2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野，多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息，加强语言运用能力的培养，少讲解，多给学生实际运用语言的机会，在用中学英语。

Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it? But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do. On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax. Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure.

Both our feelings and our bodies get upset.

We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress

for too long. Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it can

come from fights with other people. It can come when we have too many things to

do and too little time to do them. It can also come when we do not have enough

money to pay for what we want. Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn

how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal

with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include

changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with

people or to stay away from them. We can decide what to do now, what to do

later, and what to leave off doing forever.

We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want.

We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on

My school is in the east end of the city. It takes me half an hour to get to school on foot. I usually ride a bike to school.

There are over one hundred and fifty teachers and about two thousand students in our school. We have two classroom buildings.The office building is three storeys high. On weekdays our teachers often take us to the laboratories to do experiments. Sometimes we have English lesson in the language lab. We have a very large playground.

Teachers Day

September 10 is our Teachers’ Day. Our principal made an enthusiastic speech at the meeting, and then the representative of the teachers and students gave a talk to us. After the meeting, we started performances played by some teachers and students, which were very interesting and instructive. We all had a wonderful time. The traffic problem is one of the most serious problems in my hometown.

Recently, more and more people have private car, but the roads are so narrow

that we have to fight against the heavy traffic when we go out. Especially

during the rush hours, cars and buses are unable to move. To make things worse,

many people are killed in the traffic accidents. How miserable it is!

For the sake of our life and security, some measures must be taken to

change the present situation. In the first place, as there are a great many

cars, we should control the number of private cars and vehicles and use the

public transportation more often. Secondly, the government should widen the

roads and build more flyovers, so as to ease the traffic pressure and reduce the

traffic accidents. In addition, the undergrounds and light rails should be

More and more people makes the traffic busier and busier.

Most people keen to live in the big cities where are more convenient and the children can receive better education.But the problem is the heavy traffic create too much pollution which does great harm to humans health.

So,to keep ourselves safe,I think we should do at least two things like below.

Firstly,we should obey the traffic rules whenever we are and even when we are in a deadly hurry.If everyone can do so,everything on the road will be in turn well.
