The Great Wall of China

The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in Chinese. In fact, it s more than 6 000 kilometres long. It winds its way from west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys till at last it reaches the sea. It is one of the wonders of the world.

The Great Wall has a history of over twenty centuries. The first part of it was built during the Spring and Autumn Period. During the Warring States Period, more walls were put up to defend the borders of the different kingdoms. It was during the Qin Dynasty that the kingdom of Qin united the dif ferent parts into one empire. To keep the enemy out of his empire, Emperor Qin Shi Huang had all the walls joined up. 有的同学写观后感，只是在开头提一下“观了某部影片后，大有启发”等字样，以后就脱离了原片。说上一通自己的感想，牛头不对马嘴，无实际意义。要让“观”和“感”相吻合。如《火烧圆明园》的观后感，我进行指导后让学生先打草稿，然后收了部分习作，发现有的同学“感”与“观”内在联系不紧，有的根本无联系，他们写了一下影片内容后，就写到日本帝国主义侵略中国，如何在中国烧、杀、抢。抓不住影片的主题思想。为了解决这个问题，我从中找了几篇写的好点儿的进行评讲、引路。有个叫王天波的同学在题为《落后就要挨打》一文的结尾时这样写到：影片中那几根石柱至今还挺立在圆明园的废墟上，仿佛在警示人们“落后就要挨打”，我们作为新中国的接班人，一定要学好本领，把祖国建设得更加强大，不让历史悲剧重演。在这段结尾中，习作者再次将“观”到的“几根石柱”抓住，发表“落后就要挨打”的“感”，使文章全文一体，使“感”发于“观”、“观”服务于“感”。

三、要联系实际而“感”

要写好“感”就该联系实际，深入发挥，把自己的“感”写深、写透。

这里的实际，不是单指自我实际，还包括他人实际，社会实际。

如观了《四个小伙伴》，我让学生说说丁小东等四个小伙伴他们开始错在哪里?你们也有过他们的想法吗?学生讨论很热烈，认为四个小伙伴错在认为只做一件好事就会成功。有个同学说，他自己原来就有类似的想法，每年三月五日，他都做一件好事，他认为自己就是雷锋似的好少年了。还有个同学说，他为班级主动打扫过两次清洁，有的一次也没主动打扫，却还被评为“红花少年”。认为老师、同学们偏心。看了《四个小伙伴》后，他和四个小伙伴一样，都认识到只有踏踏实实，一步一个脚印去做，才能实现自己的理想。
