imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

记得小时候，老妈抱着我，给讲述春节的来历：古时候，有一种叫做“年”的怪兽，它异常凶猛，十分可怕，每到除夕之夜便跑出来伤害附近的居民。每一年除夕，年到了一座村庄旁边，看见里面正 在放鞭炮，“噼里啪啦”的声音吓得它连忙逃向另一座村庄。但是这个村庄里挂着许多红灯笼，光芒刺得它头昏眼花，于是它只好夹着尾巴溜走了。后来，人们根据“年”怕响声，怕红色和怕光这三个 特点，年年放鞭炮，穿红衣，还挂灯笼。这些习俗慢慢传下来，就形成了我们现在所说的过年。

现在，老妈讲的这个故事我都历历在目。所以，每到过年，我都缠着老妈，让她给我买鞭炮，再买一个红灯笼，拿着拆开的鞭炮和小伙伴一起打鞭炮仗，这是我正在过春节时最快乐的事情了。

现在的年也不是以前的年了，那些新衣服，鞭炮和红灯笼也不失用来恐吓“年”这样的怪兽了，而是成了人们娱乐的东西了，因为像“年”这样的怪兽在世界上其实并不存在，只是一个传说而已。

过春节是十分令人开心的，因为我们生活在一个安详的年代，无忧无虑，快快乐乐。我喜欢这样的春节，这就是快乐的春节。

春节是我国的传统节日，每次过春节我们家总要贴春联，贴福字，放烟火。家家户户都张灯结彩，喜气洋洋。

今年的春节是在我们家过的，外婆一家、姐姐一家都来我们家吃年夜饭。

到六点钟，时钟敲响，奶奶说：“吃年夜饭。”我、姐姐还有弟弟三个人争先恐后地扑向桌子，桌子上已摆满各种各样的菜肴，有甲鱼，鸭肉…。奶奶还做我们最喜爱吃的红烧排骨，我们三个人还没坐下就迫不及待地把筷子都对准红烧排骨，一眨眼功夫，满满一盘子排骨就只剩下一只空盘，大人们在一旁看着我们都笑。

最有趣的时刻来临，我和姐姐，还有弟弟，每个人手上都拿着一个鞭炮去空地上放。“轰”随着一声巨响，一条巨龙飞上蓝天。“砰“的一声，巨龙化成烟雾飞走。

正在这时传来奶奶的喊声：“分压岁钱咯！”我们三个又同时跑到奶奶跟前，乐滋滋地接过奶奶的红包，接着，爸爸、妈妈、外婆、他们一个个都给我们压岁钱，我们心里乐开花，我说：“今天我发财。”大人们听笑着说：“真是个‘小财迷’”

我爱放烟花，爱收压岁钱，更爱过春节。

My winter holiday is very dull. I stay at home for most of time. sometimes I visit my friends and play basketball with them. sometimes we go shopping.

One day, we go to the kfc. We have hamburgers, chicken coke and french fries. We have sore throats. We go home and have a rest. then we feel better. We go and play computer games! how mad we are!

This is the only thing i can talk about in the holiday.

computer. It’s not only can do the calculations at a very high speed, but also

Computers play an very vital role in our daily life. They can do a lot of

convenience. There is no doubt that people can have a better life with

Some people worry about that someday computers may replace human beings.

Then most people will have no jobs. However, in my opinion, computers are not

replacing us. Even though computers can take over some difficult tasks that we

can not do. They are nothing but machines. They work for us. They will never

take the place of man.

我的家乡在上海市嘉定区，美丽的江南水乡。家乡有很多的节日，春节是我最喜欢的家乡节日，也是我们全中国人民共同的节日。

快要放寒假之前，我就天天盼望着春节的到来，妈妈鼓励我要考出好成绩，这样春节里会让我有很多惊喜。我每次都鼓足劲考出好成绩来迎接这个我期盼了一年的节日。终于放假了，我就到乡下的爷爷奶奶家，爷爷奶奶已经在为春节开始张罗着，隔壁邻居的叔叔阿姨们也忙着准备年货，打扫卫生，奶奶把全家上下打扫得干干净净，院子里嗮满了很多早已准备好了的鱼、肉、鸡、鸭等食品，大家都忙忙碌碌……过节的气氛真是浓郁啊!

