，除了淡淡的灯光，世上就仿佛在没有任何生命力。我下定了决心，迈着沉重的步子往家走。

似乎我走的每一段路都是那么阴森恐怖，好像有千万个魔鬼在等着我。在经过一个偏僻的小巷子的时候，我不觉加快了脚步，因为常常听大人们说这一带坏人多。到了，准备到了，望着离家越来越近，我的胆子也越来越大，步子不觉轻快了许多，甚至跑了起来。终于到了楼梯口，我飞快地冲上楼，猛然间撞到了一位大人，一看，原来是妈妈

胆量是需要锻炼的，需要不断地尝试和努力，如果你永远只会躲在妈妈怀里哭，而不去面对困难的话，就永远不会长大。

生活中有各种困难，无论什么人都有，小孩不会写作业，大人工作不顺，中考或高考让学生为难……

而无臂钢琴家刘伟呢?他没有手，只能用脚弹钢琴，他一夜之间能学会弹琴吗?当然不能。他也是经过不懈努力才学会钢琴，再加上勤奋苦练才用脚弹出了曲子，可是他用脚弹的曲子并不比用手弹的人差，一样美妙动听，甚至更胜一筹。他说过：困难刚开始是一座山，后来通过努力克服时，再回头看那困难只是一个小小的台阶。其实自学钢琴并不容易，刘伟的脚无数次抽筋，磨出了水泡，但他一直坚持。父母也经常鼓励他，支持他，让他更加自信，他也非常想让父母为他感到骄傲。

而我们呢?我们像他那样勇于克服困难了吗?遇到不会的题是自己理解还是不看题直接让父母教?弄出了小伤是自己处理还是在父母面前哇哇大哭?登山是自己努力还是让父母帮助?大家都会选前者，我们虽然知道问题的答案，但是我们做到了吗?

比如像我，我有时候就是看到一个难题就问父母，很少自己去理解，经常作业会空下一部分让父母教。可是这些题并不是太难，常常是父母一点就通，只是我没去理解，去认真想。

困难就像挡在你面前的一堵墙，只要你把它砸破就能重见光明。所以我们也一定要自己克服困难，而不是让别人去帮助自己。我以后也要学会自己克服困难，加油!

我双手双脚都很支持这个观点，想着就拿着篮球去操场了，打了许久，我汗流浃背地跑了回来，冲了一身热水澡，擦干了身体再次拿起题来做，呀!刚才不会做的题怎么全都会做了，我心里喜出望外，非常地高兴，我知道了战胜困难要找准方法。

还有一次，我刚刚来这所学校的时候，老师直接将我定为了纪律委员，当时因为我还是新生，还没有培养出良好的人际关系，生怕得罪了别人，每天教室里闹哄哄的，我常常为这事而烦恼，天天闷闷不乐，一天老师看见我坐在位子上很不高兴，并前来询问，我把事情告诉了老师，老师和颜悦色地对我说：“在班级上，一定要管理起来，把自己的威性拿出来，不要害怕搞不好人际关系，我想如果你正直的话，同学们一定会喜欢你。”

我听了这句话，我深受感悟，我一下子战胜了困难，认识了自己。我知道了如果自己解决不了的问题可以寻求帮助，寻求建议。

在生活中有着许多困难等着我们去战胜，而我将一往无前!
