虽然爸爸让我在活动中心等了很久，可爸爸是因为工作才没有及时接我，所以没事，下次爸爸没空接我时，我还是会耐心等爸爸来接我。

Sunrise at Sea

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

The sky was pale with a bluish blue. Soon a streak of pink dawn broke over the horizon，expanding gradually and becoming brighter and brighter. Knowing that the sun was about to rise, I had my eyes fixed on the distant edge of the sea.

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. 今天是大学放假的第一天，也是我去找暑假工的第一天。昨晚激动得睡不着，因为这是我第一次去找工作，起初想了很多面试词语，想了该怎么介绍自己，可想着想着，就想到我被高薪聘用了，然后发了财。现在，只希望能够顺利找到工作，以此来度过漫长的暑假，顺便赚点学费，减轻家庭负担。

后来小吃店来了两位客人，开口跟老板说要黑米八宝粥，但老板说没有了，卖完了。那客人指着我桌上的粥，说，怎么他还有?老板说，这是最后一份，又补充道，我有我当然会卖给你，我留着也没用啦?这句话逗笑了那两位客人，我听了之后也被逗笑了。我也领悟了一个道理，在早上找工作也是不明智的，也许老板忙着招呼客人，根本没时间理会我这个应聘暑假工的人。又或者老板见如今自己手忙脚乱，我还去问他要不要暑假工，说不定他觉得我不懂得找时机，最终不录用我了呢?但来了就不该回去了，还是找找吧。我跟自己说。

果然被我猜中了，很多贴着“招工”二字的店铺都很忙，特别是餐饮店，也许老板根本没时间理会我，所以我没有进去问。我又兜了一圈，发现招工的不是餐饮店，就是招营业员。我进了一间小超市问他要不要请暑假工，结局是老板说不要短工，我只好另谋高就。我心里暗想，这间小庙怎么容得下我这尊大佛呢?失去我，是他的损失。

最终我还是回到原点，见一间小吃店不怎么忙了，我就打算问老板要不要请人，他说刚才有个暑假工也来应聘了，现在够人了。听了之后，我是这样想的，机会果真稍纵即逝，如果不及时抓住，机会就会跟自己擦肩而过，到最终，会后悔自己为什么不好好抓住机会。同时，除了后悔外，我还怪自己怎么想那么多，老板忙难道就可以不去问了吗?如果老板真的需要人，他一定会叫我等一下，或者叫我留个号码，到时通知我?原来，机会还是要自己创造的，也需要自己去争取。机会更不会从天上掉下来让你捡。

盼啊盼，等啊等，终于期盼来了美好的暑假。暑假里，爸爸开着汽车，带着我、弟弟和妈妈一起去无锡融创茂游玩。我和弟弟一路上兴奋极了。

过了两三个小时之后，我们终于来到了无锡融创茂。首先，我们来到了融创茂水世界。还没进去，就看见乐园门口已经是人山人海。我心想：大门口就已经这么多人了，那里面的人一定非常非常多。买完票，排了大约二十分钟的队，我们才进入了水世界的里面。换好衣服，我们先玩了刺激的漂流。坐上漂流船，一开始，船缓缓向前移动，一点儿感觉也没有。可是过了一会儿，“嗖”的一声，我们从高处快速地漂了下来。有的快要被吓哭出来了;有的一时间没反应过来，面无表情地愣住了;还有的哭笑不得……漂流真是太刺激，太有趣了。

玩过了刺激的漂流，我们又玩了长长的滑梯。来到滑道前，我缓缓坐下，双手抱紧在胸前，整个人很快就滑了下去。滑梯可太好玩了。

过了一会儿，我们又来到融创茂冰雪世界。进入冰雪世界前，我们穿上了厚厚的棉袄，戴上了暖暖的手套。一走进去，立刻感觉到里面和外面简直就是两个世界。外面烈日炎炎，里面冰天雪地。我虽然穿着棉袄，但全身依然在打哆嗦，真是太寒冷了。我踩上滑雪板，滑了一会儿雪，又玩了一会儿冰上滑梯，这里到处冰冷冰冷的，但我还是玩得不亦乐乎。能够在夏天玩雪，真是太有趣了。

第一节课时，让我想不到的是教我们游泳的教练居然是在我们学校上体育课的丁老师!我之前有些怕游泳教练会很凶，现在看到是自己的老师，悬着的心就放下了。

丁老师让我们先进行热身运动，然后再下水。于是同学们做了几分钟的热身运动，再一个一个的跳下了游泳池。下水后，我才发现这里是浅水区，只有120厘米的水位，我完全能站起来。

开始上课了，丁老师先教我们换气。所谓换气，就是先把头伸到水面使劲吸一口气，再沉到水底把那口气吐出来就行了。感觉就像鱼儿在水底吐水泡，好玩极了!

可是每当我一沉到水底就咕噜咕噜喝了好几口水。怎么不行啊!再看看同学们，大多数和我一样都喝了好多池水，有些胆小的同学对我说：“我不想练了!”但是我告诉自己：必须得坚持!

于是我又把自己沉入水底，继续练习，哪怕脏水入肚也决不放弃!经过约半个小时的练习，我终于学会了换气。万事开头难，头开好了，后面我就觉得简单了，也不怕了。

接着丁老师又教我们在水面漂，我虽想着不怕，可心里还是有些胆怯，加上几个要好的同学都不去，我也有些不敢漂了。后来我抱着一定要学会游泳的决心，克服了心里的畏惧，我用一个小时的时间终于学会了这一招。

在接下来的训练中，我认真听老师讲的每一个关键动作，然后再刻苦练习，实在学不会的，我回家后再练。经过十多天的努力学习，最后我终于学会了游泳。

No sooner had the summer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it; otherwise I would incur the displeasure of my parents.

In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. At night (In the night) I watched television with my family (the members of my family). hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.

暑假刚一开始，我就回故乡了。自然我须好好利用它，否则我会招致父母的不快。

今年的暑假，我是在我外公家度过的。外公住在一个小乡村里。到那里时，路途的遥远让我感到疲倦不堪，可是刚下了车，就能呼吸到乡村特有的新鲜空气，这时内心里就想这样说：“恭喜你!你已经离开了喧闹的城市里了!”外公是一个农民，这次他特意为我种西瓜，我在这暑假期间天天都有西瓜吃，种的西瓜非常甜，又新鲜，那才叫令人舒服!

而更舒服都是，我每天基本上都在吹着空凋玩电脑。也许这样过日子会有一些单调了吧?没关系，暑假作业一直以来为我们添加些“色彩”。也许，这样过日子也太宅了吧?没关系，我舅舅在下午经常会陪我打乒乓球或篮球，天气虽热，但是我们的热情还更热。还有，在外公家有一辆自行车，我经常会在田野中兜兜风，只是那里人少，不知不觉就会感到幽深。

几天之后，外公常带我到温州市里，重新让我感觉到了繁华都市的华丽。我们到了江心屿，顾名思义，江心屿就是在温州市的江河中央的小岛屿，其中有一个很大的游乐园。

也许是我没有同伴陪我玩，或许是感觉自己的年龄比较大了，哪里的游乐园不是让我感到很兴奋，不过那里还有解放军解放温州的一个纪念馆。还有一个古典欧式风格的英国驻使馆，这对我刚学过中国近代历史来说，还是比较有趣的。

除此之外，我还经常和我外公爬附近的小山，可以说我这暑假在休息、学习、运动这三个方面，我是合理地安排，还是一个比较有趣的暑假，
