many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

一望无垠的大海给人期盼，给人美感，给人温暖的母爱。

大海像一首诗，灵动跳跃;像一幅画，意蕴丰富;又像一支交响乐，浩瀚澎湃......它时而平静，犹如一面明镜;时而暴怒，涌起万丈狂澜，能掀翻航行着的小船。在我心目中，大海是蓝色的世界，也是生命的摇篮。孕育着许许多多自由自在的小生命。大海是那样的神秘，那样的迷人!

如今，大海变了样。海水不再清澈，它变浊了，变脏了。海水冲上沙滩，留下的不再是活蹦乱跳的小鱼小虾，取而代之的是一堆又一堆的垃圾，还夹杂着不少惨死的小鱼小虾，散发着阵阵恶臭。这是为什么呢?这都是由于我们人类。有人在海边欣赏美景时，顺手把恶臭的垃圾扔进海里。也有在海边居住的人把厕所的排泄管直通到海底。更可恶的是工厂排放的废水大股大股地流进海里，把海水染成了一种奇异的颜色。导致生出了许多缺少脑子`智商低的婴儿，我们的下一代-眼睛明亮`嗓音稚嫩`脸峡透红的下一代将永远见不到美丽迷人的蓝色海洋了。

有人曾做过一个实验，他把一盆清水比做大海，再把一滴墨水滴入"大海"中。顿时，墨水慢慢地散开、变浅、消失，"海水"几乎和原来一样干净;如果墨水一直不断滴下去，"海水的颜色就会越来越深，最后变成一盆黑水。地球上60亿人口每天生产出大量生活废水和工业污染，就像墨水一样一直注入原本清澈的海水中经快变成，现在的大海已一潭污水了。

为了我们人类的身体健康，为了我们的子孙后代看到美丽迷人的蓝色海洋。让我们立刻行动起来吧，像热爱生命那样热爱海洋，热爱这人类共同的蓝色家园。

Everyone to get rid of bad habits, start from around things, such as: dont throw away waste batteries, use water and electricity saving, try to walk or ride a bike... I think there are many endangered animals in the world,such as tigers and pandas.When farmers cut down trees,tigers can no longer hide and hunt.Many tigers are killed by people who want to sell their fur for money.And there are few places where pandas can live.We are not alone in the world.We human beings could not live without all the plants and animals around us.So protecting wildlife animals are very important.We must take measures to keep plants from being destroyed and stop animals from being killed.If each of us can plant a tree and build a birdhouse,the world will be more beautiful.It is very easy but useful.