爸爸妈妈带我到大商场去买了我最喜欢的也是最好看的衣服鞋子等，到时候我可以穿着漂亮的衣服跟着长辈去走亲访友，这是春节里必不可少的节目。

年三十到了，我最兴奋的是帮大人一起贴春联，红红的福字，红红的对联，爷爷在家门口高高挂起了二个红红的大灯笼，到处是红彤彤的一片，到处沉浸在喜气洋洋的气氛中。到了晚上，吃年夜饭是春节家家户户最热闹最开心的时候，全家围坐在一起，奶奶烧了一桌丰盛的年菜，像“蒸蛋卷”、“清炖鸡”、“炸肉丸”、“红烧鱼”等等，奶奶认为有了这些菜预示着来年生活富足，衣食无忧。还有很多的糕点瓜果，都是想讨个吉利的口彩：吃杏仁(幸福人)，吃长生果(长生不老)，吃年糕(一年比一年高)……一家老小，边吃边乐，谈笑风生，我们全家在除夕之夜守岁迎新，盼望着新年零点的到来。外面爆竹声连绵不断，烟花礼炮把家乡的天空装扮得五彩缤纷，绚丽多彩。真美啊!好一副欢快的景象!家家户户欢快过大年!

大年初一早上，我起了个大早。“新年快乐!”爸妈妈一见我就说道。“身体健康!学习进步!”爷爷边说边把一个大大的红包塞在我的手里。我真是太高兴了!奶奶端上来一碗又糯又香的汤圆给我吃。大年初一早上，家家户户都要吃汤圆，吃汤圆象征着新年到来时一家团团圆圆，里面的芝麻甜馅代表着新的一年生活美美满满、甜甜蜜蜜。吃着碗里一个个雪白雪白的甜汤圆，我的心里别说有多幸福了，家乡的春节这么欢乐，家乡的生活一定会象碗里的汤圆一样永远甜蜜饱满，祖国的未来一定会更加繁荣昌盛!

People are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization,

meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

with my family.

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

一年一度的春节马上就要来到，大家都忙着贴春联，每家都是喜气洋洋的气氛，很开心。大年二十九，我刚起床，妈妈就喊着让我和姐姐贴春联，我们在大门中央贴一个大大的福字，大门两边贴春联，上联是“福中生喜年年乐”下联是“富上添财岁岁欢”横批是“新春大吉”我们很快就贴好，我看着自己的劳动成果非常开心。

除夕早晨，我们穿上新衣服，就和姐姐去放鞭炮。一阵“噼里啪啦”的声音从我们耳朵里穿过，好像要把祝福送到千家万户，我们开心极。除夕夜晚，我们吃过晚饭，我就和爸爸妈妈和姐姐一起观看春节联欢晚会。那精彩的表演让我心情豁然开朗，有相声，有小品还有歌舞……非常好看。但我最喜欢小沈阳丫蛋赵本山还有老毕演的《不差钱》太好玩。

大年初一我刚起床，就发现枕头底下有压岁钱，姐姐也有，我们开心的笑，然后我们吃完饺子，就去奶奶家拜年，拜完后，爷爷奶奶，就给我们压岁钱，还把好吃的都拿出来，给我们吃，我们都非常开心。

我喜欢过年，过年真好。

今年春节，我有着和往年不一样的快乐，那就是在饺子里放硬币。

除夕晚上，奶奶、妈妈一起包饺子，和平常不一样的是，有几个饺子里放硬币、糖和麸子。我们把这些活干完就去睡觉了。

初一的一大早，奶奶就起来了，把昨天晚上的饺子放到锅里煮。等我起来后，香喷喷的饺子己经好了。奶奶说︰“谁吃到硬币、糖和麸子就代表新的一年里就有钱花、有福气”。

我就毫不犹豫，端起一碗拼命的吃。吃着吃着果真我吃到硬币了，连爸爸妈妈都说我运气好。到后来我才知道，带硬币的饺子是奶奶精心挑选出来的，才端给我的。

我现在才明白，做父母的都希望自己的儿女在新的一年里快快乐乐、平平安安。他们都想把好运带给自己的孩子，让他们一生平安、幸福。

过春节真好，春节里的爱更好。

春节里，我觉得最快乐的是是除夕夜放烟火。

在除夕夜的前一天早上，我和爸爸来到招商场那里卖烟花的地方，买了一大堆烟花，我们吹着欢快地乐曲满载而归了!这天夜里，我兴奋得几乎睡不着觉，心里盼望着：除夕夜快点到来!

除夕夜终于到了。晚上，我吃完团圆饭就和爸爸带着烟花兴高采烈地下楼了。爸爸先找了一块空地，接着把烟花飞天火箭轻轻地放在地上，最后用打火机点燃了引线，只听嗖地一声，飞天火箭冲向了天空，绽放出五颜六色的火花，真美!这时爸爸笑着对我说：力力，你自己来放吧!我听了吓得连忙直摇头说：我不敢，我不敢。男子汉大丈夫没什么可害怕的，只要你一点燃烟花离它远一点就行!爸爸对我说。听了爸爸的话，我还是有点胆战心惊，不要害怕，注意安全!爸爸鼓励我说。听了爸爸的话，我鼓足了勇气学着爸爸的样子用打火机点燃了烟花，然后飞快地躲到了爸爸的身后，只见烟花喷射出美丽的火花，一会儿象菊花开放，一会儿象流星，一会儿又象天女散花啊!我成功了!我高兴地跳了起来，因为有了第一次的成功，我不再害怕，胆子也越来越大，一下子放了许多的烟花，真是太高兴了!

通过放烟花这件事，使我知道世上无难事，只怕有心人这句话的意思了，世界上没有什么难事，只要有勇气和恒心就一定会成功!

我们东北的风俗就由我来介绍一下吧。

春节的时候，我们东北不会忘记的一件事就是在家里和面包饺子，这时候，家里人会想出许多的办法来让家里人幸福，好运。比如说有些人会把一个红枣放进饺子皮让人嚼一嚼就嚼到了好运。还有一些人把一个杏子放进了饺子皮让人咬一咬就咬到了幸福。

对了，东北还有一些人玩一种东西来庆祝新年，那就是红红的鞭炮。吃完热乎乎的饺子就会来放鞭炮，人们把鞭炮立在雪堆上点燃了就马上跑去远处看。“砰！砰！砰！”鞭炮炸开一团火焰出了来，代表着红红火火。

这就是东北的风俗。

爆竹声声辞旧岁，瑞雪纷飞迎新年。

江城刚刚送走多年不遇的大雪，迎来了阳光明媚的早春二月。

在过几天，就是我国传统佳节—春节。新年之际，我们已感受到了春的气息，感受到了春的温暖。

要过年了，家家户户都在忙碌打扫卫生、筹备年货，我们家也不例外。节前，我和爸爸来到超市购买年货。超市里张灯节彩、货物琳琅满目，购物者人山人海、川流不息，处处洋溢节日气氛……

过新年贴对联、贴年画、贴窗花，都是人们寄托对幸福生活的向往，对美好未来的祝愿。今天，我饶有兴趣地将门神年画张贴在门前，嘴里还唱：“门神、门神骑大马，贴在门上守住家;门神、门神扛大刀，大鬼小鬼忙逃跑，”逗得爸爸妈妈哈哈大笑。

夜幕降临，家家户户喜气洋洋，吃年饭前，都要放鞭炮……

近几年春节，似乎没有以往那么热闹了：漫天都是雾霾，出门都非常困难。尤其是今年，入冬以来，连一场雪都没下，空气又干又脏，感冒的人特别多。春节时，街上空荡荡的，卖鞭炮的少了，放炮的人也变少了，除了除夕、初一到初五能听到一些零星的鞭炮声，其他时间都挺安静的。我家也只放了两小串鞭炮意思一下，我把烟花都“戒”了——不知怎的，提不起任何兴趣！

人们认识到空气污染的严重性以及带给我们的危害，开始自觉地采取行动，减少空气污染，少放鞭炮可以说是一种具体的体现。没有炮声的春节固然缺少了年味，但是，一个炮声隆隆，乌烟瘴气的春节更是我们不想见到的！

大年初一，男女老少穿戴一新，吃年糕和汤团，即希望“年年高、团团圆”的意思;大年初二开始，亲朋好友们相邀做客，即是“拜年”，有的是吃“年酒”。拜年时，首先要到最亲的长辈家里拜年，然后是平辈间互相拜年。长辈们都给我们小孩子发红包，我们可高兴啦!哦!我差点忘了告诉你们，过春节时，家家户户的房子里都要放两三根甘蔗，因为甘蔗代表“节节高”;年夜饭中也总有一道菜是鱼，因为“鱼”和“余”是谐音，表示“年年有余”的意思。当然，在春节里，千万不要说不吉利的话，否则会被长辈埋怨，说你不懂规矩的。

过春节让我了解到春节各种各样的习俗，体会到了人世间的亲情，也体会到了朋友们之间那种纯洁无瑕的友情。虽然我的口袋里装满了的红包，有一副“财大气粗”的模样，但我早已作好了今后的打算，你们想知道吗?

星期四上午，一位来自加拿大的老师给我们上了一节快乐的英语课。

上课铃响了，这位长着满头金发的外籍老师走进了我们班的教室。同学兴奋极不已，热情地向老师问好，教室里热闹极了！
